Not a fan. Burger was huge and the flavor was good but the bun was too airy. Would have preferred a seeded bun. Also the onion rings were very disappointing. They were pricey for one. And they were heavy which i found interesting and was looking forward to the taste. But the weight was from water. Stopped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Plenty of seating in the dining area. Order at the counter. We got the fish sandwich combo. It was good except I asked for cheddar cheese and it was shredded and unmelted. Other than that the sandwich was good. Got a grilled cheese combo, also cheddar, same issue of not being melted except slightly on the edges. The bread was good. They offer a 5% discount for cash pay. At first, I was hesitant because of the prices butttt look at the size of those burgers!!! Check the photos below because dang I was not expecting them to be the size of the container! Unfortunately, it still didn't have enough Buffalo sauce for my liking but the chicken was so juicy that each bite still had so much flavor and even the drier areas had a nice crunch from the fried chicken. Also, it had tater tots in my sandwich and yeah, it gave it flavor but also the bloating. Chili Cheese fries were HOTTTT. Everything was hot! It's all made to order and sooo worth the price. Service was quick and to the point. Nothing special but also appreciated since we had a to go order. The space is big enough to bring the family. Checked out this place today for an office lunch and we were pleassntly surprised at the great burgers here. The humongous size of the burgers was intimidating at first, but thanks to a torta style light and fluffy bun, the burgers were not as heavy as they looked. I had the bacon avocado burger with a side of nice and crispy waffles fries, and I scarfed it all down rather quickly. Sorry guys, but not impressed. The burger was mediocre & not very flavorful. Fish n' chips were ok. The place was not clean....very noticeable it needs some attention. The food trays were greasy...so greasy that the bottom of the tray stuck to our hands. Gross. Tiny little thin napkins for wiping hands....had to finally go get a huge stack just for the 2 of us. I had this crazy burger literally I think the name, with like double patty bacon and cheese. Where has this been all my life? These are some seriously good and HUGE burgers from an angus grind. Buns are made fresh daily and are soft and malleable yet hold up to a juicy, perfectly spiced burger. I ordered a double cheeseburger without the lettuce and tomatoes and that was a mistake because it was too big and I managed to damage just a 1/4. No worries. Took it home where it will accompany me through the soon to World Series champs Astros game. My son had the Joy Love burger as he couldn't decide burger or chicken so got the one that featured both. Fun watching him trying to clear his plate with that abundant sandwich. He opted for a fried over grilled chicken piece and they readily provided it to his delight. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because their menu slightly differs from the original location on Mason. That irks me because my favorite burger has to be special ordered. Just list the fish sandwich with bacon and avocado on the menu and stop playing. Everything else is legit. They are consistently accurate with my order instructions. I honestly never tried this place until now and it's literally walking distance from my place. The outside of the restaurant is not too inviting, but the food is worth it, I promise! I had the Joy Love burger which had a slice of beef AND chicken- so that was really unique. The burgers are huge so be prepared to be stuffed or have a 2nd meal for later. The quality of the meat was great and it tasted hot off the grill. I also tried the buffalo chicken wrap and waffle fries and both of those were good as well. The buffalo chicken wrap was rolled perfectly, stuffed just right and there was a generous amount of sauce on the chicken. The wrap was also a decent size, so be prepared to not be hungry for awhile afterwards! Even the waffle fries were good. They're cooked until golden, crispy and then perfectly seasoned. So come out to meet some other yelpers if you're interested! The buns were incredibly soft, I read in another review that they make buns in house. When you see the buns, it looks typical, like okay... it's toasted. But when you see it, feel it, and eat it. It's good, like brioche good. It's a good portion, so I asked if they can cut it in half for me. I enjoyed half the burger, because I love leftovers. But I'm sure a hungry guy can devour it in like 5 big bites. Just don't forget to chew your food. The burger is good, cheese is melted nicely. Another yelper said that the buns were so good they just eat it alone.
