When I was advised that the biryani was spicy, I offered to order a different entree, but he said he was happy to make sure mine was medium spice instead. It was perfect! A nice flavorful spice that I LOVED! They did not skimp on the paneer, the portions, or the flavor. My husband's noodle dish was not overly oily like other places. It was full of flavor and generous with the meat. Something has definitely changed here--whether it's the chef or the overall process, we're not sure--but the food quality has degraded significantly. They have also reduced the portion sizes by using much smaller to-go curry boxes. We've been noticing this consistently over the past two months. The biryani is always extremely spicy now, regardless of whether we order mild or medium. We have kids at home who love biryani, so we always order mild, but lately it's overloaded with spices, to the point where you can barely find any plain rice on top. The Manchurian gravies are overly tangy. We also ordered chili chicken and chili prawn--both were soggy, overly spicy, and tasted like the masala was raw. Half of the butter naan we received was undercooked. There is inside seating, but I did notice many orders were from DoorDash. As for the goat biryani mild, I thought it was very good. I've been here a few times and when they are on their game, the Goat Dum Biryani is phenomenal. The basmati rice is long-grained and aromatic, the goat is tender, and the spices are rich and flavorful--it comes with that traditional mirchi ka salan (gravy) and raita on the side. When it's cooked perfectly, it truly lives up to the "Paradise" name. We also love their appetizers. The Chilli Paneer is a great Indo-Chinese starter; a perfect fusion of flavors and a nice spicy kick. However, I have to be honest, I've had one or two takeout orders where the biryani felt a little dry or the chicken pieces were slightly bony. It seems to be a little inconsistent depending on the day. Overall, it's my "go-to" for biryani cravings. Just keep your fingers crossed for a perfectly cooked batch! We came here around 9pm for a late dinner and it was pretty empty inside, but they had plenty of doordash/pick up orders the whole time we were there. We ordered the paneer biryani, chicken tikka masala, plain and butter naan, and their chicken kebab. Everything was delicious!!! The chicken kebab wasn't dry at all, it was perfect. The biryani was also great, all the paneer pieces were at the bottom of the bowl so you'll have to dig through there to find them. The chicken tikka masala is always my favorite, I love eating it with the naan. Great flavors and spices on all 3 dishes! Service was fast and friendly! Inside was clean and there is one bathroom which was also clean. There is a parking lot that is shared with other businesses so I imagine it can get pretty busy during the day. OMG, where do I even begin with this place? Pros: 1. The flavors have so much potential--there's definitely something good here. 2. The interior, though small, has a nice and cozy feel. Cons: 1. Terrible service if you come later in the day. I walked in at 2 PM, and instead of a greeting, I got the "we're closing" statement and attitude. If you don't want customers coming in, then turn off your "Open" sign instead of pulling this nonsense. 2. Food safety concerns. I ordered the Chili Chicken, and it was completely cold inside--the center was cold! That's a serious health violation--meat sitting out, collecting bacteria, then getting barely cooked? Absolutely unacceptable. 3. Misleading menu descriptions. I ordered the Biryani, expecting the proper Dum-style dish. Instead, I got what seemed like their Chili Chicken mixed with rice, topped with half an egg. Not what I paid for, and definitely not something I'd ever order again. Final Thoughts: Every customer deserves fresh, properly cooked food, no matter what time they walk in. If you're still open for business, then act like it. The basmati rice is cooked perfectly, coupled with super tender halal chicken meat, mixed in and seasoned with that secret sauce that has a perfect balance of spiciness, flavors and a complexity of biryani spices... To be fair, I've never eaten at this place and frequent the beer bar next door. This place is constantly storing food outside on the ground including vegetables and eggs. My go to spot for some delicious biryani. I always get their chicken dum biryani and it's so so good with the raita that comes with it. Usually order on the phone and it's ready to be picked up in 20-30 mins. Pick up experience has been pretty smooth. They do have seating space for dining in. read more

Ordered DoorDash dinner from this place last night and it was very good! Nice fluffy rice and nice spice on the goat and medium was an enjoyable spice level. I ordered the goat dum biryani and gulab jamun. I only knocked off a star because there should've been a better protein rice ratio, and it looks like that's a whole egg in there. It's not. The biriyani was so fluffy and the meat on the goat was so soft and tender! What a huge difference eating in and take awake makes. Super yummy little spot located in Tralee shopping plaza. This is the only local spot I'm aware of that offers IndoChinese cuisine. I loved each of our dishes, the chicken tikka masala also had bell peppers and eggplant, that was a first for me...and super yummy addition! Their naan is some of the best I have found in the East Bay! I'm also told, by my family member, that their Biryani is the best he's had outside of India. I will need to give it a try next time. The service was lovely, my only caution is that it's a very small dining area and quite cramped. Hopefully, one day they'll expand. This is my honest review. Whenever I order Vijayawada boneless chicken biryani on Wednesdays, it mostly tastes stale or spoiled. This has happened 5-6 times, not just once. On Fridays, it usually tastes fine. I'll probably try other options during weekdays. read more

Great food. However a hit and miss if you like goat biriyani. They tend to run out, sell out or it's just not available. I always order the goat biriyani. I always ask for a side of goat meat. Sometimes I get. But lately nothing. You can only get the extra goat meat in your biriyani (not on the side to really see how much you're getting) but in the dish already prepared. It's hard at times to tell if my serving in the regular goat biriyani is there with extras I paid for. They used to accommodate this order no problem. They can't or they're just not able to anymore. My friend from Hyderabad says their biryani here is authentic. He likes it so much that I pick it up for him because they don't have one in his area. We ordered a bunch of different dishes. The chicken 65 is super spicy but tasty. Not sure what else we had but they were all pretty decent. Prices are pretty reasonable and they pack the biryani in so you can eat it for a few days if you are good at saving it. Was craving some Biryani after work the other day and I tracked down this hidden gem. The spice combinations are very unique and complex. I wish the restaurant was closer so that I could explore their menu more often. I did order medium, and it was melting my face off(white guy here), but it was still amazing. I was a little bummed they didn't have any Chai to drink, and I didn't realize care that all the meat was together in the bottom of the bowl.
