Super frustrated with my experience today. I placed an order at 5:00 PM to be ready by 6:00 PM. I arrived on time, waited for the line to die down, and was only then told they were just starting my order. The servers were unapologetic and seemed completely unfazed by the hour-long lead time I gave them. Definitely my last time visiting this spot. If I could give zero stars, I would. The service I received today was beyond disappointing. I have never experienced such a complete lack of professionalism and poor attitude. I do enjoy the food here and it's a convenient location near my home. The food is good, hot, tasty, and the employees are nice. I only took a star away because after ordering through the app, I was surprised when I got to the store to see a sign stating that you needed to show your credit card to pick up your order due to fraud. I wish it said so on the app when I ordered. Good thing I went to get the order myself or I would've been out of luck. The variety of sauces and adds make it a good crowd pleaser too. I can't say much about the service because my son is typically the one making all of the transactions. Quite possibly the worst run business in the Tri-Valley. Franchise moniker speaks volumes about the owner and ability to manage his business. I went on their app ordered wings a couple hours before pick-up and then the rails fell off. 1pm pick-up the day of the 49ers v Eagles game which started at 1:30pm first huge mistake. They had 3 employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off, comedy if it wasn't so sad to watch. They have this ridiculous electronic list of all the orders and it seems like no real continuity. At 1:45pm, I had to start complaining and in response I got the worst food and half the order wrong and partial paid items missing. Funny, I got an email from the corporate company asking for a review for free French Fries, needless to say after my review no free French Fries for me, ha, ha!! Initially, I ordered delivery but realized the $10 delivery plus $10 tip were just not worth staying on the couch, so we did pick up. Our order said it would be ready in 16-21 minutes. The space is very small, but brightly lit and clean; the place was jumping - at least 4 people queued up to order, and 4 or so standing waiting for orders. Tables were full. I showed up around the 25 minute mark and my order wasn't ready. Within about 3 minutes my name was called. 7 minutes late isn't worth complaining about. The order was complicated- they got it all correct. The food was amazing. The staff, friendly. Wingstop is always busy, do yourself a solid and be prepared that you may wait a minute; better yet order ahead. If you want food fast, go to a drive-thru. read more

New place so I thought I'd try it out. I've seen it quite busy and it's been years since my terrible first experience with the wingstop franchise; figured I'd try to satisfy my fried chicken craving. I ordered online through their website and went to pickup when the 18-25 mins estimated waiting time was up. I did still have to wait a few minutes considering they were busy like 2 groups and 3 others including myself waiting. I ordered the hickory smoked bbq chicken sandwich and the mango habanero boneless 5 piece. The sandwich was great as the chicken was not dry or overcooked it was juicy. The glaze they had on it was perfect just the right amount of thickness to not be watery and stick to the chicken. The chicken crust was crispy and thin. They mango habanero wings were sweet and spicy. The sweet comes first then the heat hits you after with a lingering burn. It wasn't as hot as I was expecting since I'm not great with spicy foods, but I would definitely take this flavor again. The boneless wings though felt small since their crust was thick reminding me of battered shrimp but crunchy. Service was what you'd expect, walk in and get greeted at cashier and asked for order or pickup. Inside is clean and small. I would definitely come back again to try the other flavors. I was just sad they missed out on the extra ranch dressings I wanted in the order. Note: I ordered from this wingstop again, and the online pick-up by option is not great. I thought it would be like other places where they make your order about 30 minutes before pick-up but it doesn't seem to be the case at least for this little joint. I put in the order an hour and a half ahead of time but I arrived 30 minutes early before the pickup time and it was already complete. But there's a catch, the order was cold like it was completed a long time ago and like when they received the order when I hit the pay button online.
