We gave a little benefit of the doubt because they're were only 2 people, but this place was not packed. We got our food maybe 45mins after initially arriving, and our drinks also took a while. When I finally got my food, it was drenched in oil. Mind you it was an omelette. When I asked about it the waitress said "that's probably how we make it. Do you want a new one?" A note on accessibility: there is a ~5in step to get into the bakery, so I had to lift the front of the stroller. And the door to get in is a narrow double door. For dessert we got the ice cream sandwich and the chocolate banoffee budino. They were all out of the Black Forest meringue, so unfortunately, we could not try that. The ice cream sandwiches were a hearty serving and enjoyed by everyone at the table, but I thought the banoffee budino was the best. Unique and very tasty. Would have ordered one to have by myself if I wasn't so full lol.
