Raspberry Almond Croissant, Hazelnut Coffee
Roslyn H.

The inside of my croissant was soft but the outside was crispy. It was buttery but not excessive. I am very impressed! The service was great. A cafe with a chill vibe. I've been to this location multiple times and will continue to come back!

Tons of seating at this location - there's a couple of tables on the main floor and more seating upstairs. There are tons of pastries, which are all organized and attended to. You take a tray and a pair of tongs to grab the ones you want. I got an almond croissant and a simple medium coffee. Mine was freshly brewed, which was nice - it took ~10 min. The almond croissant was delicious as well and paired well with a simple coffee. There's a bathroom on the main floor right by the cashier for customers, but I recommend to not sit at the table by it, since the bathroom can get funky at times. Thankfully, staff here addressed it right away.

This is one of the first of this casino I've seen in this part of Brooklyn, and I was pleasantly surprised (was looking for a place to sit and wait). The space itself looks much like its other shops with its lovely, royal blue and its muted earthy shades. There's a decent selection of confections, fresh and pre-packaged. There's a menu for drinks (coffee, tea, espresso, etc) and other items. I saw all walks of life breeze in and out as I sat in the downstairs, cafe style window seating (There's additional seating upstairs). I will say the best part was the ambiance, as the cheesecake moelleux (Japanese style) was chalky and slightly undercooked (it's my favorite type of cake). Nent time, I'll stick with the freshly baked goods.

Large indoor space with upstairs space as well that works well for a big group. They have a ton of pastry offerings. Would love to see more vegan options and some outdoor seating as the weather gets warmer!

I only ever buy the strawberry cream cake it's my obsession but I decided to try the mocha cake. It was really tasty - I think it tastes just like coffee and not too sweet. The WiFi was excellent and seats were comfortably sized. Loved the ambiance upstairs from lighting to black/white chairs. Go, enjoy!!

We are absolutely mesmerized at every celebration thanks to the beautiful cakes and pastries from Paris Baguette! It's become a go-to for our office functions and a guilty pleasure when those sweet cravings hit at home--lol! The cakes are consistently fresh, light, and flavorful--just the right combo of sweetness and texture that keeps you coming back for more. It really is yummy heaven in every bite! Service is quick and efficient, and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. If you haven't been to this location yet, do yourself a favor and check it out--you won't regret it!

Awesome little pastry shop. Everything looked amazing and tasted very fresh. I got the sticky bun bread, which was delicious. The bread was super soft and sweet. We asked for it to be warmed, which was definitely the move. We also got the tiramisu mascarpone cheesecake. This was delicious and it came with a chocolate spoon. The crust was a chocolate crumble. I do wish it had a little bit more cocoa powder but overall really enjoyed this treat. Mt friend for the cheese danish and said it was light, fluffy, and refreshing. The service was fast and friendly.

Strawberry mochi donut

I have tried Paris Baguette in Herald Square but it was the first time at this location. It was clean and have many options for pastries and cakes but what caught my eye was the strawberry mochi donut. I got two donuts to go since I know how much my daughter loves anything that is strawberry-flavored. The look of happiness on her face when she tried it showed that it was worth the buy. The customer service here is excellent.

Stairs to the 2nd floor sitting area

Food service and ambiance were all great. I came in and actually was able to work from the 2nd floor seating area so I thought that was pretty cool. However, I found the place dirty. It was 10am when I got here and you can tell it hadn't been swept, mopped or wiped down. That was a complete turnoff. The floors have crumbs all over, the stairs have garbage and stains from spills. I came back in the afternoon and looked the same. Would be a great place if it were clean.

I love their cakes! This is my go to spot when ordering a cake for a friends bday. Great if you like lighter cakes that aren't too sweet! I've tried the strawberry cream, green tea strawberry and the chocolate cream. All were great! Feel like you can't go wrong here. They also have great pastries/breads. Also not too sweet!

I hate to say "I'd give 3.5 stars if I could," but that applies to Paris Baguette. It was my first time at what is apparently quite a large chain. It was honestly not my first choice, as you've got a literal world of dining options within easy reach of this place. So what brought us here? We had about 30 minutes to kill as we waited on a timed access ticket to the NYC Transit Museum down the block. With a 7 year old among us, convenience won out, and we ended up in Paris! Paris Baguette has a large selection of pastries in plastic cases with a self-serve "you Pick em" type setup a la your local grocer. In other words, it's just like Paris sans cigarette smoke, mimes, public urinals, and berets. I had a pain au chocolat and an espresso shot. It around $8 for these 2 items. Others in my party had a creme filled donut of some sort (forget the French name) and a mini cheesecake. I tried my fiancee's donut thing, it wasn't bad. But we both felt that the pain au chocolat was superior. If you've ever had the Costco ones that come 20 in a box with a 2-3 month shelf life, the ones here are definitely a cut above! Flaky and flavorful. Not sure if they're baked on premises though. Espresso had a nice crema and was smooth. No funky oily taste like swill from McDonald's or Dunkin. I will say that it took a while to be made. My group was seated and "dining" as I stood around waiting for them to pull a shot. Oh well. The restroom is available for customers, so be sure so use it. It requires a 4 digit key code you'll get on a receipt. We weren't given a receipt, but the cashier gave me a code when I asked for one. Cleanliness was marginal at best. But "it did the job." That about sums this place up: you can do better, but you can certainly do worse. We killed a half hour and got some satiety with a decent flavor profile. While it sure isn't Paris, Paris baguette is reminiscent of say pret a manger or au bon pain. In other words: you can sit here and pretend you're in the airport waiting for your plane to Paris! Of note: they still ask for vaccine cards if you "dine in." Hadn't been to the city in a little while so I'm glad I had a photo of mine on the phone.

Strawberry Soft Cream Cake boxed to go, with complementary spatula and matches (candles also given but not pictured)

The atmosphere is pleasant, service a 10/10, and the food is great! I came here a for a birthday cake and was not disappointed. I purchased the Strawberry Soft Creme Cake. It's larger than the Mixed Berry and has strawberries layered on the inside. So soft, cold, and creamy. Something different and special. *They keep whole cakes already boxed in a separate fridge (not frozen) *Tell them what you want at the counter and they will help *The associate held mine for me while I ran to Trader Joe's down the street, but these can be ordered online for pickup This is a Korean & French fusion bakery. They make pastries that are lower in sugar, so if you like your cakes and pastries super sweet, this is not the place for you. However, I encourage anyone to try just once. It's nice to give the palette something different. I have had coffee, sliced cake, and pastries here. This was my first whole cake purchase. Upon purchasing my cake, I was generously offered candles at no extra cost. The cake also comes with 2 match sticks, a scratcher to light them, and a plastic serving spatula that is sturdy with a serrated edge on one end. Saved me a trip for candles and the cleanup of a knife and spatula!

This place definitely lives up to the hype! The food here is amazing, and when I say food, I mean…read moremore than just the baked goods. Starting off with the baked goods, the brown butter corn cake may be the single best pastry I've had in my life. It has a great crispy exterior and a super moist and decadent interior that just makes it the best pastry you could ever ask for. I also think they have one of the best chocolate chip cookies in the city, and their cinnamon roll is light yet executed perfectly. In addition to their pastries, their sandwiches are amazing. My favorite is this chili crisp tofu sandwich. It is packed with great flavor, perfectly tender tofu, and is layered between two pieces of delicious bread. I also love their arugula burrata prosciutto sandwich that is paired so nicely with their focaccia, making each bite the ultimate experience. While I've never waited in a really long line, I can say that they do move pretty efficiently. Unfortunately, there isn't much room to eat inside, but on a nice day, if you can grab a table outdoors, it's a great experience in the lovely Greenpoint neighborhood.

There was basil in the first sandwich that cuts through the fattiness of the meat and cheese which was great. The second sandwich had this spicy sesame sauce which was so good - was not expecting to like the tofu one that much. Brown butter corn bread was the most moist one I've ever had and the top was so crispy. Rhubarb pastry was good but nothing special - didn't taste the rhubarb.

Even though there is a line, you do not feel rushed or pressured to order quickly. On this visit we ordered plain croissant, chocolate croissant-fresh out of the oven, rhubarb croissant, black forest pastry and brown butter corn cake. The chocolate croissant was amazing. It is triple chocolate and cocoa powder is in the dough. It is filled with milk and dark chocolate, so creamy. The plain croissant was flaky and light. The brown butter corn cake was crispy and caramelized on the outside and soft and moist. The Black Forest croissant is a seasonal offering. It is made with their Triple Chocolate Croissant filled with chocolate cake and sour cherries and topped with mascarpone cream , Rhubarb & Custard Croissant . It is tart and sweet. The rhubarb is roasted and complimented with sweet vanilla custard. They all were excellent. Each were about $8. Highly recommend and don't let the line deter you .
