It was my first time coming to an iniBurger. The workers were super nice and the food was tasty. We ordered the family box of 12 mini burgers, which was cheaper than ordering the 2 or 3 ini combos. Our favorite was the Hawaiian Spice, then the Americano. The iniload fries were also super good. The fries were really crispy. The sweet potato fries were good too, but I prefer regular fries. we've ate several times at this location and found both the food quality good and people behind the counter are nice. But their operation is badly flawed, since they cook to order The delay in getting your food is somewhat expected and can take 20 to 30 minutes from the time you order. But in the middle of lunch or dinner rush all bets are off. Last night after about half hour or so I got the txt that my order is ready, but the counter service couldn't find my order! Ten minute later I received a second txt to pkup my order but she still couldn't locate my order. Meanwhile a line of people behind me as some were also frustrated with the long wait, some of us asked for a refund which they obliged. iniBurger is the place to be, the food is well seasoned and the quality is really good. I came with a party of four and they cooked the food very quickly! The service was okay. You mainly order through the kiosk they have. Their display menu they have is kind of difficult to comprehend. The big menu shows combo meals but it does not correlate to the kiosk display. The workers in the front were no help, they didn't really ask us anything and just waited for us to finish ordering the food. The ambiance was nice, the place was clean and spacious while being a small sitting area. I overall give this restaurant a 4/5 star review. The food was amazing and will definitely be back. I'm a little on the fence about this place. I've been here 2 times now. It's just a fairly conveniently located spot to get a burger when I'm driving back from San Francisco. And it's right next to a boba spot that has desserts and mochi donuts. In any case, I like stopping by here to get a bite to eat before getting my boba for my drive home. The burgers aren't quite blow your mind but are a little better than average. I'm on the fence here between a 3 and a 4. The first time I came here and I got a burger, the top bun was actually kind of cold, almost like they just pulled it from the fridge or they had left it out on the counter for a while. I see that because even the patty wasn't all that hot either. It was a little busy in there. The first time I went and I was in kind of a rush to get home so I didn't want to go up to the counter and say anything. In general, I don't do that kind of thing anyways. Fries weren't bad and they were fairly crispy. The second time around, I came with my cousin on the way home from San Francisco. This time around, we both decided to go with the sliders so that we could try more things. Considering they are little sliders, they seemed relatively hearty. Often times it feels like you're getting ripped off when you order sliders versus a full-size burger. That was not the case here. Anyways the sliders were fully warm and the fries were crispy so with that said, this may slightly give them the edge to be four stars. But perhaps that may be a little too generous. If I go back a third time, maybe then I can make the final decision and update this. Stopped by a few weeks back on our way back from shopping. Not a lot of people there on a Sunday at 1pm. When you walk in there are 2 screens for ordering. You can select meals or single stuff. It's kinda expensive but there's not many halal burger joints in the area. What we ordered -Mexicali burger with onion rings 10/10 burger was meaty and spicy in itself too. The sauce was amazing. Onion rings were huge. -Malibu Bae burger w/ sweet potato fries 10/10 flame grilled and delish. The sweet potato fries are so damn good here omg. -kids meal burger w fries 6/10 kinda meh. The meat was a lil burnt and it had no cheese. I do appreciate they didn't add ketchup and mustard tho. The drink options are standard but the rootbeer was some brand that is real good. This fast food spot is great. I walked in and placed my own order at their kiosk and out order was done pretty fast and everything was correct. The ambiance is very casual but clean and nice. All of us loved our burgers, actually taste fresh. The French fries are crinkled cut but a very good toasty crisp to them, definitely not mushy. I wanted to try something new. Instead of In-N-Out or the habit burger. I took a chance here because some of the pictures from the reviews look good. And oh boy! I am glad I did. They have a self service kiosk and I am very picky with my burgers so I waited until somebody came up to take my order. A young lady walked up and answered my questions, helped me get my burger with an extra patty, and then I ordered some chicken wings. The chicken wings were amazing, but I should've gotten the normal buffalo wings because that's my normal preference at other restaurants. Occasionally, I like to try something new, and these were good if you'd like a sweet taste with mild spiciness to it. The burger was simply amazing and I will be back here in 30 days. I will only eat my junk food on the first weekend of the month. So I can't wait until the first weekend in January when I can come back to this place and get another triple cheeseburger. And next time I will try the buffalo wings and see how those are. The location was pretty normal. It was clean and they had a good fountain drink machine with several good options. Pretty good food with a clean, modern environment. I was running errands in the area and stopped in because a burger sounded good and it looked like a clean place from the outside. I stepped in and appreciated how the business was set up. It was pretty new looking so it was still clean, had several large monitors for the menu and featured a bright and colorful ambiance. Since it was my first time I wasn't too sure what to order and it actually took me a while. Luckily it wasn't super busy but I can tell the cashier wanted me to make up my mind lol. I finally settled on the Crispy Chicken Nacho Fries. They were delicious! It came out hot, the cheese sauce wasn't bad, the chicken was nice and crispy and the Jalapenos hit the spot. A nice detail was that the fries were crispy to start with. I can't stand soggy fries. It only gets worse when you put any type of sauce on top of it. another nice touch is that they use Stubborn Soda. Even though it's a PepsiCo product it seems to be a slightly healthier choice if your into soda. Lastly, it is a Halal restaurant which uses hormone and antibiotic free beef and chicken which further supports a slightly healthier meal option which I appreciate. You can also customize your meal any way you want. In closing, it is a great choice if your in the area. You may pay a dollar or two more for your meal but it is well worth it. Went to INI Burger and omg it was actually so good. The burger was juicy, fries were crispy, and everything tasted super fresh. Like post-school, drive-through-with-friends kind of perfect. As someone who is short short, the counter felt tall but the food made up for it. Also need to shout out José because his service was literally the best. When we got home and opened it, the chicken patty was raw/undercooked in the center--clearly unsafe to eat. We had to discard it entirely. Since we only discovered this after leaving, we couldn't address it on-site, but this is a serious food safety issue that needs attention. Separately, my kids used the self-ordering kiosk for what they thought were mini chicken burgers (the menu description was vague and didn't clearly specify the meat). When we opened the box, they were beef patties instead. We returned to the counter right away to politely request a swap to chicken versions. The employee at the front was counting cash and completely ignored us for over 10 minutes while we waited patiently. Once she finished, another staff member approached and rudely dismissed our request, saying they couldn't replace the items--no apology, no attempt to help. The combination of serving potentially unsafe food and such dismissive, unhelpful service ruined what should have been a simple meal. I won't be going back, and I'd advise others to consider this before visiting--especially families with kids relying on clear menu info and reliable food handling. Fries tasted poorly (not fried in a fresh batch of oil). Very sad. Will not be returning. Fremont Ca location was good in the beginning; however, they have also taken a turn for the worse. Disappointed and dissatisfied. Ordering is quick and efficient via the kiosk and the store associates are happy to help if you get stuck. I like my food on the Indian Mama spice level so I tried the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich which had a crispy chicken filet topped with tangy pickles and a creamy slaw. Be warned though, the spice level was through the roof and overpowered the other flavors. Fries were hot and fresh. I have to say the quality was great and the service was friendly.
