I went for lunch last week and Param Noodle. It was absolutely packed with flavor. The rich creamy peanut sauce made my mouth sing with joy. The flat noodles were cooked perfectly and the chopped peanuts on topped added just the right texture contrast needed for the dish. I added chicken for my protein and the white meat chicken was moist and tender. I was so pleased I went back the next day for lunch with a friend. She order the Pla Rad Prik (spice level 4 peppers), and I ordered the garlic fried rice. She had never been and thoroughly enjoyed the food.
