I am a part of the sip club. I visit the Weston Panera on griffin and Weston Road frequently. Annabelle is an amazing young lady that works at the register. I love to come there when she is working. Annabelle is an asset to Panera. Annabelle greats me every day with a smile and knows exactly what I want. read more

I recently joined the "Sips club" for a special they had. This has made me return to Panera after a long absence: and I am sadly underwhelmed by it. Today I was frankly disappointed. I ordered the "sip coffee" you just get the cup and get to make your own coffee. It was lukewarm. And I ordered the spinach and bacon soufflé for the eat-in option... I arrived 2 minutes after the scheduled time and the soufflé and coffee cup were already at the pick up counter: great! No line, no wait. Then I touched the soufflé... and it was not warm. I asked the attendant there if she could please warm it up for me, and she said "there's a microwave under the coffees where you can warm it up yourself if you'd like". Well... I did, but we all know what happens to delicious flackey croissant-like crusts when you put them in the MW, right? They turn to tasteless dough, which is what I got. So I ate my $8 soufflé and dumped my cold coffee and left very disappointed in my Panera meal experience. If they had at least warmed it up in a toaster oven - my pastry would've been delicious like I had hoped. Well, the flavor was good... maybe they deserve 1 star for today... :( read more

Super kind employees although this location is always very messy with spills all over. The quality of the food is questionable and I typically only visit out of convenience. read more

The 2 star reviews are on point when it comes to food quality. The chicken salad sandwiches use to have real chunks of chicken in a nice white creamy dressing when I use to order some years ago. Now it is some kind of oily unappetizing chicken paste with what looks like fillers . I ended up throwing it away. read more

Frequently eat at the Weston Florida Panera. This place used to be nice and clean and good quality of food. Recent visits revealed dirty bathrooms, dirty tables, lack of staff, a roach walking on the wall, and an overall poor experience. Please clean up this messy place and I would like it to return to when I enjoyed going there. read more

This was a delivery order, and it was an absolute mess. Items I ordered were completely missing, and every sandwich was wrong. Nothing in the delivery matched what I actually ordered. That means the order was either packed without checking or just flat-out ignored. For what Panera Bread charges, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. When you're doing delivery, accuracy is the bare minimum and this place couldn't manage that. Total waste of time and money. I won't be ordering again from this location and I'd strongly recommend others think twice before doing delivery from here. read more

The food was what you expect at Panera. However, the staff was what brought down their score. The manager took our order and ended up giving us the wrong soufflé. He did comp the incorrect one and then gave us the right one.I still don't know what they took the bbq chicken salad off of the menu. it was so good and even the staff says it was one of the more popular items. The food was made kind of slowly although this seems to be a Panera theme. You just can't be in a hurry when you come here. I'm sure I will come here again because my kids and wife like it. I think it's just so-so. read more

I had an awful grilled cheese sandwich today. I was craving one on my way home from the hospital after a surgery. My son brought one over to me. The bread was hardly toasted, the cheese wasn't melted, and there was no frying of the sandwich. It was so dry. Horrid. read more

Wonderful experience! I didn't have to wait too long for the large family meal, the clerk at the counter was really patient, and the grilled cheese sandwich was lovingly cooked. Melted cheese, my beloved! read more

Does not seem that anyone actually takes responsibility for the management of this place. Generally is not cleaned. Nobody is a face of customer service, just the self order device. You place your order on the machine and then hope for the best. I am in awe at their serving ability. I went in to pick up an untoasted plain bagel, along with one everything bagel. They packed it in the brown bag and I brought it home. Open the bag only to find a moldy bagel inside. How can anyone even give this to someone to consume let alone sell it. It would have definitely sent one to ER! Extremely angry and disappointed. Westin Panera horrible! 9:45 no more bagels, ok I will wait , " it will be a hour?? Prepare

First of all I had to wait over an hour to pick my food up. When I did finally pickup my order the food was cold and it did not come with my bread. I had to wait another 20 minutes for bread that I could not even eat with my mac and cheese. The only reason why this place has two stars is for the free Wi-Fi. Over all the vibe is pretty nice. Never come here unless you want Pepto Bismil for desert. I'm warning you. This stole my afternoon. read more

Today my friend and I wanted to meet up so we chose Panera as our lunch spot. We each ordered a Take Two. I had the Half Greek salad and the half Turkey with Avocado and Bacon sandwich. The half salad is now much bigger than I remember. The salad is delicious and very fresh. I do wish they gave more dressing. I also had the sandwich and was less impressed with that. They give you real carved turkey on that sandwich. It is not deli style. The turkey did not have too much flavor but the avocado is really fresh. The bacon was not too great and I did not particularly like the bread. They used to give this sandwich on a Sourdough roll. I much prefer that. The cashier was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The meal was about $12 and was very filling. read more

Food was fine. Everything else was awful. Stopped to get 2 meals and a catering order of cookies for an office. 30 minutes later all the children that worked there didn't know what happened to my order. Unreal- waste of time and money. Also the bathroom had no paper towels, which leads me to believe no employees wash their hands or they would have known this. Gross read more

This restaurant located near the dividing line between Weston and Southwest Ranches in West Broward, is a great one! I have come a few times after Worship Service on Sundays for lunch, and it's never too busy that I haven't had a great experience. The team here--especially those making and serving the food off of their delicious and plentiful menu, is SUPERB! Yesterday, I changed it up and came for dinner with mami. I ordered from the Pick Two. My creamy tomato soup, pureed with fresh cream and topped with black pepper focaccia croutons, was oh so very comforting after a long work week. I also had the smoked, pulled chicken with vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped basil, red onions (my favorite), and chipotle mayonnaise, all grilled with cheese on Focaccia bread--they call it, Frontega Chicken Panini. I opted for a drink with my Panera Rewards and mixed Blood Orange with the Agave Lemonade. Yes you can [do that]! Mami had never been here, but she was pleased. She had her chicken noodle soup as we talked for hours. We will certainly return soon! read more

Slow service, cold food that should have been hot or warm left me w no choice but to give this location 2 stars. Need more staff. Ample parking and outdoor seating. This is a good Panera location! I ordered takeout and my food was brought directly to my car. Everything was yummy and as expected! Ordered a Fuji Apple salad; but no mixed greens; only romaine to pick up. The salad bowl was less than 1/2 full, the lettuce was wilted and soggy - NOT fresh at all. The chicken tasted old and basically after paying over $14.00 I threw the salad away. Who wants salad with old, soggy & wilted (I ordered dressing on the side so there is no excuse). I wouldn't have fed this to an animal and for me it was not edible. Sad. I will never order from Panera Weston again. read more

Food is basically a semi-healthy fast food so yeah it's ok, but also not fine dining. The service is always great. All the people working here have been nothing but nice when I go in so that's where most of the rating is from. I sometimes do some work in there on my laptop and it works fine for that, but not perfect. Some of the plugs are a hit or miss but when they're used all the time it's bound to happen from people being reckless when inserting and removing their devices; I don't blame the restaurant for their customers negligence. read more

My wife made me come here . The only thing good are the pastries and they are still ice cold . They wont even ask if you want to warm them up. But my biggest complaint is how dirty it always looks . No matter what store . Today not one table cleaned . I had to clean mine pathetic. And the portions of the breakfast sandwiches i mean really? Awful choices for breakfast sandwiches bread . Ciabatta or Brioche? The bread was bigger than the portion. Small overpriced yuk! And they don't ask what cheese you want it came with some Vermont white cheddar that overpowered the sandwich. No fries or taters ? Nope that way you'll buy something else since you are still going to be hungry. And the people that work the register i mean smile please this is serious! The girl today was militant and down right rude .i always feel like they are doing me a favor by being there?! Please the food sucks and for me to say that really. The company needs to really see the value of what you get for what you pay. And clean their stores. read more

The cashier was so rude and ignored me and my daughter for 5 minutes straight while I'm standing there.. plus there was people behind me waiting too. And when I spoke to her she was very dismissive and didn't want to assist. They also ran out of everything and didn't help to try and provide options. I have been coming here for years and this place only gets worse. I don't recommend anyone to ever come here. The service has always been terrible!!! read more

If I have chance to rate this store a zero, I would. Not only they have messed up my order TWICE! I had to pay the difference on their mistake and not to mention the store manager was there to witness this error AND DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO SOLVE THE ISSUE... I chose a pick 2 with a BOWL of soup instead of cup with a Cesar salad. After waiting 10 minutes my meal was ready went to the expo line and they had served me a cup of soup when I had asked for a bowl and they informed me that they were out of cesar dressing so they could not make the salad for me, asked to make a replacement, which I asked for a sandwich instead which I had to wait an additional 10 minutes.... overall wait 20 + to eat my lunch.... How can a restaurant run out of avocado with a Publix two doors down. Does customer service mean so little now? Even at Panera Bread?

Did a mobile order showed up at the time it said to and then proceeded to wait an additional 23 minutes for them to make it. Got an iced coffee and there was barely any ice. The coffee was room temperature. And I asked for a sliced toasted bagel which they didn't slice or toast. So finally after nearly two years of avoiding Panera, today I decided to go back (I over did it in the past) to my surprise the menu was... Smaller, kinda like "These are the ones that sold guys" which isn't necessarily a bad thing, it was more shocking since my favorite salad was no longer available. There I was at the counter about to make a decision I was unprepared for mentally since I usually stick to what I like, that steak salad was just perfect. It was out of my hands really, so I chose the Cobb salad, because how could you go wrong (I always order egg containing meals and I don't like eggs) to my delight the salad was EGGCELLENT! As always their broccoli cheddar soup, not to be confused with a healthy alternative, hit the spot... It hit the spot too many times since I'm also lactose intolerant but it was worth it! I love Panera, their food is delicious and their service is always consistent :) read more

This place is horrible! Our family had ordered two sandwiches with chicken. The chicken had a dark skin on it. Not dark meat, please see the pictures. It looked like the skin from salmon.. all dark and grey. The sandwich was cold in the middle, cheese wasn't even melted, chicken was also cold. It was horrible. All the tables were dirty. So disgusting honestly, will never return to panera bread again. This was my last and final try giving this place a shot. It's poorly kept and the food is disgusting. Not what it used to be. Came in for coffee and pastry on a Saturday afternoon. The Restaurant is filthy. There are tables that haven't been cleared and/or cleaned. I cleaned the one I'm sitting at. My family once said I go here often enough to be a stockholder. While I'm not really fond of their sandwiches, I love their soups and their Greek salad. It's a great place to make a quick stop at for take out lunch. A lot of nice people work here, many of whom have worked there for years! This place can get hectic during lunch hours, so I prefer to order online and pick it up. Panera's chocolate chip cookies also rank up there as one of the best! read more

Now I've loved Panera for a while but I don't have one next to my job so I haven't gone in a while. Well I'm glad I came back. Guys, did you know they now bottle their green tea?!?! It seriously made my night, I love it! Grabbed two, obviously! I always go for the pick two so I can get the best of who worlds. My go to is broccoli cheddar, seriously they make it the best! I e tried so many others and nothing compares. I've had a few of the sandwiches and the Fuji apple salad but I was feeling lucky so I went for the Thai chicken. Omg flavor town! It was great! Edamame was a little grilled and the peanut sauce was just the right amount of spice. Needless to say I was really impressed with my quick service panera experience! read more

Placed an order for pick up today. I ordered the soup and 1/2 sandwich. The broccoli cheddar soup was good. The 1/2 sandwich package was completely flat ( like 2 pieces of bread together). Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Nobody was at the counter to help. I waited 15 minutes for an employee to finally serve me. I had a gift card that i had just got and it didn't work. I ordered a broccoli and cheddar mac & cheese bowl, i received it fully disassembled and received the wrong mac and cheese. there wasn't even ice for my drink so i was sitting there drinking a warm soda. The lady that was cutting bagels put it on a dirty counter with a bunch of crumbs before putting it in a bag and handing it to me. This place is poorly operated. Submitted my order on the app, was quoted a 1hr wait for a 6 person order. No problem. Showed up at the 1 hour mark and my order was not out for pick up. Asked the cashier for help finding the order. She was lost and could not help. Found another employee who yelled around to see if our order was being made. Nope. Finally had to open the app and show the order number for any help. They located the order and said they would get to work. There was absolutely no sense of urgency to prepare an order that was now significantly late and had been submitted over an hour earlier. It then took 25 minutes to make the order. When we got home, the order was missing all of the side items, (bread, chips.) The food was good, but the service is abysmal. read more
