I had a disappointing and concerning experience here recently with both the food quality and customer service. We ordered a chicken burger to go. When we got home and opened it, the chicken patty was raw/undercooked in the center--clearly unsafe to eat. We had to discard it entirely. Since we only discovered this after leaving, we couldn't address it on-site, but this is a serious food safety issue that needs attention. Separately, my kids used the self-ordering kiosk for what they thought were mini chicken burgers (the menu description was vague and didn't clearly specify the meat). When we opened the box, they were beef patties instead. We returned to the counter right away to politely request a swap to chicken versions. The employee at the front was counting cash and completely ignored us for over 10 minutes while we waited patiently. Once she finished, another staff member approached and rudely dismissed our request, saying they couldn't replace the items--no apology, no attempt to help. The combination of serving potentially unsafe food and such dismissive, unhelpful service ruined what should have been a simple meal. I won't be going back, and I'd advise others to consider this before visiting--especially families with kids relying on clear menu info and reliable food handling. If this was a one-off, I hope the management addresses it, but based on our experience, it's not worth the risk. read more

We got a kids burger (minus the cheese for our mini) The 2 m'ini burgers in mushroom Swiss + Hawaiian spice, onion rings, and spicy garlic fries. Everything was delicious. Perfect crisp on the fries and onion rings and the burgers were pretty worth it being as they're "mini". Would def come back to try some wings and the loaded fries! The burgers I tried were just OK. I do like the concept of the mini-burgers. You get to try different toppings and even meats while each still retains enough of the burger size and form factor (unlike smaller sliders, which change the 'feel' and ratios more significantly). The classic burger was a solid fast food burger. The patty was thin, but had some flavor. The veggies tasted fresh. The brioche (?) bun and cheese had good flavor indicating quality. I also tried the crispy chicken burger, which was pretty disappointing. The fried piece of chicken was thin, dry, tough and did not even fill the bun. It's a casual, order at counter strip mall type of place. Service was friendly during my limited interactions. Decent, but I've had other fast food burgers that were more satisfying. read more

Once again a new favorite restaurant was added to my book thanks to a local yelp Elite event that I attended with my husband but then we got hungry and decided to try something new. We had actually been around this area multiple times for different food and had never noticed this place.I can honestly say man o man was this place fire! We tried this place out in July and Im finally getting around to post it. We ordered 3 M'ini Burgers, A Western, Americano And mushroom swiss. 3 tenders and 2 sodas. These burgers (sliders) were so good, the freshest burger Ive had in a long time. I dont even like mushrooms and I enjoyed the swiss. I liked the bbq in the western. The strips were super crispy and moist. The sauces were fire. Fries were coo but those could be better. I love a place that has a good house made sauce so points for that. Place is quiet and seems super popular. They even have drive up pick up. I remember we were sitting inside and I was already sending this place out to family and friends for them to give it a try if they were in the area. I do think they are a bit pricy but I do understand the fresh concept of the food, but the wings are a bit overpriced that I didn't even wanna buy some. My family and I just went here for the first time and it was such a treat! First of all, the food was delicious with so many options. My kids had kids' meals with burgers and fries. I had a scrumptious salad. Also, the restaurant was so clean and spacious. The kids loved ordering and customizing on the screens also. We will definitely be coming back. The kids and I also loved Farrah, who works there. She was so friendly, smiley, and confident, and a good role model to my kids.
