If i could give 6 stars I would! This has been our go to burger spot for years. Lots of parking as it's part of a big shopping complex. When you enter in, you can order via the kiosk. Note they do use halal meat. We usually get the smash burger with gluten free buns (+$2.99) and extra pickles. It hits every time. The meat is always perfectly cooked and the sauce is addicting. They have different types of burgers if you like something more spicy or with bbq sauce. There is a lot of seating inside. There can be a long wait during peak hours (lunch time), we sometimes order ahead online so it's ready by the time we get there. We'll keep coming back! read more

Used to be a great spot for burgers but don't appreciate the level of service and quality of food on our most recent order. My wife ordered take out and when she got home her chicken burger was undercooked and our sweet potato and regular fries were half full. I called the restaurant right away and was told they couldn't do anything about it without a manager. The kid said he would pass my complaint to the manager and we would receive a refund for the burger and fries. Still no call or refund. The food itself is fresh, tasty and prepared timely. The ambience is primarily quiet unless you're going during the rush hours of lunch and dinner. The only reason why I'm not rating this higher is the service. Usually, they're quick (especially when it comes to preparing your food). However, I ordered a milkshake and the lady working the front had poor mismanagement of multitasking. She prepping my milkshake cup and then left it to go tend to online and in-person orders. She went back to my milkshake to add the ice cream and milk to blend and left it there to go back to the food orders. I understand you're trying to get to the food orders timely but you're also neglecting another order. People who ordered after me receive their food before my milkshake was even made. read more

we've ate several times at this location and found both the food quality good and people behind the counter are nice. But their operation is badly flawed, since they cook to order The delay in getting your food is somewhat expected and can take 20 to 30 minutes from the time you order. But in the middle of lunch or dinner rush all bets are off. Last night after about half hour or so I got the txt that my order is ready, but the counter service couldn't find my order! Ten minute later I received a second txt to pkup my order but she still couldn't locate my order. Meanwhile a line of people behind me as some were also frustrated with the long wait, some of us asked for a refund which they obliged. I don't know what happened to this place, but the food quality fell off a cliff. I'm not sure if they are under new ownership but the past two times we have been, the food quality isn't even remotely close to what it used to be. This place was super packed around 8 o clock. They have inside seating and you are also able to order yourself at a kiosk. I got the burger with ini sauce and it's so tasty. iniBurger is the place to be, the food is well seasoned and the quality is really good. I came with a party of four and they cooked the food very quickly! The service was okay. You mainly order through the kiosk they have. Their display menu they have is kind of difficult to comprehend. The big menu shows combo meals but it does not correlate to the kiosk display. The workers in the front were no help, they didn't really ask us anything and just waited for us to finish ordering the food. The ambiance was nice, the place was clean and spacious while being a small sitting area. I overall give this restaurant a 4/5 star review. The food was amazing and will definitely be back. Not recommended, just go to In N Out, or Cali Kid in Livermore Other reviews mentioned this place used to be better, and the food quality has recently declined. Originally gave them a five star review as I frequented this place and the review seems to have disappeared. I always order the same thing. mini mushroom swiss burger, mini hawaiian spice, fries, nacho cheese side. It's always been amazing! but just as another Yelper stated, something changed. It did not taste the same, the burger patties were paper thin, and the nacho cheese tasted different/funny too. I really hope this isn't a new ownership issue or using lesser quality ingredients just to save a buck. The food didn't sit well with me either. Again, this was the first time. I'm a little on the fence about this place. I've been here 2 times now. It's just a fairly conveniently located spot to get a burger when I'm driving back from San Francisco. And it's right next to a boba spot that has desserts and mochi donuts. In any case, I like stopping by here to get a bite to eat before getting my boba for my drive home. The burgers aren't quite blow your mind but are a little better than average. I'm on the fence here between a 3 and a 4. The first time I came here and I got a burger, the top bun was actually kind of cold, almost like they just pulled it from the fridge or they had left it out on the counter for a while. I see that because even the patty wasn't all that hot either. It was a little busy in there. The first time I went and I was in kind of a rush to get home so I didn't want to go up to the counter and say anything. In general, I don't do that kind of thing anyways. Fries weren't bad and they were fairly crispy. The second time around, I came with my cousin on the way home from San Francisco. This time around, we both decided to go with the sliders so that we could try more things. Considering they are little sliders, they seemed relatively hearty. Often times it feels like you're getting ripped off when you order sliders versus a full-size burger. That was not the case here. Anyways the sliders were fully warm and the fries were crispy so with that said, this may slightly give them the edge to be four stars. But perhaps that may be a little too generous. If I go back a third time, maybe then I can make the final decision and update this. Stopped into Ini Burger and placed my order on one of their touch screens, which was a nice, easy experience--always appreciate not having to wait in line just to order. My food took about 10 minutes, so not bad at all for a freshly made meal. I got the Mushroom Swiss Burger, Spicy Garlic Fries, and the Buffalo Lemon Pepper Wings. The burger was solid--the mushrooms were fresh and the flavors came together really nicely. The spicy garlic fries were also on point, crispy with a good kick. The wings were probably the standout--super crispy and absolutely loaded with seasoning. The buffalo lemon pepper combo was bold and flavorful, maybe a bit aggressive on the seasoning, but still really tasty. Overall, a good burger spot with quick service and a fun twist on the classics. Stopped by a few weeks back on our way back from shopping. Not a lot of people there on a Sunday at 1pm. When you walk in there are 2 screens for ordering. You can select meals or single stuff. It's kinda expensive but there's not many halal burger joints in the area. What we ordered -Mexicali burger with onion rings 10/10 burger was meaty and spicy in itself too. The sauce was amazing. Onion rings were huge. -Malibu Bae burger w/ sweet potato fries 10/10 flame grilled and delish. The sweet potato fries are so damn good here omg. -kids meal burger w fries 6/10 kinda meh. The meat was a lil burnt and it had no cheese. I do appreciate they didn't add ketchup and mustard tho. The drink options are standard but the rootbeer was some brand that is real good.
