The entire order was prepared incorrectly. I called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake, and I was shocked by the response. The owner--not a manager--told me there was nothing she would do and that I needed to file a complaint with DoorDash. DoorDash didn't prepare the food; the restaurant did. What disappointed me most wasn't the mistake itself, but the complete lack of accountability and customer service. Errors happen, but refusing to address them is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment and will never eat here again. The owner's attitude has completely ruined what was once a decent restaurant.
