I don't come here often but when I do I usually get the same thing the Greek salad and the green tea is my favorite

Expensive, but I love the bread, egg soufflés and mac & cheese! I enjoy coming here to get out the house and do schoolwork, but avoid lunch hour and breakfast on the weekends if you are trying to work in a relatively quiet environment. I come to this location in Weston because it is close to me. However, after experiencing the same issue, and for the last time I might add, I feel compelled to write a review. I have come to this location in the morning on several occasion for bagels. Today, at 8:36am I went in to get bagels and they basically had nothing. I asked the employee if they were going to have more bagels and his response was "we make them over night". So that confirmed why I have left empty handed several times without getting anything because they don't resupply during the morning. Always good, and busy. The wait staff have their hands full keeping the tables bussed, so that may throw you off a bit. That said, always good sandwiches and salads. My wife and daughter also love their food. read more

I have a love hate relationship with this panera location, never had an issue with the food but the service is usually hit or miss, I've waited close to half an hour for my food because the employees were joking around with each other with highly inappropriate conversation, I get they are young but come on it's a job, so do your job, you are getting paid after all. I am in a hotel nearby and order using the Rapid order online. I was hesitant and did not order food from here my first couple days in town because the reviews were so bad. Finally, I missed my Panera so I went ahead and ordered. First order, perfectly correct. Ok, let's try a second day this Panera has such bad reviews cant continue with correct orders. 2nd order again perfect... no issues and all ingredients there. Wow, I wish I had done this before. And the story goes on as more and more perfect orders. Currently, I am on my 6th order and all perfect and I am still in town another week for business. This is good they seem to be better than their reviews. We used the Kiosk to put our order. We paid with our credit card. We got a pager, it supposed to vibrate after 15 minutes. No to much people were there. It past 30 minutes and not vibration. At the 45th minute we wen to ask for our food. They asked about our names. They couldn't find any order under my name. Even my credit card had my name. We requested to talk to the manager. The little unfriendly lady said "I am the manager". So unfriendly. They repeated to us:" sorry sir no order under your name". I showed her the credit card receipt from Chase. It was Spanish. They embarrassed us saying "sorry I don't understand Spanish". I said madame you don't need to understand Spanish, you just need to read the receipt from Chase charging me $27 credited to Panera Bread". She said go home and when you get the receipt from your credit card come here and talk to me again and we'll see what we can do. I asked her for a biz card for next time when I get there. She went to get one. Past 15 minutes she didn't come back. We went in the meant time to look for her, close to where the food orders came up. And guess what we saw our name there with our order.the receipt was there with our names. We requested to call the manager. She came. She said ah ok your name is there, ok take the food. We said the food is cold. We can't take it. Please you have 2 options get us with a warm food to go, or money back. She didn't say anything. She just went away. 20 minutes later we just left Panera with our food and haven paid. So a bad experience. I will never go there again. read more

Taking way too long. The girl next to me brought TWO cold soups back up to the counter. Juan(the specialist) tossed them STRAIGHT into the microwave. Nice move Juan, way to make sure your customers return. She asked for fresh soup, and was obliged, but not without body gesture that shows that Juan despises working here. Weston location is not my favorite. It is sooooo slow. It took 20 minutes today to get a bowl of oatmeal delivered to the table. They weren't even very busy. My coffee took almost 10 minutes because the guy was too busy chatting with his employees about weekend plans. read more

This Panera Bread location was the reason why I stopped going to Panera as a whole. They would never have my mobile take out order ready and when they did, it would be wrong. One time my pasta was cold as if had been previously served. When I brought it back to have a fresh one, the girl just nuked it and made a face. This Panera does not compare to others I've been to. The service is super slow and usually incorrect even though we use the kiosk to ensure all the order details are written out! The sandwiches have remnants of food not ordered (blob of mayo, or piece of tomato, like they had to remake it because they didn't read the order details). We've complained and had to take food back to have them fix it. We keep trying, but this is our third time here and we've been disappointed each time! Also the kiosk wouldn't allow me to redeem my free birthday cookie! read more

Great place for lunch, family, business, takeout or just chillin on the wifi! The food is good. But I have always found the menu confusing. The place is clean and the service is good. But the people making the food should give more attention to what they are doing. I have had lots of uneven sandwiches. Also checkout the french onion soup... in a bread bowl. read more

The restaurant was filthy. There were several empty tables that were dirty. We had to clean our own table. There was an ant In our pastry bag. We waited in line for over 10 minutes and then waited for our food for 20 minutes. I've eaten at other Panera Breads and have never waited so long. Overall experience was gross. read more

hard to rate this because the food is definitely a 5/5 but the staff on the other hand is represented by my review. i have ordered here now 5 times each time they got my order wrong. twice i ordered through the app, twice in store, and once over the phone and every time my order has come incorrect. there delivery service is out of my zone so therefore each time the mess up i must go all the way back to the store. won't be returning, which is sad because the food is really good. read more

This will be the last time I will eat at panera in Weston, Fl. . On many occasions they have had things missing on my salads or sandwiches. Today was the final straw, how could they miss avocado and cheese on a salad called chopped chicken salad with avocado. Poorly managed and probably one of the worst service in Weston. I have been coming to this Panera on and off throughout the years and it's always the same. The team are young kids that are not really supervised , at times you hear them fooling around in the back instead of preparing your meal. read more

I've been coming to this Panera location for a couple of years now, but today's interaction was something else. Every other time I've gone here, I've gone in and sat down and dined, with average service, which is to be expected, no dissapointment there. But today, I tried their rapid pickup. The site itself on mobile left something to be desired, but that is no fault of theirs. I go inside, pick up my bag of food and go home. I open up the bag, and lo and behold, I'm missing some food! I debated for awhile whether on ether going back(a good 10 minute drive) or calling and working something out. I called the store, talked to a nice young woman who ended up having me talk to the manager, who ended up making the moment right. I could tell that she valued me as a customer. She handled the situation seriously and did a great job making it up to me. I will continue to go to this Panera in the future. 10/10 service. read more

Today visited this location and was very disappointed. I ordered their onion soup for the first time and had a very unpleasant experience. Half way through eating my soup I bite into a chipped piece of porcelain. Disgusted and alarmed I notified the manager which checked the piece of porcelain in my napkin and explain that it must be that one of their plates must have broken and a piece landed into the soup, how unsanitary of them! The manager apologized and offered to go give me another soup. This is the last time I will visit this location because I don't think is safe to eat there. read more

The food taste is good, but the customer service is often bad. Multiple times, I have seen managers openly arguing with employees in front of customers. The staff environment here always gives you a bad vibe. I personally believe this is the cause of the customer service mistakes they make like, totally forgetting to bring your food or sending used silverware with the order. I was at this location due to a tournement, ate chicken alfredo pasta. the chicken was from a can very salty, pasta alfredo sauce to thick but that not the worst. the worst was that as soon i left the resturant i went to publix before i knew it had to run to bathroom to throw up. my husband was not feeling good but two hours later we found our selfs pulling over on i75 to throw up. by the time we got back to lake worth we where so sick it was food poisining. now tuesday still with deiarea. and husband can eat. the worst. read more

Went there a couple times and it is SLOW. Worst of all, they mess up orders. Today we went early to avoid the traffic and just ordered three sandwich and two muffins. Only us on the list and thought they will do things quick and right. It took a while for the food to be ready, not too bad. Before I left, checked the bag--muffins not there! Told one waiter and he said he will go get for us. In a minute, one guy (manager?) came by asking me whether he can check the bag! Sure why not! of course there were no muffins inside. Then he found the muffins in another bag somewhere on the counter and just put them in. NO APOLOGIES whatsoever from any of them for what happened. If I did not check, I will be home with two unhappy kids simply bcz the waiter forgot to put the foods I ordered into the bag. Ordered the soup after waiting in line while the manager and cashier talked about there weekend plans. Waited 20 minutes and they come to the table and said they forgot to prepare that soup today but can go up and get something else. When I go up the manager lies to me and she says that they just ran out. So the only other thing I like is the broth bowl and said I would like that and she says I can't substitute for that and it will be the entire cost of the broth bowl with nothing taken off for the soup because that was a pick two. All the while everyone else is almost done eating at my table. The place was filthy and the manager was very rude like this was my fault. My son also ordered the bread bowl and they said that they were out of the bread bowls when we placed our order, this was at 6:00PM. I had ordered a Acai berry tea and by the time I went to refill it, granted this by now was almost 7:00PM, it was all gone. When I asked them when there would be more they told me they are not making anymore because they will be closing soon....9:00PM......oh well this will be my last time to ever eat at this location. read more

Food is usually good and fresh when done right. However, the rapid pick up service is extremely disappointing as far as accuracy and consistency at this location. The kids and I did rapid pick up from this location every Saturday after an extracurricular activity for 4 weeks in a row. I'll send one of the kids in to pick up the food while the rest of us wait in the car. Every single time, four weeks in a row, there was something wrong with the order requiring us to park, get all the kids out of the car, get it fixed, and make us late to our next activity. Week 1: missing 1 out of 4 sandwiches, Week 2: missing 1 out of 4 sandwiches, Week 3: missing an entire baguette and one of the sandwiches was made on the wrong bread, Week 4: gave us a loaf of white bread instead of honey wheat bread. The managers were extremely good at handling the situation... textbook customer service... they were apologetic, very polite, and took care of the issues expeditiously and provided good customer service with some comped items. 5 star rating for the excellent managers. But, 1 star rating for whoever takes care of the rapid pick up orders... so overall rating of 3 stars for this location. read more

Service was awful. Hunter waited on the customer in front of me. When she was finished she went behind the preparation counter to make a smoothie type drink. She was showing a kid and an employee how she made it. She never acknowledged that I was standing there waiting to place my order. When I asked her if she was going to take my order she said she was training an employee on how to make a smoothie. I responded, "that is fine but the professional way to handle that would be to tell me you'll be right with me...not to just ignore me." She did not respond. Rather than leave I ordered anyway. While I waited for my order she went over and spoke to Zach/Zeke while he was having a personal conversation with friends in the restaurant. At that point I wanted to leave but I had already paid. I don't know if he was told to screw up the order but my husband did not get utensils or bread to go with his soup bowl and I did not receive utensils for my soup and salad.
