When first arrived there, led us to the table, the dirty one even though there were 10 empty tables but yet they seat us at a dirty table. That's the thing I don't understand why.... The food was good. Good amount of soup at a good reasonable price (large at around 8 dollars). I can't complain, really. It helps with the rating, that's pretty much. Once we were done eating, it took me several minutes trying to get someone's attention for two boxes to go. It wasn't even busy or anything, only 4 other tables were filled with customers. Once the waiter brought boxes for us, it was nice of her putting food in for us. However the problem is it wasn't easy to pour soup into large cup so she poured slowly and the soup was all over on table. What a terrible waste of soup, I left with SOME left. *sigh* Not only that, some soup dripped into my jean from the table, I didn't realize til after I left. What a mess. Food is 5 stars! And price is awesome! $24 odd dollars for two entrees & two appetizers- and we have a good amount of leftovers. Best tofu Bahn Mi I've ever had- tofu had a great sauce, of the veggies the onion was perfectly cooked to still have plenty of crunch but caramelized flavor, and served warm which I prefer to the colder style. For the husband, a tasty veggie pho, went well with the sauce optional side toppings. We had fresh spring rolls and baked bread (which is like the bahn mi)- I had a bit of the bread but mainly it went good with the pho, I won't probably order it again just because I couldn't stop the urge of wanting an Italian flavored sauce with it :p They seemed busy which made the ordering seemed rushed, but when it came time to get check they took their time coming to our table. This is the first place I had noodle soup and I am hooked. I've had it at other places but this one is the best in my opinion. They bring the soup out right after you order it. I always get the back ribs in my soup. Tip: After you are done eating just walk up to the counter and pay, otherwise you could be waiting for your check, I just do that and it works great. read more

This is our go to pho place in the Everett area. The customer service is pretty good. They don't have chicken spring rolls on the menu, however if ordered, they always accommodate and make it happen. I really like that their veggie pho is full of flavor and has a large amount of veggies in it, when compared to other pho spots. My husband usually order the black tea which is very good and the beef pho and veggie pho. Each time we always leave full and satisfied. The only part that I am bothered with when we come here, is the sour stench that is hard to pin point to what exactly the smell is when you first enter the restaurant. Went here with my friends after going back from Warm Beach Camp. I ordered pho with steak and meatball. It's super delicious! The soup is really tasty, and the beef portion is kinda generous. For the beverage, I ordered thai iced tea, but they seemed to forget my order so when I reminded them, they made it in hurry. The result? Too much milk in my iced tea. But I tried my friend's thai iced tea and it actually tasted good; so maybe it's just because they did it in a rush. read more

My husband and I had never tried pho before and when walked towards the restaurant he said "lets just get a to go menu" because he was still thinking he wanted a fast food burger. This is my go to spot whether at home or at work. The pho has a distinctly unique broth with great combinations of meat and vegetables. Whether it is take out or dine in, it is always a great experience. Sometimes I take a lunch break from work and watch their huge television while enjoying a big bowl of pho or one of the other hearty entrees. I recommend traveling outside the bowl once in a while and try one of the other entrees. You will be glad you did. But always come back to the pho because it is super delicious. read more

Pasteurs is a great place for pho and various Vietnamese cuisine. Their pho always has a great flavor and delicious broth. The beef slices are tender and juicy and of course add a great flavor to the meal. I eat the pho because I am gluten intolerant and (as far as I know) pho is a great alternative to a lot of asian foods that are loaded with soy sauce. It's healthy, delicious, and a small bowl will fill you up and leave you satisfied. My boyfriend likes their fried spring rolls and the vietnamese sandwiches are filling for a small price ($3.95 I think). Pho, by the way, is around $6.75 for a small (which is enough)! The service is prompt and never overly friendly (which I don't mind). Skip the tea, it's not that good; my boyfriend and I decided it might be white tea which traditionally is very light and mild, but it really isn't anything to be had. I've had their steak and brisket pho many times- it has a good broth that doesn't leave you so thirsty that you'd want to drink a gallon of water afterward, good-sized portions and plenty of meat. I've also had their tofu and vegetable pho- it had an assortment of broccoli, carrots, mushroom, bok choy and enough tofu so that I didn't really miss the meat. Their banh mi is good but one time I got one with a jalapeño that was sooooo spicy that I couldn't finish the sandwich (I'm pretty wimpy when it comes to spicy stuff). Other times it was so mild you could barely tell there was any jalapeño in it. Next time I'll try to order it without the jalapeño because it seems like you never know how spicy it will be! Most people writing reviews on Pasteur's talk about the Pho. Its good here but better (less fat) at Phoenix and Asia Noodle in my opinion. I also perfer the coffee at those two places but overall I slightly prefer Pasteur's because of their other plates. If you like to play with your food a little bit and want a healthy meal try 8B. Your plate will consist of ingrediants for making your own rolls. You will get beef, shrimp paste wrapped around sugar cane, and rice noodles. The ultra health stuff includes raw cucumber, carrort and daikon pieces, sprouts, basil leaf, cilantro and lettuce. You roll all this stuff up in rice paper and dip it a sweet fish sauce. Add a touch of hot sauce (from the small bottle) to the fish sauce if you want to spice things up. I usually request no noodles to avoid empty calories and they add even more raw vegtables. This lunch or dinner is 600 calories -- 410 calories without the noodles. If you want something "to go" try their sandwiches. I like 8BM (390 calories) and frequently bring them back to the office for others. read more

The girlfriend and I went this morning for some morning-after-drinking breakfast Pho. Not too shabby. We both got the Pho Tai, which was swiftly brought to our table. Our coffee and sodas took a little bit longer to arrive, but I can't really complain about that too much. The broth was slightly saltier than I usually prefer my pho to be, but it was probably just what the doctor ordered considering our *ahem* condition. The meat was lean, the sprouts were fresh and the soup came out hot. The ambiance was a little on the dark side, the table had unappetizing pictures of food under glass, and the tacky neon lights above the kitchen bothered me for some reason (flashbacks of Saved By The Bell, perhaps?) but overall I can't dock too many points for stuff like that. Came here with a friend who said this place was the new hotness. There aren't too many pho places around my folks place so I'm glad this spot is here. I am a Pho Ga man. I never get anything else. Hate it or love it, thats how I roll. For a place that doesn't only specialize in pho, it was surprisingly great. Slightly pricier ($7.50 for a large) than lets say Than Brothers, but worth it. The pho' was great, good broth, lots of meat, a bargain. The sandwiches which we took away were no. 2 in my list of Vietnamese subs. Yeh Yeh's is no. 1.
