The lady with the bright hair - is the same lady that greets you as you walk in. The office is easy to find and there's plenty of parking in the shopping center. This is my new dentist office and I have been very pleased with the attentiveness, care and service the team provides. I really enjoyed having a tv on the ceiling to watch during my teeth cleaning. Dr Sean is great and does great work however after today I will NEVER return again all thank to Ken. Acting like my payments coming out of his pocket. I am 34 and I have been coming to this dentist since I've been 18 never once have I had a problem with payment. I was early to my appointment today & I paid $100 deposit about a month ago for this appointment & Ken told me I would lose my deposit even though I was talking to him face-to-face in person in the office and was early & I couldn't be seen because I was not able to make the after appointment payment that day but could pay it on the 29th and he told me no that I'm not keeping up my end of the agreement. That is shitty quality of care, a shitty office experience and shitty customer service. I am very disappointed and because of him, I will not recommend this office to anybody ever again. Had I not been honest I could've had my service done and then told them afterwards, but instead, I was trying to do the right thing and asked beforehand which I now know was wrong. read more

I found out Tech Ridge has their own plan for those of us without dental coverage--it gets you 2 vleanings, xrays, and exam for a nice discount, and ensures a discount for emergencies. Sign me up! Now if only I could get my wife to not "fear the dentist" in general. Update 12/1/2020: Went in for a cleaning and get a filling for a small hole that appeared in my tooth. Fast work, and painless--I even got to see digital pics before and after, and my dentist followed up a couple days later to make sure all was well. In a nutshell, this place cares about its clientelle. The staff is always ultra-frienfly. And they figure out the insurance so you don't have to. It's a trifecta! Update 8/26/2020: Staff is still great COVID precautions are still in place..looks like I need to floss around my bridges more, but at leastbefore I left I hot the pricing w/ insurance figured out gor me for a deep cleaning in the future and filling a small hole in a tooth. Happy as always getying taken care of here. Update 5/27/2020: Things are as good as they can be with COVID-19. Sonic tools are barred but my cleaning was fine and procedures are in place to stay safe. Dr. Minnie did 4 fillings. She is the best - cannot recommend her enough. This office takes care of you - the entire process was super smooth and easy! Literally the only time I felt any minor discomfort was the first numbing shot on the right hand side of my mouth. It felt like a minor prick that lasted all of a couple seconds. Apart from that, the entire experience was pain & discomfort free. I swear the skill of the doctor must matter - have had poor experiences in the past. Another thing I very much respect of Dr. Minnie - she knows when to advise to go to a specialist. She noticed during the first examination that my mouth is a bit tight/inflexible and a bit tricky to maneuver especially during complex procedures. While she was able to do the fillings with no issue, she did mention that if I needed a root canal in the future that a specialist would be better since they have the right tools to handle my inflexible mouth. read more

I've been coming here for the better part of 6-7 years, and I couldn't say enough about how great the staff is there. Everyone has always been incredibly kind and has made me feel at home. The offices are as clean and modern as I've ever seen, and the technology they use make it very simple to diagnose and understand any issues that might come up w/ my teeth. Dr Sean and Dr Minnie are fantastic; have always had a great experience with both of them and they've done a great job informing me of how to best care for my teeth, particularly when issues come up, and making recommendations. Dr. Minnie is simply the best. I have lived in 3 places in Texas and I still always come see her. Just had gum contouring and a crown removed this week. Needless to say after 7 years of getting used to the irritation it's gone. She figured Out I had a metal allergy from a crown in my house no one else could. I just went here last week for a cleaning and found I had a couple cavities. This was one of the nicest dental offices I've been too. Everyone from the front office, to the assistant, and the dentist himself, Dr. Sean Ma were super friendly and competent. They actually took time to explain the procedures, show me pictures of my teeth and were generally very thorough. I was also impressed with the abilities of Dr. Ma and his attention to detail. He filled my cavities and when he was checking everything he felt he could have done one filling a little better. He redid the entire filling to make it just right even though it took another 10 minutes. That to me shows quality and proficiency. I would highly recommend Tech Ridge dental. read more

The receptionist Lindsey is always the sweetest bubbly person Iv ever talked to and she's just a ball of sweetness and so happy to help ALWAYS. Paige is a blast to work with as well,she informed me of everything I needed to do,be done and more-she didn't make me feel bad or scared of some areas that need to be worked on which made me feel confident and not afraid of what needs to be done also. Update: It looks my last review (5 star) was taken down. probably by me... But anywho, had 2 visits for fillings and just had my last visit for two extractions. I got very nervous thinking about the pain and blood. But Dr. Sean numb me up real good and being vocal about when the needle is going in and coming out. I especially love while he numb me Tracy help distract me by patting my arms and always asking if i need extra rinsing. I'm anxious about my healing but excited to start my process in Invisalign after this. I look forward on coming back for my future cleanings! read more

I've been going to Tech Ridge Dental for 4 years now, and I've always had a positive experience. I've never had a long wait time, the front desk staff is super friendly and helpful, the dental hygienists are thorough, and Dr Sean Ma is personable and knowledgeable. I don't have dental insurance, so I use their dental savings program and it is an awesome program. Even though I only see this crew twice a year, I'm always greeted by name and enjoy small talk with every employee. I feel like they truly care. Upon walking in, I notice a clean and modern, yet quaint feel to the waiting room. There was cold water bottles and coffee available and a friendly welcome. Yes, Lindsey, with awesome fiery red hair greeted me, with a friendly smile! Shortly after, I was greeted by Ellen, and was welcomed to one of the patient rooms. The patient was clean, and had a T.V on the ceiling for you to enjoy. Being a new patient, I was asked with some questions in regards to why I'm here, and shortly after my teeth was a posing for the cameras! I didn't have to leave my patient seat to have my teeth's get its glamour shots. Nothing fancy, but it was a bit different from other dental places I have been. Rather than having to stand behind a machine or have a camera in my mouth. It was all done from what looked like a DSLR - Very cool! I suppose a new career line up for photographers Once the photo taking were done, I was presented with the photos on a another TV in front of me (on the wall). I have to say, it was very cool and different for sure - however, awesome to see! Ellen and Dr. Minhha, explained to me like a show and tell, of my teeth. They explain the areas where they have concerns and why. They did not try to upsell anything, but provided me things to consider and why. It was educational, and they were very honey. Instead of writing a novel of reviews - I will just say... I had to come in for a overdue checkup, and cleaning. By the way, I have sensitive teeth and Ellen, was very diligent with my teethes. Overall, it was a very good and informative experience. Everyone was very friendly, honest and the checkup / cleaning didn't hurt one bit. I would definitely come back and would RECOMMEND! AAA+++! The staff is the friendliest I have ever met. I was nervous about finding my first "official" dentist that I can go to regularly but I hit the jack-pot. The staff is great and Dr. Ma always explains everything thoroughly to make you feel comfortable and makes sure that you are okay throughout the process too. Dr. Ma even calls a day after your procedure to make sure everything is feeling normal and you are okay. It just feels great knowing that your dentist actually cares for you! I LOVE Tech Ridge Dental! Seriously, I do! If it were up to me, I'd never change and go anywhere else! All staff I've met are wonderful, including those at the front desk, dental assistants, and both dentists. They will make you feel more comfortable then any other dental facility (in my opinion). They even offer you an option on payment help if you can't pay all at one time. They have wifi and a computer in the waiting room, a mini fridge stocked with water and sodas and a kuerig coffee dispenser for your liking. I consider this a high tech facility with very updated x-ray technology and scheduling software. I was amazed. They make you feel as if they've known you forever! Hands down the BEST dental experience ever! From scheduling my appointment down to leaving the office after my first visit. Everyone I came into contact with was superb. I scheduled the earliest appointment available which happened to be at 2pm and I told them if anyone cancels to please let me know. A couple days before my appointment, the receptionist calls me to tell me they had a 9am slot open up and I was delighted! I arrived shortly before 9am and they had me fill out a new Patient form that was on a dry-erase board which they later scan into he system...I thought this was amazing. But this was just the beginning. The office is brand new and looked straight out of a magazine. They offered free water and coffee while I waited. There was also a desktop computer available to sue as well as free Wi-Fi. I was calling in by Ellen, who was such a sweet person. She was very nice, helpful and patient. She constantly explained every detail and was very comforting during the process. She took my X-rays with this small state-of-the-art machine I had never seen before and the images were immediately uploaded onto a flat screen on the wall in front of me! There was also another flat screen on the ceiling showing TV while they performed my check-up! I was even handed a pair of shades to block the lights above. Again..Amazing! Dr (Minnie) Ma came in and she was also very sweet and patient. She did a full check up and explained what the images were in detail and her thoughts on anything. She was very patient and I never once felt rushed even though she had other patients. After, Dr Minnie left, Ellen did a cleaning and gave me good tips and advice on how to brush, floss and prevent plaque build-up. On my way out I easily scheduled my 6 month follow up appointment and was given a nice bag of goodies, including small toothpaste, toothbrush, floss and some reading material! Being their customers for 8 years, and recommended a lot of my coworker to them, today I decide to leave this dental place. during the last 8 years, I missed 3 appointment due to working schedule conflict, it was my bad that I forgot the visit ( they used to call to confirm one day ahead, but not anymore） and a lot of time I dont check the text message that often, so they started to ask me for 100$ deposit before I make appointment 3 years ago which I understood that I need pay for what I did, but after 3 years without missing a single appointment, today when I asked them if they can start to treat me like a regular customer without paying deposit, their answer is simply no, and what made me very frustrated is that the owner's attitude is so arrogant. The dentist mentioned that I do have one tooth that was chipped from when I was little that could be touched up but certainly not completely replaced and not immediately. He said to beware of dentists that want to replace every cavity you have ever had and touch up all previous problem areas. The new dentist had no idea where 10+ cavities came from. This clinic is not honest. I just moved to Autsin working for a new company. They are out in my insurance net work. The guy named Ken is responsible to explain each bill to patient. However, he never mentioned they are not in my insurance net work and explain why I have such high co-payment. I found this out until recently one of my claim got denied and the insurance company contacted with me to state this. However, i have paid them over $2000 since July this year! I have gum disease, but not other dental issue. Ken seems got very interested in if I can afford the co-pay. When my claim got rejected, he immediately called me and leave a urgent message and asked me pay. I told him i will pay, but not comfortable with the way he treated me. I found this dentist via yelp for my husband. The rest of the family goes to places south, but my husband wanted a place close to work. They are very professional, accommodating an friendly. There are tvs in the ceiling which helped relax him and he experienced no pain. He really liked the advanced technology and showed him a very precise breakdown of what was going on with his teeth. My whole family has been going to Dental Tech Ridge for almost a year now. After having my first child, I was kind of slacking off on going to the dentist and was not thrilled to schedule my first visit after almost 2 years. As a result, I had numerous issues, some minor, some major that needed to be addressed. I have always been so terrified of going to the dentist all my life due to some bad childhood experience.
