    Fettuccine with Alfredo Sauce
    Robin Macomson S.

Visiting Boston and found this place on Yelp. It is great!!! My grandson and I both got the Alfredo sauce over spaghetti and fettuccine noodles. Some of the best I've had! I highly recommend eating here. The sandwiches looked great as well.

What a GEM this tiny place is! Fresh, authentic, homemade Italian food! The pasta dishes taste like a warm hug from an Italian grandma who doesn't speak English. Every meal is just so warm and comforting, I can't seem to get enough! My favorite is any one of their handmade pastas with the Alfredo pesto sauce. This sauce is perfect. It's creamy and savory with a great consistency; not too heavy or too light (watery) like I've experienced at other places. I also add some meatballs to my pasta which come with a bit of marinara sauce on them - I know this is an unusual combo but I just love it. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you're a pasta lover!

Fettuccini with Pesto Alfredo Sauce and a meatball. Delicious.

This is a family run Italian restaurant, which served sandwiches and made from scratch pastas. We came here twice. On our first visit, we got their fettuccini with pesto alfredo sauce and a homemade meatball. That sauce was delicious. So, we ordered this on our second visit, along with their hot sandwiches: the pollo pesto and meatball sandwiches. They were ok. The chicken was burnt and dry on my pollo pesto sandwich. I didn't get much pesto sauce either. Also, the meatball sandwich was soggy. We didn't walk too long to an outdoor table prior to eating these sandwiches either. So, maybe if we come back next time we're in Boston, we'll try out their cold sandwiches instead. Their Italiano sandwich sounds yummy. We'll definitely get their pasta again. That pesto alfredo sauce was a winner.

Mostly eaten slice of pepperoni delicious and HUGE!

As good as it gets! Wow what amazing food. The spicy Italian sub-sammy was outstanding with sliced-to-order imported capicola (aka gabagool) provolone, "hot stuff" (as we Bostonians say) roasted peppers and fresh, delicious bread. The meatball sub had some very tasty meatballs and sauce and the slices of pizza were outrageously yummy. The pepperoni slice has imported Italian REAL Pepperoni. And a slice is the size of your head, seriously. Also tried the chicken Broccoli with fresh fusilli in aglio olio (garlic and oil) and it was cooked to order with the freshest pasta and succulent chicken and a fluffy piece of focaccia to dip. The Water Street location has about two seats so best to get things to go. But go you must!

Quick order Italian at Casa Razdora. If you don't want to go to the North End and want your pasta, this is the spot. I ordered online and headed over to pick it up. It was the middle of the lunch rush and rather than "cut the line" even though I was only picking up, I waited anyway. There really isn't enough room to split "ordering" from "paying" here so keep that in mind. My pasta was hot and fresh and ready. I brought it back to the apartment and dug in. Nice fresh marinara sauce with penne noodles. Very hot, very fresh. The meatballs were quite good, tough a little small. Flavorful and delicious. I'll order from Razdora again, for sure.

    Shrimp scampi

Having some business in the area a couple of days, I came here based on the Yelp reviews, not Guy Fieri. Not a hater or anything, but I don't watch as much Triple-D as I used to. I went for the shrimp scampi special my first trip and was provided a decent portion of good quality pasta. There was sufficient reasonably-cooked shrimp to be satisfied. The diavola pizza is very good and definitely worth getting. I love sopressata, and it's a good alternative to pepperoni. The size of the slice you get amounted to two slices itself. My slice came piping hot and fresh. Good mozzarella cheese appeared in abundance. It was one of the better pizza slices I've had around town. Prices are quite good here and the restaurant is clean, but don't expect warm and fuzzy when encountering staff. They're not rude or anything but you have to be decisive and prompt with your order.

A very popular Italian place for lunch! Everybody I know speaks very highly of this place, and rightfully so. They have a pretty extensive menu and even have different daily specials. I got the breaded chicken breast Thursday lunch special and my friend got a meatball panini. Both were very delicious. This place operates very efficiently, be prepared to know what you're going to order before stepping in! They get the food to you very quickly, I got my chicken breast within a minute of paying! Would definitely come back

Amazing, tasty and authentic!!! Fresh made daily you can taste. The staff speaking Italian was music to my ears and made the experience even that much better!! I felt like was in Italy for a bit and made me excited to go!! We each had 3 different dishes and ALL of them were perfection!! The Seafood Ravioli thoooo...... They're a small family business in the financial district so they mainly cater to the people who work in the area during the lunch rush hour. Open from 11am - 4pm, Monday - Friday and I'm all for it! If you ever go to Boston I highly recommend it!

However, the guys who make the sandwiches are friendly, obviously hard working, and more helpful. On one visit, one of them verbally took my order to get it started and then one of the ladies eventually came over and put it in the register later. The sandwiches are at least as good as Pot Belly and are better than Jimmy John's in terms of quantity and quality. On one visit I tried their Chicken Marsala. It liked like it was a frozen meal they microwaved, but it was pretty good, especially for a train station food court sandwich shop. Since food in the airport sux in Boston, I'd definitely recommend getting a sandwich here and take with to the airport for ur trip. Will definitely put up with the service to get the food here again when in town. Tip: There is a CVS nearby in the food court/station, getting drinks and chips from there rather than the Melting Sun is a better deal.

Date of visit: June 6, 2024…read more Selections: Bada Bing - Omelette with home fries and toast Bottled Diet Dr. Pepper Experience: My husband, mother-in-law, and I just arrived into Boston and decided to grab a bite to eat as we waited for the Boston Tea Party Museum to open. This place has an extensive menus and ordering here was unfortunately too fast pace for us as we tried to read the menu and juggle the luggage we had on us. We let a couple of people go ahead of us as we wrapped our heads around the menu to narrow down our selections. We ended up getting out of line and leaving our bags with my mother-in-law and took another stab at trying to read the menu and place our order. Luckily, no one was behind us by the time we had to place our order, but I still haphazardly selected a menu item that looked appealing since my brain was just so overwhelmed with all the menu items I saw, which is no good for someone who is indecisive as I am. After placing our order, we had to pay for our bottled drinks and meals at the cash register across from where we placed our order and boy did we have a hard time trying to describe the salad we ordered since I didn't realize there was various kinds of salads you can top off with meat on top of an actual chicken salad you can order on a sub. So the cashier had to go over to the cooks to confirm which salad we got before ringing our order. I slowly started hating this kind of atmosphere, but my husband pulled through with finally paying and getting our food once ready as I settled down at the table. Getting our food was also something of a challenge since one of the cooks shouted that the Bada Bing, which is what I had ordered, was ready to only discover someone else had ordered it, so I wish we had numbers or something assigned to our order to make it less confusing. Fortunately, the food made up for the overwhelming experience of ordering through the amount of food we each got. Mine was basically an omelette with bacon, sausage, and ham with home fries and buttered wheat bread slices that were toasted. I really would've been a happy camper with just the toast and home fries on its own and ended up just eating half of my food because I got so full. I am just glad we found a place to kill time and that we had enough space in our corner table next to the bar seats by the window.
