This is the second time I have ordered here so I thought it was time to finally review. The owners and workers are extremely kind. The food- the rice is fluffy and doesn't taste old, or full of grease. The boneless spare ribs are to die for. Every menu item was flavorful and not greasy like typical Chinese food. I would order here when I was a student at WNEU all the time. Whether it was me picking up the food, or the workers were delivering, there was always wonderful service. They would deliver rain or shine, snow or sleet, and for a hungry college student studying for exams, they were my lifesaver. The food is good and delivery is fast. Usually a quick "go to" during work lunch hours, however, I must put out the warning that the beef teriyaki is cut in half and very small, so it feels like a gip. For the price you would expect to get a full stick, but you do not. Also check the chicken wings as one or two may still have a few feathers. The best Chinese spot I've ever had , I've been ordering from here ever since before Covid when I used to work overnights at the planet fitness down the street , unlike most restaurants this place has not changed a bit , it still tastes as great as the first time I got it . My sister lives next door and she refuses to eat there. As I live in Wilbraham and have no vehicle, I have taken advantage of their delivery service. No more. The food was mediocre, but they delivered. My last delivery came two and a half hours after my order. I had called several times to be told that my order was on its way. Turns out that if you live out in the wilds of Wbraham there may be several - many - stops ahead of you. When my cold food finally arrived, I asked why the delivery had taken so long. I was told that the reason was that I lived so far away and there were closer deliveries ahead of me. The delivery person was extremely hostile. My suggestion? If you can't deliver food to your delivery area, perhaps you should reconsider your delivery area and be more realistic. My question was why did they promise to deliver food which was two and a half hours late and stone cold? If you're going to take hours to wait for mediocre food, this is the place for you. read more

This place gave me the worst customer service of my life. I ordered via grub hub. I've never had a problem with the grub hub service. When my grub hub got here he handed me my food. After inspection I realized they gave me The Homwim for 1 when I ordered the Homwim special for 2. I called and offered to come get the other part no harm no foul. This is an extremely clean restaurant. With super fresh food. The family that owns it is very nice.

Bad service and timing. OK now I know it was snowing but I live ten minutes away and the snow isn't so bad. That being said it took them an hour and a half to deliver our food and the excuse was because of snow. I ordered a popo Platter for two. When it came not only was it cold but it literally was horrible food quality. Yes, its fast food but no excuse for how bad it was. The ribs were burnt, the chicken wing over cooked that you honestly couldn't eat it. Only good thing out of it all was the crab ragoons. It's a major let down as I am a loyal customer for years. The lo-mein was delicious and full of beef and veggies, the shrimp rice was fantastic and plentiful, the fried ordesvours were light and airy. Food is decent. Not bad. Customer serivice is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Every time I get from there I'm waiting an hour and forty minutes for my food delivery . About 3 times they have arrived asking for cash when I had given card number on the phone. Even on the phone it feels like it's so hectic that the person answering can't properly take your order. This is the only Chinese place I will east at. The food always tastes fresh and if you actually go to the restaurant and order food you can literally watch them cook it because their whole kitchen is right behind their front counter. Inexpensive. The food is what you would expect from a quick serve Chinese joint. They have combo meals. They get one star just for letting you add extras to the combo for a low price. I ordered food to go from this restaurant and specifically stated that I would not like vegetables in my beef lo mein or pork friend rice. This being my second time ordering from them, I expected to receive a decent meal (you know your typical cheap chinese food). However, my special instructions were ignored and I received the meal I didn't desire. I contacted the restaurant who at first offered me a credit to receive a free lunch, but then soon called back to take back the credit. We called at 6:45 on Saturday night,ordered a good amount of food,and when I asked how long the delivery time would be, figuring 45 minutes to an hour,she rudely said "soon".Almost 2 hours and several phone calls later,the driver shows up,saying that they just gave him this order 15 minutes prior! Soooooo disappointed in this place ! I loved it till like around last month I notice they been slipping n slacking on their work ! I found hair in my food !! Ordered from them last night and though the food came on time, most of it is going into the garbage. The buffalo chicken was covered in plain ketchup; the chicken fingers were so overcooked they were like hard brown seed pods with desiccated chicken rattling around inside; the spare ribs were mushy and glommed together. I've never seen anything like it. Still feeling queasy from the little that I ate. I wasn't expecting the highest quality -- but this was downright disgusting, and a waste of money. I used to like this place but after tonight I will no longer go there! I ordered food for delivery online I got my email confirmation and then ONE HOUR later they called me to say they have no fried shrimp for the homwin platter and wanted to substitute chicken fingers for the shrimp!! 1st I don't think chicken is equivalent to shrimp 2nd why did it take an hour for you to call me. Ok I agreed on a substitute and she told me it would be right here. 35 minutes later ( I live less then 2 miles away) I called her back she said "almost done" WHAT!!! Very unacceptable but by this time I'm too far in at least it's cooked and I figure any minute we will get our food so I ask for a discount for waiting so long she said ok. 30 minutes more the kids starving and whining the doorbell rang the food finally arrived with no discount on the bill. As I said the children were hungry so I couldn't refuse and have them wait longer for me to cook. The food was ok not worth over 2 hour wait. And no fortune cookies!
