Stopped in for national wing day and got the $10 combo deal. Like the hamburgers the wings are made to order and are served to you crunchy, crispy and hot. These are Costco sized wings, as in the biggest wings I've ever seen - they were huge! I had gotten an order of six and could barely eat four. In the back of my mind I had that foreboding feeling that these were definitely GMO, but they tasted so good and went down the hatch. read more

I stopped by today with a group of 12, only my second time there, and the burgers are awesome. I had the Mushroom and Swiss, and I will order it again. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly, courtesy, and efficient! Go! read more

I wanted to try something new. Instead of In-N-Out or the habit burger. I took a chance here because some of the pictures from the reviews look good. And oh boy! I am glad I did. They have a self service kiosk and I am very picky with my burgers so I waited until somebody came up to take my order. A young lady walked up and answered my questions, helped me get my burger with an extra patty, and then I ordered some chicken wings. The chicken wings were amazing, but I should've gotten the normal buffalo wings because that's my normal preference at other restaurants. Occasionally, I like to try something new, and these were good if you'd like a sweet taste with mild spiciness to it. The burger was simply amazing and I will be back here in 30 days. I will only eat my junk food on the first weekend of the month. So I can't wait until the first weekend in January when I can come back to this place and get another triple cheeseburger. And next time I will try the buffalo wings and see how those are. The location was pretty normal. It was clean and they had a good fountain drink machine with several good options. I definitely recommend this place. read more

The ambiance was cold and sterile, no greeting really. They are set up with digital menus ordering. The food was decent for fast food and the fries were good. When they called our number the service was friendly and cordial. Not sure if I'd come here again.... But not sure if I won't read more

Burgers were amazing. Our server was very helpful. They need to upgrade their ambiance but overall a very pleasant experience

We go to iniBurger all the time. The food is good- love the Western burger and the customer service is always great but Mauro went above and beyond. Thank you. We'll be back soon read more

I had a great experience and i want to especially thank Mauro and Farrah for their outstanding customer service.

Clean and efficient fast food option. Onion rings were done well, good texture as they seem to use corn meal in the batter. Wings were good. It was good to have the option for the burgers to be served without buns. The size of the b'igi burger patty was surprisingly small. They may be smashing it to better fill the big space with the lettuce wrap? The taste of the meat itself seemed minimal. The spice level hoped for was not quite noticeable for the Mexicali nor Hawaiian spicy. read more

GREAT FOOD, CHEAP PRICES, IT CAN'T GET ANY BETTER. I've only every had their burger so that's all can vouch for. But they have soo many different types of burgers, and even many different types of vege burgers. Their fries portions are very big(and they only cost 2 dollars). The only thing is for some reason they don't add ketchup in your burger but you can ask for that and they will do it free of charge. Also, the name has to word "burger" in it, so if you go there, you better order a burger. Ion want to hear anyone complaining about their chicken wings or something. IT ISN'T A CHICKEN WING PLACE. read more

While looking at restaurants in the Pleasanton area, we came across iniBurger, which is an up and coming burger joint. The menu photos of the massive burgers looked compelling, so we had to give it a try. The menu was quite extensive with a variety of burger variations and wings. The restaurant also featured a selection of sauces as dips. I went with the mushroom swiss with onion rings, and wow, the food came out made to order and the large burger really lived up to expectations, with a hearty portion of crisp ground beef sandwiched between a pile of mushrooms, some Swiss cheese, and two pillowy buns. The onion rings were average, being slightly overcooked and dry, but I'd probably return for a burger the next time I'm in the area. Pros: Large portions, decent prices, fast service. Unique variety of wings and burgers. Cons: Onion rings are a hard pass. read more

One of a few halal options in the Pleasanton area. Conveniently located in a strip mall with ample parking. Clean interior with extra seating outside. Ordering is quick and efficient via the kiosk and the store associates are happy to help if you get stuck. I like my food on the Indian Mama spice level so I tried the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich which had a crispy chicken filet topped with tangy pickles and a creamy slaw. Be warned though, the spice level was through the roof and overpowered the other flavors. Fries were hot and fresh. I have to say the quality was great and the service was friendly. Next time I'll ask if they have a milder version of this sandwich. Worth trying if you're in the area. read more

THEE best burgers in East Bay!! They have all kinds of options (veggie, gluten free, beef and chicken, etc.) They have a ton of different styles (my fav is the Swiss mushroom) They even have different sizes (the mini burger works best for me because I can never finish a large burger) Their fries are epic (best sweet potato fries I have ever had) and salads are amazing. The staff is super friendly, and service is smooth and fast. Love their endless selection of sauces/dips too! read more

I just keep coming back, and this is one of the main places I think of when I'm in the area for takeout. I've now tried several burgers, wings, and sides, and brought my family for a nice meal outside on the patio and had an excellent time every time. Just like before, there's a nice industrial modern interior with plenty of space. An upscale soda fountain has excellent options above Coke or Pepsi, and there's ordering kiosks if you're in a hurry. The burgers are excellent, as are the fries and all the homemade sauces. It's always hot, fresh, and made to order, and has never given me that awful I just had a fast food burger feel afterwards. I love the Mexicali style burger and chicken sandwich (you can get almost any style with beef or chicken), and my husband loves the Mushroom Swiss and Nashville Hot Chicken (though it really is REALLY hot!). I usually eat the fries on the way home because I love them hot and crispy, and I love them with any of their sauces. The service has always been very friendly, helpful, and prompt, and of course you wait a few minutes for a cooked fresh burger, but it's worth it. Thanks again for hosting a Yelp event so I always think of this excellent burger place! read more

I had a craving for a chicken sandwich. Luckily there's an abundance of restaurants that serve chicken sandwiches. What pulled us to Iniburger is their antibiotic free halal chicken. Since the chicken is halal, it was ethically sourced. Trying to be antibiotic free and eat out is hard. Many places including places that serve halal meat are not antibiotic free. Luckily this is. (Antibiotic resistance is on the rise and keeps me up at night lol) The restaurant itself is nice and clean. There are two self ordering screens. The girl working also asked if we need any help or had any questions. Great service! I ordered a chicken sandwich. I added turkey bacon to my sandwich. My husband ordered a three mini burger combo. And he upgrade his side of fries for onion rings. This was a dollar extra. The portion for the onion rings was a little small. His favorite was the mexi- Cali. I wanted a side of fries with my chicken sandwich and I opted for the spicy garlic fries. Now my disappoint for these fries partially my fault for not properly reading the description. The fries are "spicy garlic" because it has a drizzle of their spicy garlic sauce. The spicy garlic fries are $5.99 and the regular are $3.99. So essentially it cost $2 extra for a small drizzle of their spicy garlic sauce which only cover the surface of the fries and is not properly distributed. I personally prefer garlic fries to include fresh grated garlic. But again if I had properly read the description I would not have ordered these. So if you want fries and you want "spicy garlic" I recommend you get the .50 cent spicy garlic sauce on the side with regular fries. You will save $1.50 and have more sauce. Now for the chicken sandwich. It was good. I give it a 3 1/2 out of 5. It could've used a little more flavor but my main complaint is the chicken being dry. It wasn't as thick as I like my chicken to be in a sandwich and it was dry. It's definitely something they can fix. Perhaps more time brining? I added the spicy garlic fries to my sandwich and it was good especially dipped in ranch. Over all I would definitely come back. The place was clean. The food was clean and ANTIBIOTIC FREE. Which again is a huge plus for me. The prices were average. read more

High quality food with great flavor and best of all its all Halal! I ordered the Mexicali burger and it was the perfect amount of heat and spice. The lemon pepper wingers were well seasoned and crunchy. But the Buffalo was great flavor but the skin got a bit soggy. The service was great. Although we ordered on the kiosk the staff was exceptionally kind even when my daughter spilled the ranch all over the floor. The inside is your standard fast food spot. Located on a shopping complex it had plenty of parking all around. Overall, a really enjoyable meal for anyone who's in a rush and looking for high quality fast food. read more

The food was fantastic and brought out quickly. Mauro especially was helpful to us! We would definitely recommend it for burgers or chicken.

Dropped by after a quick trip to the outlets. The place is on the smaller side but the service was relatively fast and the staff was polite. My kids enjoyed their meals, particularly the fries. The fries were extra crispy and had a nice crunch. I tried the mushroom burger and the classic American. Both were very tasty. The American burger tasted very similar to BurgerIM. Good visit and left satisfied. The food presentation was lacking a bit but we'll be back. read more

Visited Pleasanton Ini Burger on Friday afternoon, zero customer service, long wait, quite loud and overall unorganized place. Burgers and chicken sandwiches were so so, needs improvement. Fries tasted poorly (not fried in a fresh batch of oil). Very sad. Will not be returning. Fremont Ca location was good in the beginning; however, they have also taken a turn for the worse. Disappointed and dissatisfied. My personal recommendation is to please realign your establishment values and focus on making good food, and cater towards your customers for pleasant future experiences (hopefully soon!). read more

Went to INI Burger and omg it was actually so good. The burger was juicy, fries were crispy, and everything tasted super fresh. Like post-school, drive-through-with-friends kind of perfect. As someone who is short short, the counter felt tall but the food made up for it. Also need to shout out José because his service was literally the best. He was so nice, patient, and just had really good energy. Didn't rush me, explained stuff, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. Lowkey made my day, and filled me up! 10/10 food, 10/10 service, will 100% be back. P.S i would NEVER order a whole burger just for my self i shared with my friends.. read more

I had high hopes for IniBurgers in Pleasanton, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered chicken strips for my kids, and loaded fries--none of which lived up to the hype. The chicken strips were all batter with barely any actual chicken inside, just a lot of breading, which was very unfortunate since they were for my kids. As for the loaded fries, there was no cheese at all--just a pile of onions. It was completely misleading. And to top it off, I had to add salt myself because the fries were so bland and tasteless. For a place that's received so much praise, the food quality was shockingly poor. This was a complete letdown. I would not come back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Fantastic flavors! Had their Hawaiian burger as well as a falafel. Did them as mini burgers. This might be the best burger I've had in California read more

I'm sorry, but no. Love that they offer halal food and their buns are soft and buttery, but their food was just not very enjoyable, especially for the price. We got a mushroom burger, Western burger, onion rings, and spicy garlic fries. At first bite I was pleased with the mushroom burger, but the more I ate it the more bland it became. It really needed some salt, but the burger was cooked well. I only took a bite out of the western burger but my partner said there was too much bbq sauce and didn't even finish it. Onion rings are passable, but the spicy garlic fries were inedible. When they say spicy, they really do mean spicy, but I couldn't taste any garlic and I just felt like I was getting hit in the face with cayenne pepper. So yeah...it's just a no for me. read more

Love a halal burger joint! The two of us shared two mini burgers and wings. Loved all the flavors for the wings!! The lemon pepper was flavorful and crisp, I wished the garlic chili one was more spicy. I want to try the other wing flavors. Burgers were juicy!! I enjoyed the mushroom one and my companion had the Hawaiian. Would definitely return! Fries are pretty good but maybe a bit too crispy. Seating is plenty and casual. You order yourself on the kiosk and they bring food out to you. The venue is clean and clean bathrooms as well. Would definitely return! read more

Great halal burgers. Plenty of options to choose from with sides to match. Build your own if you fancy. The sliders are great options for those who struggle to diet read more

The highly recommended side is their Nacho fries. It stands out, when you're bored of the regular bland/salted fries provided everywhere. It has everything you'll need, chicken, cheese jalapeños on curvy fries. Their burgers are pretty loaded too, sufficient to enjoy a whole meal. I've been a classic fan of Buffalo wings, I wish it was more saucy as opposed to dry. Nevertheless, it was tasty. read more

Food was great as always. This is probably our favorite burger spot. My dad and I get the Bigi Mushroom burger every time with the extra patty and it is fantastic. We were served today by Shannon, and she was super helpful. The atmosphere of this burger joint is always relaxed, with some pop music in the background that isn't too loud or overbearing. We always enjoy eating here, and will look forward to coming back again soon. read more

Mauro was great, his service is awesome, he suggested which burger to try, it was delicious. Thank you.

The service is incredibly slow. We tried both eating in and ordering ahead for pick up. Both options are equally sloooowwww... Today, I ordered ahead for pick up. It said 10 min, my order will be ready. I arrived after 15 min and when we arrived to pick up, we still had to wait an extra 15 minutes. It baffles me because the restaurant was practically empty and they took 30 minutes to prepare my order. When we received our order, our burgers were dry. And the tenperature was lukewarm. Fries were soggy and the soda machine had very poor carbonation. My soda tasted like sugar water. You took 30 minutes to prepare my order when the restaurant was empty and my burgers & fries were practically cold?!? Unacceptable!!! Food: * B'igi AMERICANO- 1/5 lukewarm, more on the side of cold. the meat was very dry and cheese was cold. The shredded lettuce didn't seem fresh. I requested the Ini sauce on the side not on the burger. They put the sauce in the burger. * B'igi WESTERN- 1/5 lukewarm, more on the side of cold. the meat was very dry and cheese was cold. The shredded lettuce didn't seem fresh. Onion ring was heavily battered and burned. I will not be returning to Ini. The times i've been here, they take so long to prepare your order, even when it's empty inside, i see a lot of the workers just standing around and talking instead of working. They have no respect for your time. And they always serve the burgers & fries lukewarm. The art of time suckage. Life is too short to allow the Ini burger employees to waste my time, only to serve me lukewarm, dry burgers... Employees are lazy and stand around talking instead of preparing orders. read more
