I'm going through a family medical crisis and the last thing I or anyone visiting a hospital need is to be greeted with rudeness for no reason whatsoever. Happened at 1:00pm the day of this posting in case management is curious. I was so taken aback I just left without ordering anything because I just couldn't believe what was happening. You guys seriously need to teach your workers there are some sympathy because this is a hospital and should be aware that people are in crisis and don't deserve to be treated like that

The vegetable frittata was delicious--fresh, satisfying, and a perfect light breakfast. We also shared a scone with fruit jam, which was very well made. Scones are highly subjective, but this one was exactly the style I enjoy: flavorful without being overly sweet. I didn't try the coffee myself, but my partner really enjoyed hers, which isn't surprising given Thinking Cup's reputation as one of Boston's standout coffee shops. Between the welcoming atmosphere, quality food, and excellent location on Newbury Street, I'd definitely return the next time I'm in Boston.
