First time trying PDQ and I'm definitely glad I did. I had the tenders with their totchos which is tater tots with toppings like bacon Fritos and nacho cheese. My wife had a salad from here. Both were very good. The tenders were still juicy and the breading has a nice crunch to them but not over fried. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The service was outstanding. There was a line to the door when we arrived. We had just enough time to decide what we wanted before it was our turn to order. My wife ordered a lettuce wrap instead of a sandwich. When our order came up, it was made as a sandwich. I told the woman at the counter and she sent it back. A fresh wrap was made immediately. At the table, there was a constant flow of employees offering to bus our finished baskets and food items. I hope that is a normal thing that does not go away after the opening rush. As for the food, it was fair. The Zucchini fries were soggy and limp. They lacked any real flavor outside of the breading. The French fries were descent. The Grilled Hawaiian Chicken sandwich was quite good. It was moist, flavorful, and had just a hint of spice from the Sriracha slaw. The PDQ Beans & Rice was an interesting blend of flavors. So I had my first experience a few weeks ago with PDQ in Winter Park. I was in the area and wanted to see how different this location might be. I have to say it was the exact same super friendly staff with tasty food for a price better than other chicken place. I have yet to try the nuggets or sauces because the sandwiches are pretty tasty. I mean where else can you get a slice of pineapple on your chicken sandwich ? They definitely elevate the taste of your basic chicken fare. I notice also everything is fresh and made when you order. Service is always fantastic and food is always fresh. You can ot go wrong with tenders from PDQ! They are juicy and some of my favorite chicken around. The employees are always sweet and kind. Their fries are thin and super delicious. I especially love their sauce choices which are made fresh daily. Try the buffalo bleu or the garlic sauce - those are my top favorite. For soda lovers, they have digital coke machines with hundreds of combinations. Also, random fact, the soap they use and have out to wash your hands smells so so good. Good food, good service and good quality! What I also like about this place is that they offer a lot of healthier options for fast food. My go-to is the "saucy bowl" with grilled chicken, avocado, broccoli, corn, beans and rice. Lots of protein and healthy fat! One other thing I love is their hand washing station. Seriously, they have a hand-washing station conveniently located to the drink machines. This helps reinforce the important of washing your hands before eating and/or handling food. As someone who cares a lot about food safety, I was super impressed by this measure they took. Also, they use Yardley soap--which is the good stuff! They are a bit on the pricier side of fast food. I'd say their prices rival that of Chick-Fil-A's, but the service and quality of food does match. If you're a fan of chicken dishes (salads, sandwiches, bowls, etc) I think you'll enjoy the menu here. I prefer it over many fast food locations, given that they have more vegetables (corn, broccoli, beans) and grilled chicken options. Their sauces are also made in-house and are very good! My wife and I needed a quick stop for some food and we happened upon this place. The place was clean and the food was good. The chicken strips are smaller than your typical strips, but we did get more strips that we ordered - got 4 strips in our 3 piece, and 5 in our 4 piece. I don't know if that was by accident or standard, but it was nice as the strips are small, so maybe ask if you are hungry. They also had quite the array of sauce choices which were all good. The only downside to this place is that they have one of those new Coke dispensers that uses the same faucet for every flavor that makes your soda taste like a hodge-podge of everything. To be honest, I come here just for the chicken tenders or nuggets and the zucchini fries. I've also tried the chicken tenders on their caesar salad, as well as the french fries and a tater tots-nachos special they had on offer a little bit ago. And I gotta say, just sticking to the chicken tenders and zucchini fries is good enough for me. I also prefer them with the Sriracha they have available in bottles by the utensils and coke machines. Their home-made sauces are decent, but I prefer to eat my fried goodness with something spicy, and none of them are spicy. With that said, the buffalo bleu is a favorite of my dining partner. The restaurant has been clean on every one of our visits, and I truly appreciate the convenient hand-washing station being located outside of the bathrooms. There are several TVs in the restaurant as well should you feel like catching up on your Sports News while dining. When we get a craving for chicken tenders, we try to make the drive here. OMG!!! The best chicken tenders we've had in a long time. And this place is open seven days a week!!! My husband and I both had the chicken tender basket with fries and a drink. The tenders were moist, fresh, and just amazing! The sauces we had were the Sweet Sriracha, Ranch, and Honey Mustard. All sauces are made in house. Plus the chicken tenders are hand breaded and never frozen. I wish we had a location the Davenport area to go to since this would be great for lunch or dinner. Amazing how many chicken finger joints can exist and do this well. This one feels a little less fast-foody than the others, though. I don't know if "elevated" is the right word to use for a fried chicken joint, but the zucchini fries and the kitchen staff in chef jackets make it feel fancier, that's for sure. They use all the same mantras that we're now saturated with--fresh, quality, handmade, etc. Bottom line, it's fried chicken done right. Service is friendly too and I absolutely love the hand washing sink out in the dining area. That alone should be something that is proliferated far and wide. First time here. Service was good. Options on the menu were really pretty extensive in comparison to a place like Chick-fil-A. They had zucchini fries which were actually pretty good as was the salad. Lots of different teas (regular, jasmine and green). They also had dessert but I did not try them. After my first review, I was contacted by a representative and eventually sent meal coupons. It's been over 5 months since I've been back. My two experiences since then were much better: I did get a grilled sandwich as opposed to the crispy one I tried the last time I was here and the sweet potatoes as my side(which were cooked throughly this time). Sandwich was good but the texture of the chicken breast, I'm just not a fan of. My first visit back I ordered the kale Caesar with crispy chicken and it may be my favorite thing here. In case you haven't been noticing, Clermont, aka Orlando 2.0, has really been coming up. It seems like they have a new popular restaurant every week. Case in point: PDQ. What a great little, dare-I-say, fast food, place. The food certainly does come out fast, and there's a drive through window and walk up counter inside, but that's where the fast food comparison stops. These chicken strips are better than at most dine-in restaurants. They have several sauces to choose from. We have tried their BBQ, buffalo, blue cheese, honey mustard, and buffalo-blue. All of them are great. We will definitely be hitting this place up again when we'e in the Clermont area. read more

However I saw the guy on fires take his phone out of his pocket with gloves on and then without changing gloves, stick his hand back into the fry bin to fill a fry box. Ordered the Buffy Blue sandwich and had the roasted garlic broccoli as my side. It was good, not oh my gosh I have to go again tomorrow, but good enough I'll be back to try other items. The bun was super fresh and the sauce had just enough kick to it. The broccoli was mushy, but that's what I expect of baked broccoli and it had tons of flavor. Read a few reviews about how expensive they are but I thought their prices were very much in line with what I'd pay at Chick-fil-A and Zaxbys both. I came here Thursday for lunch. This place really exceeded my expectations. Nice selection of salads, sandwiches and even bowls. There is ample seating inside. Parking lot looked full but there were plenty of empty tables. This is definitely the best chicken place that I've been to in Clermont. Chicken is soooo good. Sauces are sooo good. Fries are good. But the milkshakes... truly can't beat them. They are definitely one of, if not, THE best. I want to try the other sides as well, but don't want to sacrifice everything that I already love. Staff is surprisingly friendly. And they are surprisingly quick. After waiting in a line almost to the door, we only waited a couple minutes after ordering and our food was ready. Found this place as we drove into town for a visit and we were starving!! What first caught my eye was that PDQ uses all natural, hormone free chicken and all natural bacon. I have a great appreciation for this. I have a somewhat limo diet and after reading their menu, I found many things I could and would order! First visit: ordered a citrus salad a BBQ bowl. Both were delicious and exactly as we had ordered them. Had a nice experience in the restaurant and interacted with pleasant employees. Second visit: went through the drive through and got the same order, plus a few sides. Got home to find that my BBQ bowl didn't have any chicken on it! I called the restaurant and spoke to John (I believe) who offered to remake my meal, if I came back. I decided to do so, and hopped in the car. I was quickly helped when I arrived, even though John was with on a break or in a meeting. He kindly spoke to me and then handed the issue over to Robert, who quickly completed my order and profusely apologized. All in all, I had to wait a little longer to eat, but it was still fresh and tasty and that's what brought me there in the first place! read more

Wouldn't say it's my favourite, i only ordered the salad so i really can't judge. but i still prefer chicken guy in disney springs or just chick fil la. the salad was king of generic and not that big of a deal. the milkshake i ordered was also really generic to any milkshake. so i would judge this restaurant pretty generic, pretty basic, but not bad, but not the best. i was very thankful that they decided to play taylor swift the second i got there. it was like they knew i was coming and making an entrance. so thank you pdq for that. another thing i'm thankful for is that they had a hand washing station. i'm not sure if that is like an unsanitary hazard to have it right by food, but it seemed like they care for us to wash our hands before we eat. i also really enjoyed the set up of the restaurant, from the menu, booths/tables, sauce area, ordering station, etc. was very organized. it wasn't as cheap as like a basic fast food area and you can tell they really showed effort. would i try something else here again? yes, probably if it's nearby and craving for fried chicken. read more
