Beth, their Patient Ambassador, came into the restaurant where I work and was an amazing customer. During our conversation, she offered to help me with a missing front tooth. I lost the tooth during my career as an MMA fighter, and because it was so noticeable, it had always been a major source of embarrassment for me. I explained that I'm a father of three, work weekends at the restaurant while building my own business, and don't currently have insurance. Without hesitation, Beth told me they would find a way to work something out. I was scheduled for a fitting the following week, and only two short weeks later, I looked in the mirror and saw my smile without that huge gap for the first time in years. Then they told me it would be completely free, and I could hardly contain my emotions. I cannot thank Beth and the entire team at Kunik Orthodontics enough for what they did for me. They didn't just fix my smile--they made me feel like I no longer needed to hide it. I will always be grateful for their kindness and generosity.

I went for traditional braces instead of invisilign as I wanted it done. No backing out. In for a penny - in for a pound. With my crowded teeth it took a full two years but it was totally worth it. My smile is awesome. I wish I had done it 30 years ago! Dr. Briggs is very attentive and every staff member I worked with was welcoming and professional. He obviously hires great people. I'm sure they are great with kids as well and in a few years I'll likely be bringing one if mine in for their own braces. Highly recommend them. Worth every penny.

When I pointed it out to his assistant, she said he wouldn't do that but then she said open your mouth and she looked in and she said oh my he did ! I went to my regular dentist afterwards, immediately, for him to look at it, and I should've gone to a lawyer as well as I have just spent over $40,000 redoing my teeth because of Dr.Kunik! Do not trust this man ... I asked him three times to stop sanding my lower front teeth and he said he wouldn't sand them anymore and then he did! No integrity here whatsoever!

They even did a same-day fit in for my friend who broke her tooth and fixed my friend's loose bracket on her braces that was visiting from PERU at no charge! 3) Dr. Ip- T.H.E. B.E.S.T. I've never been to a dentist that I've trusted more. He is SO honest and does not try to up-sell you. I've had so many concerns about my teeth and Dr. Ip takes the time to explain which ones I don't need to fret over and which ones are more pressing to correct. Go to SMILE 360!

It was difficult to find someone that would rebond the retainer and even more difficult to find one with availability. Pure Smiles was the only office that was able to accommodate me during the same week, and they were upfront about their costs and time of procedure. Price was reasonable compared to other quotes I got. I was seen within 5 minutes of checking in, and I was impressed with the level of service I received from everyone from the front desk to the orthodontist. The orthodontic assistant was kind. She told me what she was doing at every step of the way. She also gave me a way to signal if I was in pain (which I wasn't - she was gentle!) I hope to not need to see an orthodontist for a while, but I would definitely recommend Pure Smiles to those looking for one.

First things first: Dr. Henry is one of the nicest humans you will ever meet. And he is an expert…read morein all things orthodontia. Straightening my teeth with Invisalign wasn't terribly complicated, but getting me settled in a retainer after my treatment was complete was kind of dicey. I needed him to adjust it so my bite at night was neutral -- long story, but it has to do with being able to breathe when I'm sleeping (no clenching on back molars.) My request was kind of new to him, but he kindly and patiently listened to me and said, "I'm going to trust that you know what your body needs." And then he worked with me for close to an hour to adjust the bite on my retainer! I never once felt like he was exasperated. He truly won't rest until his patients are comfortable and happy. But Dr. Henry has also done something that so many others haven't: he's gathered a team of gifted, deeply dedicated support staff that made all the difference for me. This practice has several offices and he serves people in many locations. But when I needed something and he wasn't in the office, Val took exceptional care of me. Every single time I had a question or concern, I knew she was going to talk to Dr. Henry about it and together, they would find the best solution for me. What an incredible team they are! At my next to last visit, Val told me she would carefully explain our conversation to him, and when she did, he had the confidence to move forward with her recommendations. And guess what? It resulted in my getting e-x-a-c-t-l-y what I needed. Every single night I am grateful for my custom-made retainer because I can SLEEP. Bottom line: rest assured Dr. Henry has your back, and that his staff (especially Val) is not only highly skilled, but they also extend his generosity of spirit even when he's not there. I wish every medical and dental practice took such great care of their patients.

They explained everything really well, and I didn't feel like I was being sold a used car (as was my experience elsewhere). They were very understanding that we are only concerned about alleviating crowding to make room for adult teeth, and will wait and see if further orthodontia is needed later. We have had no issues with her expander during the treatment. The desk people were very patient and helpful with the first use of my FSA card, which I had my doubts about. Billing is clear and simple. Appointment scheduling is also easy, and they provide just the right number of reminders. I didn't feel like I had to fill out too many forms, always a plus. We accidentally showed up a day early for one checkup, and they squeezed us in since we were already there. Appointments always run on time. Best of all, my daughter's teeth look adequately spaced now! It's like magic!
