Met up with friends to watch the Patriots lose to the Seahawks in Super Bowl 60. Enjoyed a few different types of beer during the game.. the Himalaya Blue from India, Pacifico from Mexico, and Michelob Ultra from the US. Toured the globe with beer. We had the garlic cheese breadsticks, essentially a small pizza crust with cheese and flavoring. It was good, had it with some ranch. The tandoori wings were delicious, I personally liked them better than the Parmesan wings we got. I couldn't come to a pizza place without trying a pizza so I ordered a medium half bbq chicken lovers half Mexican taco. The bbq chicken was yummy, but for me, the Mexican taco was OMG deelish! They bake the pizza then put the produce on after it's out of the oven so the lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes and kidneys beans are all crunchy and fresh. So good! The staff are all super nice and the place is clean. Most of their business seems to be to go, not many people dining in. I'm coming back for a Mexican Taco pizza! read more

We tried a new to us restaurant tonight, @pijjaparadise in Springtown! Indian, American, Italian fusion food in this quiet side of town! The food was delicious! A small walk in restaurant, that takes reservations, has 8 tables, but does a booming to go business! Door dash was coming and going the whole time! We started with the wings ($10.99) and Indian Masala Breadsticks ($11.99). The wings are baked! Juicy and just a hint of spice! The breadsticks had quite a kick! Pineapple and jalapeño interesting spice blend...my husband devoured them! My husband had the signature fusion, Tandoori Chicken Pizza! (I think it was $24.99). Juicy chicken, veggies and a yummy homemade Tandoori sauce! A bit spicy for me, it looked beautiful and my husband throughly enjoyed every bite! He also enjoyed the variety of Indian , American and Mexican beers, he had the Taj Mahal Lager. I had the Mac and #cheeseburger with fries ($13.99).....it was towering! Fries were baked! I felt much less guilty eating them! I had a Mexican coke with my burger! They have a freezer full of delicious treats and while I wanted to try the Nutella dessert pizza, we were way too full! They were showing a soccer game on a huge TV! Bathroom was clean and tidy. We met the owner, Abby, who told about her love of food and how she wanted a place where everyone could come and find something to eat. And she has done that! New pizza place off of N First & 580, which still has the old Cam Am Pizza signage on the building. I had gotten a notification that the place had opened along with a discount to give them a try. It was lunchtime and my discount got me a small vegetarian pizza. My pizza was meticulously made with fresh ingredients. Even better than the pizza was the very friendly service, I was greeted upon entry and learned from what appeared to be the owner that she was planning to offer lunch specials. This is an Indian fusion pizza place with both American pizza and Indian pizza options along with sandwiches, hamburgers, and appetizers. I'll be back to try their burger special. read more

This place should definitely have more customers than it probably gets. Stopped by here on a whim and super glad I did. I ended up getting a small pepperoni pizza and it was extremely flavorful, sauce was the perfect amount for my licking and the dough wasn't too thin or thick. I also had one more stop to make before I could go home to eat it , meaning I ate it about 25 minutes after they made it and when I got home it was still warm and tasted amazing. They supposedly also have this kids eat free all day menu . Not sure what that is about. The pizza was so good though that I want to try other things on the menu so will most likely bring the family with me next time. Absolutely Disappointing; Do Not Order the Thin Crust Pizza I ordered a large thin crust cheese pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce from Pijja Paradise, and what I received was nothing short of a joke. The crust was paper-thin to the point of being transparent, and the so-called "extra cheese" was practically non-existent. I honestly can't imagine how bare it would have been if I hadn't paid extra for cheese, because as it was, I had to squint to find any. The pizza was dry, flavorless, and wildly overpriced. I paid nearly $30 for what looked like a cracker with a hint of sauce and a sprinkle of cheese dust. This is by far one of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had. Save your money and your appetite, do not order from here, especially if you're considering the thin crust. It's a waste of time, money, and expectations. Placed an order with this new place and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The owner didn't seem familiar with the ordering system--when we arrived about 40 minutes after placing our order online (thinking we'd given plenty of time), she looked confused and said she had no record of it. After several minutes of back-and-forth, she finally realized the order was placed through their website. We had two hungry kids waiting in the car, so it was frustrating to deal with such disorganization. She tried to make up for it with some churros, but they were hard and stale. Our order also included a bottled drink as part of a special, but when we mentioned it, her attitude changed, and she handed us a can instead. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and a clear lack of customer service. I really hope they improve, but if things continue this way, it'll be hard for this place to last. read more
