I always find myself here after an evening in the North End. Caffé Vittoria is such a staple, always excellent service, desserts & drinks. I'm shocked I haven't reviewed them already. During my most recent visit, I had their affogato which had to be one of the best I've had - I chose to add Kahlua, and it was served in an old school ice cream dish which was perfect. I also got their pistachio martini, which comes with pistachio gelato, absolutely insane. They have great pastries, cannolis and desserts here as well. Arbes provided excellent service and is very hospitable, even with the busy crowd. I always end up here and probably always will. ambiance: 5/5 food: 5/5 drinks: 5/5 service: 5/5 Caffé Vittoria: 5/5
After an amazing dinner in the North End what better way to complete your dinner with a sweet treat and Cappuccino but to walk to Caffe Vittoria! We decided to go in the back on the next level and grab a nice table over looking this Caffe! Our taste buds were craving a Cannoli and a Tiramisu and to wash it down two Cappuccinos! I have been here many times! But you need to pay by CASH ONLY! That could be an issue to others! Service is abit slow and you might need to be patient !

The staff do seem a little overwhelmed at time, but also are always very friendly and kind. The tiramisu was solid, but just a tad too sweet for my taste. The chocolate mousse cake was also fantastic, but definitely meant for sharing. The latte and hot chocolate were great and hit the spot.
I came here in the morning and got an espresso affogato. The espresso was very good and was perfectly balanced by the ice cream. We also ordered a cafe mocha to go and it was good too! It's a small cafe in Little Italy with a lot of charm. When we came, it seems like it was a hangout spot for some locals. You sit yourself and they come over to take your order. But I've also passed this cafe in the evening and it's a popping spot for an evening cap. They have alcoholic beverages, gelato and pastries. If I'm back in Boston, I'll definitely be coming back!
thought i knew all the cutesy surprise places but here's another. the decor is what makes this place great. i heard the coffee is good from my friends and i trust them. they also devoured the tiramisu. i got a fruit tart and enjoyed it. their lobster tails were pre filled so i didn't try it. i don't think anything is gluten free. it's cash only and bustling. definitely transports you to italy. i would come back and try it more and for a longer time.

Faint enough that it seems like the coffee grounds were used a few times... the rum cake was okay. It tasted commercially made. Unfortunate because I used to enjoy a coffee and pastry here. The workers were nice but the quality just isn't meeting nearby bakeries... Tables and menus were a bit sticky / dirty and could benefit being wiped down more
Order the latte, cannoli and have a seat inside. You can't go wrong! Hack: cash only. You will love this place!!
We stopped at Caffe Vittoria during a food tour and we were lucky that a reservation was made and we had a table set aside for our group. As we walked in, we were met with the great aroma of coffee and baked goods. The place was very busy and there were a lot of staff moving around and customers having conversations or in line to order take out. We sat in a separate area downstairs and we were the only guests there. It was somewhat dark but it was private and there were bathrooms downstairs. We tried their tiramisu that was one of the bests I've ever tried. We also ordered their pistachio martini that was a super treat as it also had pistachio gelato. Their cappuccino made me want a second one. I am coming back to this place next time that I visit the North End!
This caffe is really cozy and aesthetically pleasing but with that it is also very busy and loud (which I actually liked because it reminded me of a really touristy spot in Italy). A little bummed because they were out of Tiramisu and Cannolis. We ended up getting a Cappuccino, Chocolate cake and a Cookie. The cappuccino and cake were good but the cookie was awful, it had a ton of food color (tasted artificial). Lastly, if you opt in for table service, be ready to wait a while.
What a GEM. Super old, super classic, super unique. We popped in for a quick, warm treat to get out of the cold. Everything was amazing. Service was fast and the coffee was pretty much to die for. I loved my biscotti treat and would definitely come back for a glass of wine or a cocktail. The vibes are so great here and you will be happy, cozy and right at home as soon as you walk in the door. Cash only, but there's ATMs all over and easy to pop over to get some money.
I loved the cannoli here. Don't sue me but I think cafe vittoria cannoli is better than Mikes pastry cannoli! The cannoli is smaller and has a more cheesy taste. It's a lot less sweet and the shell is a bit thicker and has a stronger flavor. The atmosphere of the cafe is also really nice. The only thing to keep in mind is that the cafe only takes cash.

It is good for afternoon teatime or after lunch or dinner meal coffee and desert. I ordered cappuccino, tiramisu, and a lobster tail like croissant. All I've ordered are very nice taste. Price is considered reasonable in the North End area. Overall experience very nice.
What a fun vibe! We came here on Christmas Eve and it was packed. Our group enjoyed the hot chocolate, pistachio, and espresso martinis. The cannoli was a little hard but the tiramisu was great. I'd definitely come back for drinks and dessert. It was a super festive atmosphere. Service was a little slow due to how busy it is and it is cash only (not advertised up front but in small font on the menu).

I'm back at that delicious Italian café in North End! This time I got two classic cakes to go. Tiramisu: As delicious as ever. The cake was soaked in coffee, soft and moist, and not too sweet. Limoncello Cake: The cake was somewhat like an Chinese old-fashioned cake, with a refreshing and bright lemon flavor and just the right amount of acidity. I was a bit flustered that day and forgot to pick up the cake after paying... Thank you to the staff who quickly chased after me to get it for me! read more

Such an iconic spot, with the hustle and bustle of the place, it lets you know the quality of the drinks speak for itself. Started our night off with two espresso martinis, and a cheesecake to share. I had one sip of my espresso martini and I wanted 10 more! The espresso was so fresh and crisp, it's rare finding a place with a truly crafted espresso. Service was quick and got our drinks over to us promptly. We originally sat in a back room situation but was waved over by an employee and found us a much better spot! Perfect pit spot when you need a little pick me up before the night begins! read more

I like how this place is right in the heart of the north end! I come here for espresso martinis and tiramisu sometimes. The espresso martinis are so creamy and delicious! They also have a decaf option, which is nice. It gets pretty busy in here and sometimes you have to wait for a table. I like being upstairs a lot more than downstairs. The vibes are a lot different between the two! read more
This place was busy and festive during our visits. The atmosphere was friendly and busy. I enjoyed the vibe and the hospitality. It's also neat to visit places that have history and continue to serve a great product. Some of the old coffee machines are so cool to imagine being used. I had the same milk and coffee drink on both of my visits. Smooth and not the slightest bit of being bitter. You can get them flavored but I just went with the classic. Cash only. This place was recommended by our Uber driver. Many people mentioned the place next door which is very popular. We wanted something recommended by a local and very happy we went here. We were warned it was a cash only place. We just had dinner and wanted a little dessert and night cap. We walked in and although it was very busy, we sat right away. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. Even the gentleman seating people and walking around was very friendly. We tried the chocolate covered cannoli dipped in pistachio and my husband got an old fashion. This was so delicious. My husband never eats things slow as I scarfed my half. He enjoyed every tiny bite he took. He said his drink was a good pour. I really recommend this place. All the desserts looked delicious as they walked by. read more

Bustling cafe vibes with quick service! Stop by for a dessert after dinner or a drink while you are out in North End. Although the dessert selection is quite large, I was underwhelmed by the quality of the chocolate cake and the tiramisu. Be careful, this is a narrow Cafe with limited walking space, avoid the center walkway in between the counter and the tables when you can. That's where everyone walks and you will be bumped if you are not paying attention or standing in the way. read more

I love this café... I have so much history with this location... I frequented this café since the late 80s... back in the day we used to come here after clubbing... 2 AM possibly 3 AM with stroll in my table would be waiting for me. We have espresso and pastry and to our newfound friends. So many memories here... this is an old school establishment... it's always run with honor and Pride... the pastries and coffees are out of this world delicious... Recently, I show up in the afternoon or after an evening at a show or after dinner to relax with a triple espresso, of course, with some beans and possibly a cannoli or pastry... as for anywhere in the north end unless you were local good luck finding parking... No matter how you are going to arrive make sure you do and if you wanna act like an old school or head to the back and up the stairs, sit on the platform makes you feel important... possibly in the back room... Caffe Vittoria definitely has a little chunk of my heart... to all the friends that are no longer around. God bless their souls. We have great memories at this place. if you're reading this review, please head over and enjoy yourself for an hour or two relax having an espresso, possibly a double or triple and enjoy whatever pastry you desire. read more
Great post-dinner spot! They're known for their espresso martinis, which are definitely great, but I'm sure some of their other cocktails are solid too. If you're gonna go for a slice of cake, I'd recommend the rum cake. I'm not really a cake person, but this one was super moist and delicious. Just be warned that if you're coming on a weekend, it's probably going to be pretty crowded. I'd recommend as a date spot, since the lighting is pretty dim and it feels like a more intimate spot. However, it can get a bit loud in there and it's not like it's an especially fancy spot. I'd go back! read more
We came here to grab a coffee and pastry for breakfast. This is a well known stop for both in North End (Boston's little Italy). The service was good. Our server was nice, but not overly friendly. The coffee was very good, and the canolli was delightful. My favorite little cafe in the north end. Come for an authentic cappuccino, a scoop of gelato, or better yet an espresso martini. Just remember to bring cash! No credit cards accepted. Bonus points: they validate parking for the Haymarket Garage. read more
This was a fun experience. They have an extensive list of coffee, tea, cocktails and Italian soda - so anyone can get a fancy beverage that fits their needs. I got an aperol spritz, my husband to got a coffee and our out of town guest got the Italian soda. Lots of little dark corners to hide away in and catch up and just super appealing and versatile in terms of who can enjoy it. Fun Italian and Boston decor throughout the dining areas. TLDR: We really loved it as post dinner destination before we wrapped up our night. Absolutely Coke for the energy and ambiance We heard this place had the best tiramisu on Boston. On my birthday my girlfriend wanted to take me for my favorite dessert so this was obviously our destination! We loved the energy of the place. Even at close to midnight it was absolutely packed with high turnover. Lots of loud conversation and fun among all the groups. If you've ever been to Versailles in Miami it's a very similar vibe. I ordered a decaf latte and my girlfriend ordered an espresso martini to go with our tiramisu. One caveat, our slice of tiramisu was good but not out of this world. It was light on the espresso and so the lady fingers were a little cakey as opposed to being a vehicle for that amazing coffee punch. They were cranking out tons of this stuff (we were seated near the counter and we watched slice after slice being plated) so it's possible we got a slice that was just a light pour somehow. Still the tiramisu was good as were the drinks and the entire experience. We will absolutely come back again for the ambiance and energy, with the optimism that the next slice of tiramisu will be perfect read more

No. I asked them that and they refused.
Is the store open today on NYE? I tried calling no one picked up.
It might open at 2pm, try then. They are usually closed on Wednesday but were open yesterday bcs of the holidays.
