We enjoyed the sauce, but would have preferred dipping the potstickers rather than having them sitting in it. Or less of it in the bowl to prevent sogginess. Next up was the Spicy Tuna & Crispy Rice with fresno chile, avocado, cilantro, scallion, and sweet soy. The flavor was fantastic! As the name suggests, the rice was perfectly crispy, and the tuna was fresh with just the right amount of spice. I ordered the Korean Prime Skirt Steak, and WOW -- fantastic entrée! The steak comes with double egg fried rice, snap peas, bok choy, pickled shiitake, mint, cilantro, and ginger. The steak was cooked perfectly, and all of the flavors worked so well together. Nothing overpowered the other ingredients, and every bite was delicious. Three of the other four at our table ordered the Wagyu Burger with fries -- two with regular fries and one with Parmesan truffle fries. Unfortunately, the burgers and fries arrived warm rather than hot, and one diner sent his back. The team took care of it immediately. The manager came over personally, apologized, and made sure the situation was rectified. The replacement burger and fries came out perfectly cooked, which we really appreciated. Overall, quality food, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere made for a wonderful brunch experience. We would definitely come back!
