I've been trying to get to this bakery for a while. The hours of operation and the secluded location always made it a tough visit. Thankfully I was able to find the time to visit on a random cold day in Boston and it was definitely well worth it! Cannoli's in this part of town are the really great, there are a few other challengers for the title including one on the corner which holds far more friendly hours. Parziale's Florentine Cannoli ranks up there with the best. I'd be back in a heartbeat to get another one and grab a slice as well.

This bakery was on my list to try in the North End and it was delish! They have a variety of Italian baked goods, cookies and pizza. I got the sfogliatelle and it was flavorful. That orange ricotta filling was delish!

Love their cannoli but I got one Today and it wasn't filled properly? I paid $5.20 for this and didn't get my moneys worth. What a disappointment.

Great little bakery with a large selection of sweet and savory treats that's open until midnight every day! This area has a few popular bakeries and I enjoyed seeing what Parziale's had to offer. I enjoyed my late night cannoli.

So the bread is absolutely delicious for those that don't live in Boston and you live somewhere else outside more like the southern states of the nation. It's the water. This would've been easily a four or five star review however let me get to the service. Mind you it's not a big place not a lot of selections but I felt rushed. Maybe it's because I'm from the south half of the nation that I feel like hospitality should be a bit more than a very straightforward. What would you like? Had I not been rushed I would've bought more stuff and asked for more stuff and this quite possibly could've been a five star review. The food is good. Don't expect great service.

Hidden gem in the North End! Skip the lines at the popular (read: tourist-infested) bakeries and come here instead. The lemon square was delicious and HUGE, plus cheaper than at nearby places. Need to come back to try more stuff. They take credit card now btw!

In all the traveling that my wife and I have done, the one tip that I always take with me is this: if you want to find the best places to eat in places you visit, ask a local. This tip has never let me down and all the years that I have traveled. That is no different in Boston. We took a walking tour of historic Boston and at the end of it we decided we wanted a treat. The north side of Boston is rich with Italian culture, and I love a good cannoli. We asked our tour guide where she would go if she wanted a good cannoli and she recommended two places. We had heard about a place called Mike's that was supposed to have the best cannolis in all of Boston, but she never mentioned Mike's. Instead, she said Parziale's or Bova's. Ironically, they are right down the street from each other. We decided to go to both places because the only thing better than one cannoli is two cannolis. I am not going to share which place had the better cannoli because I want you to have the same wonderful experience that I had. I will say this, however, if you're in the mood for a sweet treat, definitely try both of these places out. They are amazing And you feel like you've walked into an old world bakery. The smells and sites when you walk in, will make your mouth water.

We visited while on a walking food tour in Boston. The original spot we visited was packed, so our guide brought us here because he said it's his favorite pizza place. As we approached I saw the sign and thought this seems odd, we are getting pizza at a bakery, yes indeed we were. We walked inside and they had many delicious baked goods sitting there, but they also had a ton of people ordering pizza too. We were told our pizza would be a few minutes so our tour ventured down the street to look at some sites and then made our way back up to grab our piping hot slices of fresh, delicious pizza. It was really good and would suggest you go for the pizza and pick up some delicious dessert to go.

Small unassuming local bakery with a rich history which packs a whallop for locals and tourists alike. They have a variety of cookies, breads and pizza. There are cold pastries and desserts as well. We got some fig and rasp rolls (amazing) chocolate chip shortbread, pistachio chocolate chip, and some fig squares. Loved them all and wished we had got more. Also should have gotten some bread (next time). Long standing Boston history with a true authentic feel and not a tourist trap. Cash only.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm! Cannoli that they don't fill until you order! Crust so flaky and fresh! filling so creamy and tasty! They do not serve any pistachios so if you have a nut allergy you're safe.... 100+ years in the business is your other guarantee that the cannoli is divine! Also no waiting for arguably fresher cannoli.

Given that Bova's is around the corner, this bakery doesn't get as much love as it should. All the the staff is really friendly and helpful, their bread is delicious. My favorite thing to get here is the pizza, you can get a slice for 4-5 dollars and it's so good. I come here when I'm looking for a thicker crust pizza and it's so worth it. I haven't tried any of their desserts yet so I can't speak to that aspect of the bakery but the pizza alone is worth a stop.

If you are in Boston, take the time to visit Parziales. It's truly the oldest pizza place in Boston. The pastries took me back in time to my childhood. The flavors are indeed mouth-watering. The storefront looks like it was frozen in time and the staff are amazing. The ambiance and atmosphere fit perfectly within the walls of the bakery.

Best bakery in the North End by far! The only reason I haven't left a review is because I don't want more people to go and create a line.

I had ordered for pickup for a designated time, however finished my meetings sooner than expected and so arrived there around an hour early and asked if they could prepare the food at that time and they very kindly did. I want to try and recreate it at home one day. The chicken pita sandwich is another favorite- really hearty with plenty of chicken and love the cucumbers and tomatoes and the sauce - perfect! I also ordered the salmon dish with the seasonal veggies- the crust was so crispy - it felt like the skin but didn't look like it very curious! The apple turnover is flaky and buttery with a great apple filling, while the strawberry turnover had a fresh flavor and a light, crispy pastry. Honestly, it was hard to pick a favorite between the two. The staff were friendly, and my order came out quickly even though there were a lot of people there. The café has a nice atmosphere, whether you're stopping in for coffee, meeting up with friends, or just grabbing something to go. The more it sat, the more I was able to taste it. And the mocha they use doesn't seem to be very chocolatey which I'm not a fan of. It's more on the bland side. Maybe it would be better iced but since it's cold outside I wanted something hot. The girl who took my order and made my latte was very nice and very kind. She had a really good vibe coming off her which I love. Five stars for her! So the mocha gets 3 stars, the girl who helped me gets five stars. I may get a cookie to go but haven't decided if I wanna spend $5.75 plus tax on a cookie. The mocha was $5.25 plus tax alone. And the cookies really aren't as big as people say they are. They do look good but I'm not sure if I wanna spend that much on a single cookie. Maybe I'll come back another day. Edit to say I did go back for a cookie.
