Worst customer service ever! I visited the Panera Bread on Weston Road/Griffin this morning. All I wanted was a cup of coffee. When I arrived there where two customers in line. 10 minutes later, I was still waiting. I approached the manager and asked if she could take care of me or open another register and she rudely replied to use the self check out register. After waiting in line for such a long time I did not expect that reply. As a result, I walked out without my coffee and more than likely will never return. read more

One star because zero stars is not an option. Not only is this the consistently the filthiest Panera I've ever been in, it is easily one of the filthiest restaurants in South FL. It continues to get worse. Because of this, it had been a while since I've been there. I stopped in today and it was worse than ever. The floor was covered in food and trash and there was not a single clean table to sit at. It wasn't even busy. I asked to speak with a manager and told her how disgusting the dining room was. She apologized and asked me to pick a table for her to clean. She cleaned that one table and disappeared to behind the counter again. I can't imagine what the kitchen area looks like. Little to no wait at Panera Bread despite its's preppy Weston location. Parking is usually a problem, though, in the Weston Commons Shopping Center. On September 19th, I had the "You Pick Two" lunch with a cup of Autumn Squash soup and a Frontega Chicken Panini. Total check was $8.82 As for a drink, I had my usual water. Panera has become my second office. It's noisy, but the noise is tune-out-able. I can sit and do work with their hassle-less wi-fi. They have good food, too...oh yeh. Hot sandwiches beat cold ones. The salads are substantial. Baked goods all done well. Their dark roast coffee does it for me, and I can sit two hours working without hassle, so who's to complain? We have been to this location since it has been opened and today I ordered 5 breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal to go. All five sandwiches were made incorrectly, and consisted of mostly bread, paper thin ingredients, and the oatmeal did not come with fruit. Normally we would never call a restaurant out for this, but in this case it was so wrong , so blatantly lacked any quality standards that I called. Spoke to a manager, she apologized, offered a partial credit. We returned to the store and the manager on duty made no excuse and forgot to provide the proper amount for credit. I really just wanted a quick healthy lunch with my daughter on a Saturday afternoon. We walk in and there is a long line, I already know this isn't going to be a quick lunch. Luckily they had 3 cashiers, so the line went quick enough. My daughter ordered the Be Green smoothie, which they prepare immediately for you. But in the middle if the preparation a guy walks in an asks about his order he placed online, so that delayed it 5 min. She wasn't happy. Our food arrived at our table 30 minutes after we placed the order. I don't come here all that often, but I'm pretty sure that is not the expected wait time. I frequent this Panera a lot because I literally have no option.. it's the only place nearby that I can sneak out of work and get a cup of coffee. That being said this is not just a one bad experience. Anytime I order anything off the menu whether it's a special order or not they always take 20 minutes to make my food, and every single time I receive it it's messed up. This Panera is always consistently fuking EVERYTHING UP. And their customer service is weak! If you guys know that you messed something up completely just give the customer what they want.. Their Panini's come out cold, the 20 minute sandwiches that they make are always really messy and are over price. If I'm paying $10 for a sandwich and a bag of chips that better be the best tasting sandwich I ever had and it should take less than 10 minutes. I've worked in other restaurants before, and even at a sit-down restaurant example Chili's or Bonefish their ticket times are usually 12 minutes the longest it should take for food to get to your table is 15 minutes... why the hell is a fast food place like Panera taking 20 minutes to make a shit flatbread sandwich. Again this is not a one-time bad experience I've gone to Panera at least once a week (not by choice either remember this is the only place nearby that I can go to).. it's like the employees there know that there are no other fast food options. The place is quite noisy, especially during lunch and dinner time. But the service is good. The food wait is short and they bring the food to you (most of the time). Panera is horrible! I ordered online for Delivery to my office the other day and they messed my entire order. I ask for no peanut dressing in my salad. Well they put the peanut dressing in the salad. In addition my sandwich was missing all the toppings. I had to wait 25 minutes for someone to answer the phone. The lady on the phone was rude. She told me that if I wanted my food again I will need to go and pick it up!!! I was furious! They fuk up my order which I paid delivery fees and I have to go and pick up my food. This location I've had a few issues with, but it's the one closest to my house so I always choose this by convenience. Came in around 730pm tonight... tried to order on the touch screens, however we were having an issue with it saying one of our items was out of stock. We have not been to Panera in several months and trust me we will not be back! This place is disgustingly filthy. I had to clean our table because all of them were dirty. The upholstered booths are gross, the chairs are splattered with food the carpet is a science experiment! The manager warned us our order would take 20 minutes try 45 minutes. Empty iced infused green tea with no refilling effort. Plenty of alternatives in the neighborhood. We've been to other Panera locations. This location was a fail. Went there,soda machine broken .when we asked fr our order.didn't have this bread or that bread ,they had run out .brought our order out,one request was without onions,( it had onions) they hadn't put one our requested soups on the first order,had to go and reorder. Was that a good dining experience? We come to Panera a lot as the food is good, healthy and the location has good out door seating. Poor review is because the place is poorly managed. Staff seem to do what the like and they don't like to be on the register. Lines are too long, get a better manager. This place is great for a quick breakfast or lunch. The prices are pretty reasonable for the quality of food that is given to you. Its kinda a mix of fancy and fast food. They have a whole assortment of baked good made fresh along with sandwiches, soups, and salads. I usually get the Italian sandwich on ciabatta or one of the soups. After you place your order you sit down, then like magic it shows up at your table minutes later! If you're looking for a lunch date spot or a place to study, you can do both here. It can get a little busy, so coming on off hours is smart if you're trying to study. The best part about Panera is the free samples! Oh and did I mention the free WiFi! read more

Panera Bread at Weston Commons is poorly managed & is short-staffed. I had to wait for 15 minutes for only a cup of soup. Today, I got a eat-in soup in a to-go cup and when asked, the server said they were busy and cups haven't been cleaned. Her tone was rude. I come to this location in Weston because it is close to me. However, after experiencing the same issue, and for the last time I might add, I feel compelled to write a review. I have come to this location in the morning on several occasion for bagels. Today, at 8:36am I went in to get bagels and they basically had nothing. I asked the employee if they were going to have more bagels and his response was "we make them over night". So that confirmed why I have left empty handed several times without getting anything because they don't resupply during the morning.
