Biryani totally sucked. Rice was lumpy. And half an egg on top of Biryani? lol. Might as well have skipped that half egg too and saved more. Please, don't call yourself a Biryani point if you cannot get the rice texture right in your main dish. read more

All the food items I've tried here are either good or very good. Goat Sukha is a spicy dish. I tried that with butter nan and the combination was very good. Couple of things I didn't like about this place is there is no waiting area for clients. They will literally stand next to your table if you are in one of the tables close to the entrance. Service time is really long from the time you place the order. I had to wait at least 45-50 min to get the appetizer. I almost lost my appetite. I'd probably order a take out at least an hour earlier than the time I need the food. read more

Wanted to like it, but service means a lot. Food is very good. Butter chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala and a few other items were tasty, rich with just enough spice. Naan was good too. The issue here is service. It is really bad - both times we visited for lunch. Not just slow, but non-existent at times. Both times I was there in a group on two and arrived early. Order was taken. Then larger groups arrived and they received their orders far in advance of ours. Both times we had to ask about our orders. An order of rice was completely forgotten about with no explanation. No check brought to our table. Too bad. Seems specific groups get good service here, while others do not. read more

I tried and tried time and time again to support a local business in my community. However time and time again they failed miserably. This is also not a review on the quality of food but the horrible service. On 4 different occasions I attempted to order take out and on 4 different occasions I show up and none of my food is prepared. I even have the mobile phone number of the owner Satish. I place the order with him directly and he failed to relay the order. People order take out so that they can have the food prepared because they have busy schedules and families to feed. Don't take an order, tell me 45 mins and then when I show up... Have nothing prepared and then give me a sorry excuse for your lack of service each time. Satish this is Chris... You know who I am... Because you failed me 4 times in a row... Not once has your restaurant made my order timely. Get it together if your going to run a business. Horrible!!!! read more

They are right in front of my office and we often go there for Lunch. Food is always good with good service. The best thing is consistency in quality of food. Gave them party food order for our Housewarming party for first time and drove 25 miles to pick the food but it was all worth it!! Food was as amazing as always and guest were super happy!! Don't order Biryani here. It's nowhere as good as it's namesake in Hyderabad. It's decent if you don't compare it to the mothership, but instead of ordering Biryani, try the other dishes instead. The Street Fried Rice is a favorite of mine and my kids. Chicken 65, Chili Chicken, Chicken Manchurian are all tasty and properly spicy. I wish they stop calling themselves Paradise Biryani since it only invites comparison and disappointment. They have much better dish in the menu than the Biryanis. read more

Biriyani was OK but had a lot of masala patches in them. The Sherwa was just a sambar with sambar vegetables in that. The Raita was watery and not great. How can any biriyani be eaten with Sambar and a watery raita. read more

The food here is super good but I wish they would do a better job of keeping the garbage parts out of the food. I just had butter chicken with three bites of "not meat" in it. I have young children and I can't serve them food in an opaque sauce that might have small chicken bones in it. read more

Food was amazing!!! The staff were very nice, consistent, and very interactive. The only thing that was a downside were the 2 HUGE televisions playing Bollywood music video. This used to be one of my restaurant for dum biryani. But , now it's not up to the mark. Yesterday , I went to this restaurant and ordered chicken dum biryani. It had lot mint leaf sticks and whole biryani taste like mint biryani. Taste is not at all good and biryani does not seem to be fresh either. Dislike the food. read more

Picture this: Apollo fish, priced at 9.99. After waiting for ten minutes looking forward to see a plateful of fish pieces, you are presented with a plate with six quarter-sized fish pieces! For 10$!!! No, they are not serving Tuna or sea-bass. I am sure they are either Tilapia or Catfish. Again, for 10$!!! This basically summed up our experience. Minuscule portions, The restaurant itself was tiny giving a feeling of confined to small box type which doesnt offer you any paceful space and you will sure be bumped once or twice by your neighbors while they walk past you. Same experience for Chicken Biryani too. We were there on Thursday around 8:00PM. The biryani was already looking dull and stale. Did I mention, quantity wise it is small again?!?! For 10.99 I expected more quantity. They served half egg with each of two biryanis that we ordered. And, in ONE single tiny bowl, Mirch Ka Salan and ANOTHER SINGLE TINY bown ,Raita for the TWO biryanis we ordered. As a hyderabadi, it is blasphemous to skimp on your Mirch Ka Salan when you eat your Biryani. We also ordered Street noddles. I would like to save my words. (hint: small portion). None of the hyderabadi delicacies, that Paradise is known for: bheja fry or liver fry or kheema masala are on the menu. It is plain simple. No variety. All in all, this restaurant is not my cup of tea. The food that I pay for, I want it to be VFM. If you are not my type, be their guest. My last visit! This place is a rip off. Interior is clean and bright but there are too many wait staff who are just standing there. We ordered the Paradise Fish Fry, $9.99 for 4 pieces of small fried fish fillet (although it's flavorful), Butter Chicken $9.99 (just a bowl of sauce with a few chicken slices) we have to order a separate side dishes of rice at $2.99 per bowl and garlic naan which is also $2.99, and a bowl of vegetable biryani at $9.99. I also had their Mango lassi at $2.50 in a small glass. All of the dishes we tried are good but you can get the same flavor or better somewhere else for less. And their water is not even cold, it's water straight from the tap. Other Indian restaurants we tried even had cold lemon water for less. And yes their Basmati rice is broken. Sahara market down the road is muuuuuch better although it's not Indian cuisine. read more

One of the best food i get in bay area is from this place, i like the indian spices and buttery greasy food, this restaurant makes it perfect. Try the chicken Karachi with some butter naan. Read the reviews and ordered street noodles to go since they were out of goat. Could barely understand the guy on the phone and had to ask several times for him to slow down so I could understand him. At the end he hurredly told me the toral and almost hung up before I could rush in a question about when it would be ready. When I picked it up, had to ask for plastic silverware and napkins - that should be standard! The street noodles were oily, lacked flavor. The chicken was small pieces and tasted like all dark meat.
