Came here to check out the new Fullerton location and it was such a fun experience. The skull shaped pizzas are what caught my attention and they did not disappoint. I got the 4 pc stoner skull pizzas and they were soft, cheesy, with a slight crisp on the outside. Dipping them in marinara made it even better. Also tried the House Ma Ma Mia pasta and really liked it. Creamy marinara with chicken, artichoke, onion, and sun dried tomatoes. Super comforting and flavorful without being too heavy. The interior is edgy with the pizza skull theme but still clean and organized. Great casual spot to hang out.

Garlic bread

They recently opened here in Amerige Heights, and since I was craving pasta, I decided to give them a try. I didn't dine in this time, I ordered through DoorDash, but I was honestly really impressed. The food arrived hot and fresh, which is always a big plus. The garlic bread was crunchy, flavorful, and not stale or rubbery (which can easily happen with delivery). The fettuccine was cooked perfectly al dente, and the sauce was creamy without being overly salty. The chicken was well-seasoned, and the mushrooms were cooked just right! Everything came together really well. Based on the food alone, I'd definitely order again. It actually makes me want to go in person next time, especially to try their pizza. I've heard they're known for their unique shaped pizza bites (like skull-shaped ones), so that's something I'm curious to check out. I can't speak on the dine-in service yet, but based on how well everything was packaged, I'd assume they pay attention to detail. Overall, solid first experience, looking forward to trying more from them!

Pizza Skulls

PIZZA SKULLS ARE TO DIE FOR! This Italian restaurant has a fun vibe and delicious food. We were in the area at the bookstore and wanted a snack. We tried the pizza skulls filled with cheese and pepperoni. They come with marinara on the side and the nice cashier also offered us ranch for dipping. They were a fun treat and tasted delicious. There is a lot on the menu besides pizza like pasta and sandwiches. We are looking forward to trying more items.

And I know we're going to uncover What's sleeping in our souls 8 piece Pizza Skulls from #BariPizza

First off, the pizza skulls are one of the best signature items I've seen in a long time at a pizzeria and pasta spot. Not only do they look eerie, yet cool, but they are super pillowy like a cinnamon roll except wrapped around a bit of marinara, mozzarella, and pepperoni. Combine that with more marinara for dipping and you have the perfect entree for when you want something a bit off-putting yet delicious. Which is good because the pizza was a bit of letdown with a thin crust, some middling toppings, and just really nothing that stands out about it over other pizza joints. I didn't have the pasta but I can't speak to that, but it's kind of puzzling to have a pizza spot that isn't as much effort into their pizza as their skulls. The service was okay, if slow, but that had more to do with it just being recently open and still having a curious crowd in the area. The ambiance I found was a little crowded. I've never been a fan of tiny dining areas. Every restaurant should be able to seat somewhere in that thirty and forty range. Otherwise, you should be a takeout food joint. This place probably could only seat like twenty. As such, I just felt cramped up in there and everything was super loud negate all the voices just drone together without proper spacing. As such, I'll come back for the skulls, but have no interest in trying the rest of the menu.

Penne Alla Vodka - Spicy - added Italian sausage

It was their grand opening weekend this weekend and I was very impressed. Their first day they were packed with lines around the block and it was expected to have a long wait. They make things to order. We went the second day of the weekend and it was busy but doable. We made an online order using their site and it was ready by the estimated time. Staff was very friendly and I love that they provide you everything you need even if you do to go (plates, forks, lids, napkins, red pepper flakes and Parmesan). Now for the food. I have seen the viral pizza skulls and they lived up to the hype! Cheesy, soft but crispy dough and flavorful pepperoni. Their marinara sauce is a great consistency, not watery and has a great combination of garlic, salty and a touch of sweetness taste. The Meat Eater pizza was delicious and the crust had a great crunch but soft on the inside feel, the pizza itself was not salty (which can be hard for meat style pizzas). The Penne Alla Vodka Spicy choice was amazing. We added Italian sausage as our meat and it was heaven in every bite. As you keep eating the spice builds in every good way possible. Prices are very reasonable considering quality and the portion sizes. The pasta came with garlic bread and could honestly feed 2 people alone. Everything was hot and delicious! We are very excited to have this new location in Fullerton and can't wait to return!

I think it's a fun spot. The food was okay. The calzone and pizza skill had a lot of cheese if you like that. My favorite was the wings. Everything was okay. The service was quick and attentive. Clean place.

This pizza skulls were amazing! They dough was cooked perfectly, the cheese pulled as expected, the garlic butter coat was nice a flavorful! But the unexpected show stoppers were the pizza sauce and ranch! We also tried the minestrone soup, and it was so good. The veggies were fresh and broth was flavorful. My family and I will definitely be back.

Man oh man.... as a kid growing up I missed top class pizza... their cheesebread was a dam thing.. hahah.. Anyways found out bari opened up same location didn't really care because my favorite is NY style and I love you prime for opening 10 min away my house... I also found out bari was the social media sensation for their skulls... I knew about then from years ago but just never visited Santa ana.. but now they are here. . Honestly I really really wanted to try it s few years back but forgot about it.. but it's here in my city 5 minutes away.. its clean efficient and never a long wait probably because i order so late.. Let me say I hate 1 hit Instagram foodie bs.. I thought this was the same until I tried it. Review only for thr skulls... man are they amazing togo put them in the micro 25 seconds it's like u never togo Also Tried their pasta was super bomb.

I ordered XL Margarita and Combination pizzas for my staff after hearing about the new opening. While the dough was clean and tasty, we found the toppings to be lacking--specifically, the amount of cheese was very disappointing. It felt like the pizza was trying too hard to a certain style without enough substance. Between the 10 of us who have tried many pizza spots in the area, the consensus was that it fell short of expectations. Congratulations on your opening, but I hope you take this feedback to heart and improve the topping quality

Thrilled that Amerige Heights Town Center finally has an amazing pizza spot. Their pizzas are absolutely delicious! We got the margherita pizza, garlic delight pizza and their famous Pizza Skulls (with pesto + pepperoni). Both the margherita pizza and garlic delight pizza were super aesthetically pleasing and tasted really fresh with quality ingredients. Super satisfying from the very first bite! Pizza Skulls were crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, filled with pesto and pepperoni. So good!! Definitely a must-visit spot when you are craving pizza.

This place was good the food was fresh the service was quick and it was just great can't wait to try again :)

Penne alla vodka w/complimentary garlic bread which

3.5 stars rounded to 4 Bari pasta and pizza are known for their viral pizza skulls and just opened recently in Fullerton. Here are my thoughts. (disclaimer: I ordered takeout which may have slightly altered the food/taste compared to when prepared) I ordered -Pepperoni/Cheese Pizza skulls : I was expecting these to be crispy on the outside for some reason, but they were actually a little soggy (again, could've been the takeout). The marinara was quite nice though, and I can see the appeal of these. - Penne alla vodka (spicy) : I highly recommend you get this spicy only if you like a kick! This was spicier than I expected it to be, but the flavor overall is there and pasta was cooked perfectly, and the portion size is generous. Protein can be added on for extra cost. Comes with garlic bread which was also very yummy. - Pepperoni pizza slice : Nothing special, just a pizza slice. Overall, expect to see a lot of students, especially in the late afternoon and longer wait times for your food to be ready but solid choice for a reasonably priced, quick bite! I would like to try inside the restaurant this time and see if that improves the flavors a little.

Second time ordering from them and last. They are a new business so we wanted to give them a shot. First time I ordered, I did pick up. There was no Caesar dressing included with the Caesar salad. I brushed it off because they were new and getting the hang of business. I did let them know. Ordered again a few weeks later but this time DoorDash. Caesar salad arrived with no dressing. After calling they asked if I wanted to place an order for dressing......I was hopeful for this new place but will be going back to our old pizza joint. I will say their pizza skulls are good which is the only reason I will give them 2 stars rather than one.

Walking in, you feel it instantly -- that rare combination of cozy and intentional that so many cafés try to manufacture but so few actually achieve. The space is genuinely charming. The kind of place where you settle in, exhale, and stop thinking about whatever was on your mind five minutes ago. Whether you're coming in solo with a book or just need a quiet corner to exist for a while, Ake Larry holds that space beautifully. But the real story here is the owner. I don't throw around the phrase "best owner ever" lightly -- but this one earned it. They checked in on me personally, asked how I wanted my coffee made, and actually listened. Not in a transactional way, but in the way someone does when they genuinely care about the experience they're putting in front of you. That level of attentiveness is vanishingly rare and it transformed what could have been a standard café visit into something that actually felt personal. The coffee itself delivered on that promise. You could taste the intention behind it -- well-extracted, balanced, and made exactly to spec. No guessing, no inconsistency. Just a really good cup of coffee crafted by someone who clearly takes their craft seriously. The pastries and food rounded it all out perfectly. Nothing felt like an afterthought -- everything on the menu seemed to belong there. Ake Larry is a regular rotation spot. Full stop.

Located in the middle of downtown Fullerton, it's a charming and cozy space that's perfect for a date night or celebration. Come early, or plan to walk around a bit because they are walk up only, and your wait could be a while depending on where you want to be sat. Still, it's worth it for the great atmosphere and delicious pasta. Certain days of the week have different specials. For example, Thursdays they have discounted martinis (they have some GREAT drinks), and Wednesdays discounted wine bottles (and no corkage fees if your whole party orders an entree) so definitely make sure to check out if they're offering anything the day you come in. They have a pretty large menu of pasta dishes, and other entrees. Everything I've had off the menu has been delicious, including the special pasta of the day I ordered on my last visit. Plates range from $20 and up if you add proteins, but the portions are large and you definitely won't leave hungry. The service is very solid, but our last server Jessica really wowed us! She was personable, and had many great recommendations about the menu. Aside from checking in on us frequently and making sure our wine glasses were never empty, she really made our recent visit a standout one. Definitely stop by here if you're looking for a nice Italian dinner in Fullerton.

Like they'd cracked a jar of Ragu, poured it over pasta, and expected us to be happy. Fun ambiance, but not enough to lure us back. Food was expensive and just meh. We don't recommend this place.

I appreciate its cleanliness inside (tables, furniture, bathrooms) and easy parking (more people need to use the public parking structure that's literally a 1-2 minute walk). It's Thursday, and I was looking for a last minute reservation for lunch time, on MOTHER'S DAY. After calling literally 15+ establishments, I was so happy to snag a reservation here! Sunday arrives, and we are already running late. I called and spoke to the hostess, and nervously told them we'd be 15 minutes late. I was terrified the reservation would be forfeited. The hostess was very empathetic, told us to drive safe, and that our table will be ready when we arrive. This definitely helped with my stress. We arrive and after checking in we are seated immediately. Our waitress, Olivia, was absolutely amazing! She greeted us with a big smile and was incredibly attentive to our party. She took our drink order, shared the specials, and gave us time to decide on what we wanted. It's common at other restaurants that when you tell the waiter you are not ready, they do not return for a L-O-N-G time. Olivia did not do this. She continued to check on us and did not come off impatient. My mom, who's never been before and English is not her primary language, had a lot of questions from describing all the salad dressings to different fettuccine. Olivia happily answered everything and got our order underway. Our drinks were always refilled and she never forgot a request, whether it was dressing on the side, straws, or extra napkins & utensils. I wanted to sneakily pay the bill while my family was still enjoying their food, so I went inside. Another girl, Penny, noticed I needed assistance and helped me with my request immediately. Lastly, I really wanted to express how amazing everything went so I asked to speak with a manager. As someone who works in the service industry too, I know all too well that most of the time happily satisfied customers/guests/patrons are more likely to move on with their day while disappointed people are the ones to complain. Within a few minutes I met Ashley, one of the managers, and was able to share that this was probably one of the best Mother's Day outings we have ever had, all thanks to Old Spaghetti Factory. On our way home, my mom was already brainstorming when to return.

What a disappointment! We went early evening so it wasn't crowded. We were seated immediately but then had to wait so long for a server that we had to summons a hostess to get one. It took a long while to get everything. When we were finally served, he bread was good, the salad was not, and the spaghetti I had was below par at best-- not very hot and super low on meat sauce and mizithra cheese (shrinkflation?). The tiny chicken parmesan that my wife had, however, was the worst we've ever tasted anywhere by far. We wanted to get our bill, but again we had to wait forever for the server to give us our check so we can go back and relieve the caregiver for our disabled son. The price overall was basically in line with what you would pay everywhere else nowadays, but the quality and service was so poor we will not return... and that's a real shame.
