I stood there and counted. 2 minutes, 3 minutes... nearly 7 minutes and she made eye contact and then moved away. 2 minutes after that she unenthusiastically asked what I wanted. At this point I was very unsure what I was doing, but I went ahead and ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a soda. The soda was a room temperature can of Dr. Pepper. No offering of ice, or a cold one, or anything else. The burger and fries came out shortly after. It felt very 'store bought' - shrunken tasteless, dry beef patty. The produce seemed at least fresh, the bun was on the stale and dry side as you can see it crack in the photo. The only outstanding part of this meal were the fries. They were delicious, abundant and hot. I am never coming back here again.

It is very reasonably priced, the portions are generous, and the overall value is excellent. Maintaining the same high standards of food quality, service, and consistency for so many years is not easy, but Chat Bhavan continues to do it exceptionally well. After seven years of visiting, I can confidently say their standards have always been up to the mark.
