The staff were all really helpful and informative with the use of scan technologies and were able to find potential fractures and cavities areas based on the pressure mapping. No other dentist has given me a reasonable explanation to my crossbite and things it can lead into. One thing I will say is, their hand held 3D scanner is HUGE. Like thicc with two C's! Efficiency at the desk, and the technicians are adept and very good at what they do. I had to cancel an appointment , and I was given several opportunities - unsolicited - via text to grab the next available without me having to call and reschedule. That's a very convenient feature. I think the prices are reasonable , and when there are procedures predicted or needed for your teeth in the future, they give a detailed breakdown of what it will cost you. Do not go here!! Scheduled cleaning, after 2hrs of x rays and exams no cleaning. Seems they try to up sale you. I have never missed a cleaning in my lifetime until now. Very shady practice from this office. I would have gotten mad if it was not so transparent at their intent in the end. I just hate I wasted my time. Of course they billed my insurance. My husband had oral surgery recently here - Can not say enough good things about Dr. Cohl Brazil and his staff. Never had any pain during or after the surgery. My husband said it was "the best dental experience " he's ever had. Texted Dr. Brazil several times for minor problems my husband was having with medication - he was quick to get back with me and fix the problem. We went in a week later to see Dr. Chau and healing was all good so moving forward with the treatment plan. The office is modern, clean, and bright - they offer comfort services where you can request water, blanket, headphones while you watch TV, etc. The location is ideal in a plaza, next to Starbucks. SCAMMERS- DO NOT GO HERE!!! Every single time my boyfriend goes to the dentist here he is overcharged. Avoid Enamel if you are not someone who is familiar with what your insurance covers/standard dentist procedures. They take advantage of people through an overcomplicated explanation of procedures and explain it in such a way you think you MUST agree to it. To make matters worse they are unclear when letting you know if your insurance will cover the additional recommended service or not. As someone who has been scammed in the past, I'm hyper-aware when a dentist recommends "necessary procedures" just to get some extra cash that insurance won't cover. This is their way of conducting business. Two visits ago, he was overcharged for fillings (charged him full price when insurance covered it). He would never have known until he just so happened to look at the bill. After 3+ phone calls they took 8 WEEKS to refund him the hundreds he was owed. Most recently, he was talked into a "gum procedure" that was not only miss-explained, his insurance didn't cover it. He just checked his last bill and was overcharged YET AGAIN. I've honestly never written a Yelp review but this was such an awful experience, I feel the need to share. I never understood why people hated going to the dentist so much until I came here. The dentist was poking my gums so hard that I started crying and told him I was in a lot of pain to which he snapped at me and said "I'm just trying to make sure you don't have periodontal disease!" and proceeded to continue doing exactly what I told him was causing me pain. Then after X-rays, they finally told me how much my cleaning would cost and they said I needed a higher level of cleaning than my insurance covered because my teeth were just so terrible. I am a young woman who brushes her teeth everyday, has never had a cavity and has always gone to the dentist. You're telling me my teeth are so bad that I need to pay $60 out of pocket for a cleaning that insurance already covers $100 of? Yeah right. I said I could not pay that and the dentist came in and started guilt tripping me about how insurance doesn't work for them and how he was frustrated. Simply, that is not my problem. I continued to refused the upcharged treatment, and he tried to keep scaring me about how I am going to loose teeth or get periodontitis. AGAIN, my teeth are well taken care of! Proves that dentistry, like everything else is a business first and patient care second. read more

Everyone I interacted with here had a warm welcome accompanied with a smile. They have the knowledge to answer any questions you may have whether be it billing, cleaning, and everything dentistry related. I arrived 15 mins early and was sat ready for my checkup in a few minutes afterwards. They have two tv's with Netflix so you can be entertained while seated during cleaning and xray procedures. I had a gold crown come off and needed it glued back on, a simple procedure. They charged me $200 to glue my crown back on my tooth. I think the amount charged was out of proportion to the service rendered. The actual procedure only took a couple of minutes, but they kept me there for over an hour. They had another gal from the front desk come and try to talk to me about reoccurring services and set up a reoccurring schedule. I thought for a minute I was in a chiropractor's office. I had just moved to Austin and had no references for a good dentist. I am still looking for a good dentist in the Austin area, I just choose not to have any association with Enamel Dentistry ever again. read more

Vanessa was the first person that I talk to and she was a great help throughout the entire process explaining the ins and outs and do's in don'ts of orthodontics.
