I tried to give it half a star but it wouldn't take. Far and away the WORST Indian food ever. Had the chicken curry... all bones. Mushy flavorless lentils, even the rice was terrible. I couldn't have imagined there could be bad garlic naan, but I threw it away it was so bad. Save your money; what a disappointment. read more

Downgraded to 3 star. Have visited it twice in last several months. The rice quality has gone down - served dried / hard twice, not fluffy and tasty as it used to be. The red onions were dried and not fresh in the veggie biryani. The malai kofta had 3 little quarter size balls - come on! For a place that has the word "Biryani", it has deteriorated food quality. This Place is now blacklisted in our list from being favorite Biryani place. We loved this place for Biryani, Chinese food and appetizers but this weekend experience was horrendous. We ordered Chicken Biryani, curry and appetizers for a birthday for 10 people. Although food tasted amazing, ALL of 10 ADULTS got food poisoning, stomach pains and fell sick after this food. If it was one or two, it could be personal issue but when all of your party fell sick, it is very alarming. We are all still recovering and on liquid diets. This is first time it has happened with paradise food but will never take that chance again. I will totally avoid this place and suggest you do too... AVOID AVOID if you want to avoid suffering. This is the closest in taste to the Biryani you get in Andhra, India. We order only the vegetarian and egg dishes. All the vegetarian appetizers are tasty and the paneer is always fresh. Love the place. Both the veg and egg biryani are good. Please mention spicy to make it more flavorful otherwise it can be pretty bland. I like that the Biriyanis and curries are not spicy. The desserts are not great but the Mango lassi is good. read more

If you want to try authentic hyderabadi biryani then this place is pretty decent. They seem to get a lot of online orders these days and the place is understaffed to keep up with the rush so the service for dine in is getting worse. So one less star :( read more

Great food. I would give it 4 stars. Slow kitchen service attributes to a deduction of a full star. On a few occasions, we waited longer than 30 mins after order. It's a risk coming here for lunch if you're on a tight schedule. Host and severs are attentive and helpful. Again, great food. read more

Good food. Especially their biryani (chicken and goat) is very tasty. However, I just cannot get over the slow and chaotic customer service. It seems like their head honcho is a micro-manager (and not the sharpest tool in the shed) who slows things down when it comes to billing. I saw him in action and can definitely confirm it. Food was average, but service was pathetic. We ordered 4 dishes, and, each one came five minutes one after the other. Our table was right in front of the door and every time somebody opened the door, big waft of air came. We asked to sit at a particular table - (whole restaurant was empty), but, they said it is reserved. We ordered, ate, and, left - still nobody came on that table or any near by table. So the quantity of biryani in one to go is good for 2 ppl. The reason is you can't eat a full meal of red chili powder. The quality has gone down the drain these days. Please don't try to fool your customers by adding more red chili powder in biryani to make it spicy. Real biryani flavor is missing. Too bad!! read more

We always try Indian restaurants on the weekends, and I have to say that PBP disappointed us. Dishes are almost the same price as Chaat Bhawan, but the serving size is almost half. The taste is nothing to write home about either. And while they are not all that busy, we still had to wait 15 minutes for our Naan to arrive. And to top it all, they forgot to serve our mango Lassi and then charged me twice for it, for reminding them 2 times (of course, I got the check corrected). Good thing we decided to skip the dessert, although the names were pretty tempting. I also do not like the fact that they were situated almost road side. Needless to say, we are not going back. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is that the 'mirchi salan' that I ordered tasted good, and is not that readily available at other places. read more

While the Biryani is OK, the Naan (indian bread) were extremely burnt and stale. Such a huge disappointment bad they charge 3$ for that burnt crap. :( waste of time and money. Panneer curry is not at all par with the Panneer tikka consistency. All in all a total flop :( read more
