Not a lot of reviews yet so I figured they just newly opened. But Im glad I gave this place a try. Their pasta texture is just right and the sauce is flavorful. Staff is knowledgeable about which adds on pairs well with which sauce when we tried to customize our pastas. Great value also as their portion is very generous. Save some room for their tiramisu. We were recommend this place by another person we met at Disneyland and we are overly delighted coming here. Upon walking in I was hand greeted by an employee with a smile on his face. Brought very good energy and made sure we were comfortable with what we were ordering as well sitting. The restaurant is small but they made it work with our party of 7. Then we got our food, freshly made, hot and most of all delicious. No one finished their food as the servings were very generous. One of the most underrated pasta spots in Fullerton. I come here every other week! The service is always top tier, extremely friendly staff and they always make you feel welcome. Pretty good amount of seating and there are cute lights in the outdoor seating. It's a casual pasta spot which is nice since many pasta spots are more sit down restaurants--had a super cozy and homemade type of vibe. I'm on a mission to try every item they have on their menu... all of their sauces are very flavorful and they give big portions. Ordered via their website around 9:30 pm on Monday, January 19th. I went with the fettuccine truffle mushroom cream and added basil & spinach at no additional cost. The order was scheduled to be ready by 9:50 pm. Waited around in my car until 9:50 pm then walked up to the location. Outside it's brightly lit and they have seating and a sectioned off outdoor area. Inside it's just the register and pick-up counter. There were 2 gentleman inside, one must have been the owner/chef and the cook in the back. My order was packed up with my receipt out front and the chef handed it to me personally and thanked me for stopping by. I live close by and was able to enjoy it within five minutes and it was so good! The cream was not liquidy and it didn't feel or taste too heavy, it was just right and the flavor was delicious! The mushrooms tasted fresh and the spinach and basil added some fresh flavor. The only thing I would've done differently was add chicken, but other than that, it was the perfect late dinner. 2026 I'm trying to make a conscience effort to try more small business eateries instead of the large fast food chains and so far it's paying off! Really nice guy and shook his hand when he greeted me. Order was correct and he included utensils in the bag. We ordered 3 different types of pasta and they were all good. The only other Italian spot that was open late on New Year's Day. My fiancé and I came in and were kindly greeted by staff. I believe it is a family owned business, ran by a wife and husband. They went through the whole menu with us. We were told the Alfredo sauce is made in-house and that we can build our own pasta. We enjoy going to a spot where you can adjust and add ingredients to your liking, so this was the perfect place to be. The staff is so attentive and very friendly, almost like you were invited into someone's home as a guest. They want to make sure you are having a great time with even greater food.
