We both ordered wings, which were perfectly tossed; the Red Zone Rage sauce was a standout, offering the perfect balance of heat and incredible flavor. A cold Labatt Blue was the ideal pairing for the meal. We also split the provolone wedges, which were so delicious that I completely forgot to snap a picture before they were gone! Absolutely disgraceful experience at Paninis. We requested outdoor seating, but the hostess misunderstood and made us wait 25 minutes -- while seating others outside ahead of us. That alone was frustrating, but what happened next was shocking: we caught employees openly mocking us for the misunderstanding, laughing and whispering like it was some kind of joke. When we brought this completely unprofessional behavior to the so-called "manager" John, instead of apologizing or showing any accountability, he berated us -- the paying customers -- for even bringing it up. His exact words? "Maybe you should just go somewhere else." Don't worry, John -- we will, and we'll be telling everyone we know to do the same. Paninis is a joke of a restaurant with even worse leadership. With treatment like this, it's no surprise if they don't last much longer. We stopped in for dinner on a business trip to Painesville. Our coworker had gotten there earlier and ordered the fried cheese with marinera that was an awesome starter. I ordered a chicken club and a pint of Yuengling, a light lager. The chicken could've used a little more flavor. But overall I liked the bread cheese combination. I've been coming to the Concord location since they opened. I live in Texas and make a point to grab an overstuff pastrami every time I'm in town visiting family. I have to say that over the years the sandwiches have been getting smaller and given less attention in the kitchen than other menu items. This is sad because this place was built on this sandwich. Today I ordered my sandwich and the meat was burned to a crisp. I asked for pastrami, not bacon. When I said something to the bartender I got a blank look and she walked away. No "I'm sorry", or "let me have that remade for you". I hate it when a business relies on the name to carry a business rather than the food and service!! The service here is terrible. I live in Quail Hollow and love the food but the employees lack of attention is disappointing. We order Togo food once a week and the orders are never correct. We have to check the food onsite if we are not in a hurry but it's always wrong. I just ordered a grilled chicken wrap and revived fried. What can you expect when they have young unprofessional individuals answering the phone. The reason it received 2 stars is because the food is good but this manger should be fired. Yet I omitted two of the cheeses from the cheese combo sandwich asking if they could make it like they used to without the provolone wedges and queso and just use the grilled / fried provolone cheese. They did it wrong giving me shredded cheese which I had to find. Whatever. Who's fault is it? Mine or theirs ? Everyone else liked their food. Yet my Dad said his fries were soggy and undercooked. Recently we stopped in Panini's. We ordered a fish sandwich and fries. The 2 small fishsticks on the sandwich resemblesd the blue box kind. $12.50 My pal ordered 3 fish tacos $13.00 1 fishstick cut into 3 pieces. My Pals opinion very skimpy. When questioning, the manager said it has always been that way. We asked for another fish to put in the tacos, he said "BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY" we will never visit this Panini's again. This brand new location is very cozy with beautiful a brick feature wall, lots of seating options and a full service bar decked out in green and blue lights. It was very clean and seemed to flow nicely. Of course there's lots of tv's because it's a sports bar, but I'd say it's a classy sports bar! The menu seemed a tad bit larger than other locations. They were featuring a pizza special that night - $7 for 2 toppings. Sounded tempting but we are pizza'd out! It seems like they have specials daily. Our server was friendly and prompt. We actually had many servers tending to us, it seemed like they had a great team going there. My hubby ordered the fish tacos. They were tasty with their famous slaw and a creamy chipotle sauce. The tortilla chips on the side were greasy and the salsa was a kinda blah. I ordered the fish panini. It was excellent. I'd order it again. Overall I would highly recommend this location. Arrived admittedly late at about 9 pm last night. Nice location. Pretty cool bar. Server was miserable that she got our table. But, place was recommended. Looked at the menu - Wow, basically the exact menu of Primanti Brothers, the Pittsburgh staple. Great, I love Primanti's. Order my PB go to - capicola with egg and cheese. Also wings because they were running a special. Wings were fine. Sando - looked like PB - fries, slaw, tomatoes on sandwich, thick slices of white bread. More meat than standard PB sando - good start. First bite = no flavor. Bread was doughy and fell apart. Cap was salty, but no heat at all. Slaw tasted like cabbage in water. Fries were soggy, but so are Primantis' so I am okay with that Prices okay. Food really average. May try once again, could've been an off night I guess. read more

We sat down and ordered our food and literally waited 45 minutes and the food, just 2 orders of wings, never came out. We played a whole 10 game Keno ticket, that's how long we waited, no food. The girl stopped by once and said it was coming soon. Finally got sick of waiting and got up and left. I don't know what the manager's problem is either. He walks around like he doesn't have a clue. Finally a gentleman came from somewhere and took my drink order and eventually took my food order. I finished my drink and they continued to walk by me not offering to get me another drink. All in all I'd give it 3.5. Went here with some friends, and this was a pretty standard sports bar. Lots of TVs, fair draft selection, which worked out perfectly as we all like craft beer and were planning to watch some playoff football. The menu covered a wide array of options, but not quite for a foodie either. What earned it the extra half star is the Sunday special, $8.99 for a double bacon cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was good, nothing to write home about, but not disappointing either. Overall, for the price, and the hefty side of fries, you won't find a better bang for your buck than this special. If we were out in the Concord area again, I wouldn't be opposed to coming back, but would probably be more interested in trying out some new places. read more

I have been here 3-4 times since February. Each time I have been so impressed with the atmosphere, food and service. I ordered potato skins at several different restaurants around the same time and no one made them like Paninis! 2 kinds of cheese instead of one. At a place just down the road I had a tough time even cutting into them and at a higher price! Two weeks ago I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. I was in heaven! They actually cooked it medium rare like I asked. Most places make it medium well. The flavor of the meat was awesome. The bacon really had flavor! I love a great burger and Paninis provided it! Everyone I have been with were very happy with their meals, saying multiple times how good everything was. I really can't wait to go back! I walked inside to see several employees standing around doing nothing. Was told need to check in for patio at patio. Was then told it would be a 45 minute wait as I looked at no less than 5 empty tables and at least 7 employees standing around. I get it, you don't want my business so I'll help you out. I left.
