Beware of FALSE ADVERTISING and PRICING SCAM. I tried 3x on 3 separate days to clear this up and the management clearly doesn't care to return my calls. Medium margarita pizza. Gluten free crust. Vegan cheese. $28.99... The menu says $14.99 +$5 for the crust $4 for the cheese. $23.99. The website shows it as $23.99 when you build it online. But the cashier made excuses and took my number down despite verifying the pricing. No fixing the price. Let's be clear: The Supreme I got was mediocre at best. Costco made a better tasting supreme... I didn't eat the margharita pizza, but it definitely wasn't worth $28.99... The price gouging for gluten and dairy (actual food intolerances, not a fad) is pathetic. Not honoring your already exorbitant prices and charging even more is not acceptable. read more

Oh man, I feel really sad writing a 3 star review for this place. I used to buy pizza from them a couple years ago. I was in the neighborhood getting my tires done so I figured I place a pick up order. To my surprise, it was a bit disappointing. I ordered online and took advantage of their deal 10 wings with a large pizza+ one small speciality supreme ($51) The order for ready before due time. I picked up a couple extra slices of chocolate cake and Oreo cheesecake ($15). We used to devour the pizza here with less than 3 slices leftover. This time, we had more than half a large pizza left. The pizza really was meh and the wings were worse than home made. Lemon pepper was way too lemony/sour and not palatable. The garlic parm was also did not meet expectations. Sad part is, the dessert was the best part and they probably ordered from an outside vendor. Overall, it was a disappointing pizza and wing experience. My coworker shared how her family enjoys Papa Pizza and how I should try it sometime. Decided to place an order for take out and we chose a combo meal which included a large pizza, lasagna, salad, and garlic bread. Service was friendly and food was done in a timely manner. About 20 minutes in, it was ready for pick up. Parking is easy as it's in a plaza. The menu is pretty extensive and has so many options, including vegan. We really liked the texture of the pizza, has a great crust on it as well. The lasagna was tasty and salad was good, we were just unaware it included olives and onions. I did not realize that I needed pizza with beef ribs until I ordered food at Papa Pizza pie. The combination is amazing. I always loved pizza and wings, but having pizza and a big juicy tender beef rib is next level ultra delicious. Beef Ribs are huge and hunky and a pairs so well with the two pizzas I got. I got the supreme pizza and the chicken Alfredo pizza because one kid loves tomato sauce and the other kid can't stand tomato sauce so I am so appreciative that there are pizza sauce alternatives. I also learned this spot doesn't serve pork. Instead they are serving high quality beef pepperoni, beef meatballs and Italian beef sausage toppings. Taste the difference! This spot also accepts EBT according to their sign outside. Service is great but there is limited seating. It's great for a quick bite with yourself or a quick meal with a friend or two. read more

After being so disappointed with the almost ZERO options at Disneyland, we stopped by Papa Pizza Pie on the way back to our hotel. I wanted a sandwich and decided here because of the vegan cold cut. The bread was a traditional sub style with an absolutely delicious crispy crust. I chose the Italian which came with mayo, onions, tomatoes, pickles and a seasoned Italian meat substitute (not sure if it was tofu). My husband got the vegan supreme pizza and it was loaded with veggies. It's a take away only spot- which we didn't know but the wait was reasonable and the service was friendly. Super delicious pizza! Got a small regular crust pineapple pizza and it ate it right away at their dining table. They have 3 small 2 chair tables to eat at. The pizza dough is super airy and fluffy and the simple ingredients paired well with each other. The mozzarella cheese is delicious with a nice hint of saltiness to it that you get from well made mozzarella. The service was good, although we placed a pick up order so we didn't really interact much with the workers. We stopped here while staying near Knott's and the pizza was so good. There was so much cheese and so much flavor. They even threw in an extra cheesy garlic bread for us which was really good. While staying in the nearby area for New Year's, I found this restaurant after doing a online search. Prior to arriving at the restaurant, I called to see if they had special hours due to the New Year's Eve holiday and was happy when the employee said they were open their regular hours and closing at 9pm. Upon entering the restaurant on the evening of New Year's Eve, hubby and I were warmly greeted by restaurant employee. Unfortunately, since it was New Year's Eve, the employee informed us that it would be an hour wait to place our order but they'd be open at 10am on New Year's Day so we left to ring in the New Year with family. On the next day, we arrived a little after restaurant opened for the day and I liked how bright the restaurant was inside but noticed that there was no indoor dining options available..After we were greeted by a restaurant employee, hubby asked about the indoor dining options and the employee replied that it was unavailable due to the New Years holiday.Hubby then mentioned he has a nut allergy and asked about the type of vegan cheese the restaurant uses and was happy to hear that they use Follow Your Heart vegan cheese. After looking at the vegan food options hubby and I decided to order a variety of vegan food including eggplant parmigiana, roasted veggie pasta, a vegan pizza with half BBQ chicken and half vegan meat, a chef salad,a foot long veggie sub sandwich, and a slice of vegan Oreo cheesecake. After receiving our food, I appreciated that the employee separated and bagged the food based on if it was hot or cold and also provided us with paper plates and cutlery. Upon seeing the food, everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. I liked that each of the pasta dishes came with a side salad and vegan ranch salad dressing. The pizza was large, full of toppings and the crust was perfect and paired very well with the vegan chef salad. The only disappointment I had with the meal was the vegan Oreo cheesecake which tasted a little stale to me. Other than the cheesecake disappointment, the friendly,informative staff, lots of vegan menu options as well as the delicious food has us planning to make this a must visit restaurant whenever we visit the area in the future. read more

I've had it ordered in so I can't speak on ambiance or service at the location. I did order the cannolis before and like how they arrive in a pack of 3 small ones. However, they do not match the photo provided online. The photo shows the ends are dipped in chocolate and have mini chocolate chips included on each end. But... they aren't dipped in any chocolate and they have like 1-2 mini chocolate chips in each cannoli. I was disappointed in those and never ordered those again. My husband was excited to try this place because of all the gluten free options! They have a ton for vegan as well which is awesome. Daisy greeted us warmly and was very engaging. She checked in with us to see how we were enjoying the food. We got mild wings (like regular buffalo just fyi), breadsticks, canadian bacon pizza reg crust, and pastrami pizza glutenfree crust. Its a smaller place, people mostly do to-go. They also have cookies, pasta, ribs, etc! My pizza was only okay & i felt the crust was bland. The wings were FANTASTIC!! Not small at all. My husband LOVED his pizza and the crust was really fluffy and good. The ranch is perfect. The breadsticks were also only okay to me. I think i needed more butter on them but i would definitely try their garlic bread instead. I would come back for the wings alone cuz im not wild about the pizza but my husband is eager to return. We spent almost $113 on a 24" Papa Size Supreme, a large Half cheese, half pepperoni, some wings and some wedges. I asked if I could get an extra Ranch dressing for the wings, and was told it would cost me an extra $2 for a small like 2 ounce cup of watered down Ranch. I thought maybe spending nearly $113 was enough to at least get me a small little cup of watered down Ranch, but guess not. The only reason I didn't give it a one star review is because the pizza is a good pizza. A little overpriced in my opinion, but I don't mind paying a higher price for a quality product. That being said, I will not return, as customer service is always at the top of my list, and the tall girl that worked the counter just didn't have that today. I'll take my $100 per order business elsewhere.... Food for thought when you're a business owner. I've given this place two chances, and both times the customer service was terrible. The front counter staff (especially Daisy) are unprofessional and rude. On my last visit, they completely messed up my order and gave me the wrong pizza. When I called, they admitted the mistake but only offered a credit for "next time." A month later, I tried to use that credit and spoke with Daisy again. She was dismissive, unprofessional and told me they had switched computer systems and "lost" all previous credits. When I asked to speak with the manager, Houda, she was even worse, telling me credits "expire after two weeks," something I was never told when they messed up my order in the first place. When I asked if there was any solution, she flat out said "no." This place clearly doesn't value customers, takes no accountability for their mistakes and hides behind excuses. If you want professionalism and your order done right, go anywhere else, even Pizza Hut would be a better experience. read more
