Really enjoyed the experience here. Service was great and the food came out quickly (and hot) The Caesar salad was excellent - as someone who loves cheese, I was happy with the amount they grated on top and the dressing had great flavor. Compared to the generous portions you get in the north end, portions are more fair here and you'll most likely not have leftovers.

I love coming here to carb load before the marathon and the half marathon! A short walk from the hotel, just outside of Copley place, easy to find and quick seating. Usually like to sit outside and people watch! Service was fast, I've tried the spicy pasta and of course, more than once, chicken parm. Super yummy. Great prices, food came quickly, and cooked to perfection. A must try.

solid! felt well priced for big portions. i really liked my eggplant parm, the breading on it was perfect. the vibe of the restaurant was a bit off and i felt like staff were kind of MIA which i don't super mind but i think aside from the ambiance the spot was a good deal and yummy

The food and service were great. The ambiance is good. It's not too fancy, but also not extremely lowkey. The garlic bread, pesto arancini and the rigatoni carbone are both phenomenal!

The garlic bread is just to die for, it makes the whole meal. I enjoy the rigatoni carbone as well, the texture of the pasta is a great al dente. Service was fine and the ambiance was nice. It's a really cute spot by Copley, definitely worth trying. The eggplant Parmesan that the table next to me got looked AMAZING, I regretted ordering the pasta after

This location is located at the Copley Place Mall across from the Back Bay Station. It is tucked in a corner on the first floor near the mall entrance. The service is friendly and sufficient. I came for the Dine Out Boston Menu Lunch Menu ($36 w/o tax). The meatballs are good and the chicken parm is also decent. The sauce that came with the rotini is very tart. The portions are petite for the price.

I loved the service I got here! My waitress was very friendly and she really upped the experience while we were there. The pasta was amazing, my friend said she was never going to be able to get better pasta anywhere else!

I loved the original Torrisi but never really got to try Parm before. After a busy day of remote meetings, I decided to have a late lunch at Parm. Ordered some arancini, a burrata salad, and a glass of wine. Perhaps I should have ordered something else as the burrata salad was mediocre (how something with burrata can be bad is beyond me but it was..) and the arancini weren't particularly impressive either.

I really enjoyed Parm! Right in front of Copley Mall across from the Back Bay T Station, with indoor and outdoor seating. No reservations were needed on a Thursday night. Started off with the delicious garlic bread and the penne alla vodka was the perfect spice and so flavorful and savory. The chicken piccata sauce was heavenly and we just wish the chicken pieces were larger but overall a great experience from food, to service to even price.

We were staying at the Marriott Copley and wanted pasta, but for some reason this place didn't pop up on our Yelp search. It wasn't until we walked past it that we discovered this place. We ate here after walking 20 miles around the city and it was everything we wanted. The pasta tasted so fresh and delicious. The garlic bread was so good we ended up ordering a second. And the cannolis were a perfect ending. My friend loves cannolis and has had many in her life and she declared these to be one of the best she's had. The service was great and our server was such a delight.

    SPICY ROTINI

I really liked the food that I forgot to take pictures of apps and main dish but remembered to take a picture of my side order of spicy rotini. Quite (expect a few times it was little loud) but overall easy quick meal. I have no complaints and it was very affordable meal. Second time visiting a Parm and it was very enjoyable and good quality meal.

I went with two scoops, black raspberry and brownie chocolate, and the brownie was killer. Rich, chocolatey, and totally worth standing outside in 30 degree weather to eat it. I devoured it without hesitation. There were so many great flavor options, and my friends all found something they loved too. It felt like one of those classic, must-stop dessert spots. I said, "Yes please, I'd like M&Ms." The server, and another person working behind the counter, both told me that they just ran out of M&Ms. They didn't have any more. This was weird to me. As I was walking to the the shop, I passed a person who had a small cup of ice cream with both m&m's and oreo topping. Okay, I thought. That's weird but so be it. Then, I scootch over to look at the rest of the toppings and what do I see? M&Ms. I point out the M&M's to the employee and ask, "hey, aren't those M&M's?" They mumbled something back that I didn't exactly catch. They either said "those are closed" or "those are skittles" or "it's not those". "those are closed" makes no sense because they asked if I wanted toppings and it was 2 and a half hours before they closed. "those are skittles" makes no sense because they don't carry skittles as a topping... The whole experience was perplexing to me. Anyways, JP Licks is pretty overrated and too expensive. $6.5+ for the smallest size is not worth it. They have some decent flavors (cookies n' cake batter) though and the ice cream is usually pretty well executed and not icy. still, not really a place i'd recommend and won't be going back for a while after this freak incident. Attached photos are the proof that they had M&Ms. Note the "M" on the candy and the blue colored candies (they don't make blue skittles)

We walked into a building with the kind of architectural character that chain bookstores cannot manufacture, with small rooms opening into each other across multiple floors, wallpapered walls, and reading nooks distributed throughout that invite you to slow down rather than move through quickly. The book selection is well curated with staff recommendation cards on the shelves that actually reflect genuine enthusiasm rather than perfunctory notes. We saw limited edition hardcovers and local and regional titles appearing alongside the broader fiction and nonfiction selection. Browsing felt productive rather than overwhelming because the curation kept things focused. The kids section upstairs is one of the more delightful in Boston, with a train running along a track near the ceiling that tends to make a strong impression on younger visitors. There is also an art print vending machine on the second floor that draws its own audience of visitors looking for something small and specific to take home. The cafe occupies the lower level and operates as a separate experience from the bookshop above. We ordered the oat milk cappuccino with Vermont maple syrup, which was worth it. The morning glory scone and the popovers are two other items to consider. The cafe is tiny, around eight tables inside with a small patio, and reservations are recommended for breakfast and afternoon tea service. Pricing at the cafe is on the higher end, and certain fixed price service formats on specific dates push it considerably further, so checking current pricing before booking is worth doing. For a bookshop that doubles as a destination in its own right, Beacon Hill Books and Cafe delivers a cozy, curated experience that rewards lingering. It is the kind of place we would return to just to sit and read with a good coffee.
