Samosas 5 pack

Comfort food fusion: chewy pizza crust meets classic Indian flavors. I was originally anticipating an Indian flatbread base, but this spot serves up solid pizza crusts topped with Indian-inspired flavors. We ordered an X-Large 18-inch half and half pizza--half the Lamb Kabob Special and half Tandoori Chicken--along with an order of samosas. The serving sizes are generous. We ordered for three adults and had more than enough leftovers for lunch the next day. The Lamb Kabob Special was my favorite of the two halves--it had a rich flavors and was very repeatable. I'd order the Tandoori Chicken again too, but would skip the samosas. They were just okay; filling but kind of a bland and were under-fried. Good spot for huge portions and solid flavors!

Curry Chicken Masala Small Pizza

We came for the promotion and ordered the Curry Chicken Masala. Service was great, they even asked if we wanted ranch and Parmesan cheese. Staff was also patient with the long line of customers. This pizza was the best we have had yet, the flavor was on point, the thickness was perfect and the fresh chives was a great addition. Would definitely recommend especially for big parties. Definitely coming back again! Bonus the restaurant was very clean and the mural is cool.

What well is the tons of parking, the $5 pitcher happy hour is a deal . Like 5 beers on tap .Place has plenty of tables and clean . One bathroom was closed. However only one person working . I waited like literally 5 minutes rang the counter bell so felt like it took forever until the person came. I was the only diner. This shopping center is anchored by the GROCERY OUTLET and that's pretty much it. Close to downtown main st Pleasanton. I didn't order a desk Indian pizza but just a personal combo . It tasted really similar to round table . Nothing special , probably same ingredients . Probably same thing as the San Ramon location on Alcosta.

We received a badly burnt pizza that was supposed to be for children! Most of it was inedible. Be careful if you're planning to order from here!

The aftermath.

The food is good, the beer selection as awesome and the atmosphere is super casual and fun. It can get a little noisy at times, but there's plenty of outdoor seating for more quiet. What I like best about it is that it really feels like you're going to a place that treats its employees and its customers like family. I'm not a big reviewer, but I felt compelled to share my last experience with Porky's. After ordering, I stopped by the ladies room before going to get a beer. One of the stalls was out of toilet paper and all I could think about was that Seinfeld episode. Wanting to help someone avoid an embarrassing situation, I went to the counter to let them know. The person I tried to tell was kind of rude and waved me off. It was really weird because every other interaction I've ever had with employees there is best described as hospitality instead of just service. I was going to shrug it off. Everyone has off nights, but it was just so out of character for this place I felt I had to say something. I submitted an online comment via their website and figured that was that. Two days later, I got a phone call from Patsy. She was appreciative that I brought it up, asked for more details and promised a follow up. A few days after that, I got a very nice handwritten card from her letting me know they had worked with the employee, who was sorry and was just having an off day. My own mother doesn't send me handwritten cards anymore. I was never going to write the place off after a single incident, but this kind of care for people means I will always keep this place in rotation when the "what do you want for dinner?" Question comes up.

We started our meal with appetizers--Mama Carmela's Meatballs were three oversized meatballs in tomato sauce, topped with Parmesan and crostini (garlic toast); the Fritto Misto was a plate of lightly breaded Monterey calamari, tiger prawns, zucchini, and artichokes, served with a side of creamy capri sauce for dipping; and the Octopus All'insalata was a salad of lightly dressed arugula, olives, cherry tomatoes, and fennel, topped with tender pieces of octopus tentacle. The appetizers were decent, but the real highlight of this restaurant was their freshly-baked pizzas. The Amalfi was a light, summery combination of yellow San Marzano tomato sauce, fiori di latte, burrata, pesto, and red Sicilian Datterino tomatoes; and the Norcina was an aromatic, umami combination of truffle crema, fiori di latte, Italian sausage, and mushrooms. Both were absolutely delicious, and the best part was the authentic Neapolitan pizza crust--thin, light, and chewy all at the same time! Overall, this was a fantastic dining destination with quick, friendly service and a beautiful atmosphere too.

For the pizza, we ordered half of spinach and mushroom and half of Zachary's special. The first pull of the slice had that gooey cheese, which was awesome. The crust was a bit stiff to my liking but the flavor of the ingredients were decent.
