One thing we made sure to do in Boston was try all the Blank Street locations, and honestly, they're all pretty delicious! At the Charles Street location, I got my usual, a plain iced latte with whole milk and no sweetener. It was really good -- creamy but not too milky, and just the right coffee flavor. The space is pretty small, and to wait for your coffee you have to stand off to the side, which can get pretty crowded. Still, the staff are friendly, and it's a solid spot to grab a quick caffeine boost while walking around. Definitely worth checking out!

Blank Street Coffee is a chain found in Boston, NYC, Washington, DC, and Great Britain. Clearly this place is a hit, as the line was nearly out the door with people waiting to place their orders and then hanging out inside while waiting for them to be prepared. I ordered the iced cookies and cream matcha. It had good flavor but the chunks of cookies and cream became a drinking hazard when they got sucked up the straw and nearly down your throat. They went a little heavy on the ice (as most coffee places do), watering it down. Their service was quick and I did like their wide section of matcha drinks. Blank Street appears to be a growing force in coffee shops and certainly the matcha experts. Get on board and try them out.

A lovely cafe in a convenient location. Love all the options at Blank Street and especially that you can customize sweetness levels. I got a blueberry matcha with almond milk and light sweetness. It was so yummy! They're definitely pricey but a great treat once in a while.

Really good coffee! We tried the pistachio latte, strawberries and cream latte, rocky road latte, and daydream latte. Every single one was amazing. The people there were also very nice and patient with us as we navigated the menu. Prices weren't bad either, although the difference in the sizes was very minimal.

Blank Street Coffee offered a Matcha that was the perfect sweet treat to sip while strolling along beacon hill. Service was quick and friendly as well.

Quick service, chill cozy vibes, and fun flavored lattes. I would recommend branching out and trying their seasonal flavors as they were quite good.

Very quickly got our drinks! I loved the taste and quality of the special strawberry shortcake matcha. Also enjoyed the chive scone. love to see the bath of matcha made as they go through it very quickly throughout the day I'm sure.

my friend treated me to an iced blueberry lavender tea from here. she loves this small chain of shops in boston and goes often. the industrial vibe inside kind of threw me off, i mean i guess it's called blank street but also it just kind of looks unfinished more than blank. servers were super kind and swift with our order. i wish they had more iced tea options even though they're a coffee shop. it was just this herbal one and black tea. tasted really good though and i got it unsweetened with no ice and it was cool and flavorful.

I love Blank Street !! Their coffees and matcha are amazing for a quick pick me up. There is also a location on Cambridge St, closer to MGH. Great addition to Charles St and totally recommend if you're shopping or just strolling in the area and looking for a tasty drink. I love getting their iced blueberry matcha, pistachio latte, and just about all of their drinks honestly. **Lots of parking available on the street (meter 2hr parking). ** For sweetener, they have a couple options: sugar, honey, or stevia. They offer their drinks in two sizes, small and big. Sometimes I just opt for the small size because I don't really notice that much of a difference in the two sizes.

Great coffee and atmosphere. The banana bread latte hit the spot with this cozy weather.

Service was great, coffee was amazing!!! Cool atmosphere and chill vibes in a beautiful neighborhood.

I tried the iced blueberry matcha latte; it had a pretty color and creamy texture. It was a bit busy when I was there (11am, tues). I love this location because of the view and there are other shops next to it.

Love this place! I usually go for the daydream latté (it's great hot, even better iced) or a cappuccino. The place is small, but earthy and cozy. They have only a few bar stools for seating, but the stools face Charles street, which is a nice way to people-watch. Whether you're local to Boston or just visiting, it's worth a try!

Would recommend the peanut butter jelly matcha latte. I like the music in the cafe too. Great place to try a new latte out with friends.

I do not go out for coffee much anymore due to the convenience and cost effectiveness of a Breville and am often frustrated paying over $5 for mediocre coffee, but flour cafe was not in this boat. Even better was the fact that these drinks were served by someone with a warm spirit and smile.. hard to get great service these days. Also, I am not eating flour until March but my wife said the ham and cheese croissant was incredible: generous portion of ham and cheese, baked to perfection, and not too bread(y). This is a great place to stop (in a beautiful residential area too).

When about 2/3 of the group had arrived, we asked if we could be seated. The woman we asked said yes and started putting two tables together. While another woman was bringing chairs over, an angry male server who was not involved at all, suddenly began having an aggressive outburst that made very little sense to us. Even if we didn't fully understand what he was saying, the nonverbal communication was clear enough. Our group felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected, so we left immediately. I don't know what their internal rules are about seating, but offending customers should not be one of them. Thankfully we were able to salvage the evening elsewhere, but service here could be a challenge, especially for larger groups. I'd hope Vittoria could do better in the future, but personally, we are unlikely to try them again.
