Horrible experience. I don't know if the girl who handled my order was racist, having a bad day, or just completely unprofessional. I usually place pickup orders here and order from this location all the time, and I've never had an issue until now. Something told me to check my order before leaving, and I'm glad I did. The chicken was missing, so I asked her to add it. She said she would remake it. Then, I noticed it looked like there was no cheese. I asked her if she had added the cheese, and she said yes. I checked again, and there was still no cheese. When I pointed it out, she insisted there was cheese and then gave it to me on the side for whatever reason. The attitude throughout the entire interaction was off-putting, and then she expected me to say thank you as if everything had been handled properly. I'm honestly disappointed. I've ordered from here many times without any problems, but this experience was unacceptable. The food service and customer service both fell short, and I hope management addresses this. read more

Directed to the Just Salads location in Pembroke Pines by my friends who I joined for lunch. The front parking lot is limited but the overflow parking is in the Home Depot lot. Very nice covered patio but we chose to eat inside. This place is the new create your own salad concept or the optional premade. They advertise a Join The Movement by reusing a blue plastic bowl, I'm really not into the Save the Earth saga but pay $1 for the bowl to reuse, OK. But then you have to remember to bring your reuse bowl in to eat on your next visit for two additional free toppings - it will never happen. I chose the spinach salad with four toppings including the baby tomatoes and purple onions were a must have for me. Drizzled the creamy tzatziki dressing on top and they gave me an extra cup free. Most people think salads are not filling but the roughage and all the toppings made me totally full. The gender neutral bathroom was very contemporary with black tile flooring and light gray stone walls. Not too fond of the hands free blower unit but it gave it a further touch of modernization. read more

I honestly don't know how many times a customer has to have the same issues before management takes them seriously. I have ordered from this establishment several times, and 5 out of my last 7 visits have had problems--not just one little mistake, but repeated issues with missing food, missing napkins, missing utensils, missing bags, incorrect orders, ingredients that were specifically requested to be omitted, and extras that I paid for but never received. I actually spoke with a manager on Monday and explained all of these issues. I was told that if it happened again, I should come back so they could "make it right." I explained that I only have an hour for lunch and that coming back because my order was prepared incorrectly or items were missing simply isn't an option. A reasonable response from management would have been to apologize, offer to replace or comp the item, or provide a voucher for a future visit. None of that was offered. Fast forward to today--I gave them another chance and placed another order. I specifically ordered extra of everything because of the previous issues. Once again, the extras were missing. And, once again, there were NO utensils and NO napkins. Seriously, what are customers supposed to do with a delivery order? Eat with their hands and wipe their mouths on their clothes? People work hard for their money. When someone pays for a meal, the expectation is pretty basic: give them what they ordered and provide the basic necessities to eat it. These aren't complicated requests. At this point, this is no longer an occasional mistake--it's a pattern. I gave this establishment multiple chances, brought the issues directly to management, and even gave them another opportunity after speaking with a manager on Monday. Nothing changed. I will not be returning, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering ordering from here to think twice. There are plenty of other places that will appreciate your business and, at the very least, make sure you receive the food, utensils, and napkins you actually paid for. read more

Met a friend for lunch and was craving a salad. Walked in just before noon. Was first in line to place our order. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Poblano consisting of mixed lettuce, chicken, pickled onions, corn, avocado, and crunchy noodles. Delicious!!!! My friend ordered the Thai crunchy chicken salad. She really enjoyed it. All fresh ingredients. The Resturant was clean and well maintained. The Resturant began to fill up quickly with a line to order and tables limited. They do have seating outside as well. Finished my salad and a wonderful employee came over and removed my tray and cleared the table which was very nice. Usually when I get up I throw out my bowl and put up the tray. The whole experience was great. If you're in the mood for a salad this is the place to go. There is a special place for Just Salad in my heart. Healthy and delicious, what more can you ask for?!? No matter what you're in the mood for flavor wise, there are a ton of salads, bowls and wraps to choose from. They also have a lot of staff working. So even when there is a line, it moves by pretty quickly. You walk up, order your goodies, and then take the tray to a table. The restaurant inside is very clean and bright. My favorite salads are the Crispy chicken poblano and the Caesar salad. Both are so yummy. When I get the Caesar I always ask for some lemon in it too. It really enhances the flavor. I do wish there was more of the dressing, because I am the person who dips my fork and then gets the lettuce to eat, and that was a very small portion of dressing. This Just Salad location is right by Pembroke Lakes Mall in the plaza across the street on the corner of Hiatus and Pines Blvd. A little bit hidden but worth the find! This is my go-to spot for when I'm craving a salad, which admittedly isn't too often. They don't skimp on flavor and selections here and I love how I will always love to get my greens in here. They have salad options as well as some warm bowl picks to choose from! Served Chipotle-style where you can add as you go along the line, you can definitely customize your bowl the way you want it, even choosing to have the dressing on the side or tossed together. They have a lot of seasonal menu options which I love because it keeps it fresh but I happen to love some of the seasonal stuff so I'm sad when I see them leave. I'd love to see the Mediterranean bowl makes it way back... or at least know what was in it :) This location is also clean and great to grab a bite on the go or to eat there! read more

Delicious Salads, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. The location has so many salad options, they even have plant based and keto options. I loved the variety as well as how clean and fresh all the ingredients were. They have some seasonal salad options, pre-set salad options, and they also give you the option to make your own salad. They have a lot of variety with all their options, multiple green options, multiple carb options (sweet potato, brown rice) , a lot of veggie options that you can add as toppings, and their chicken comes crispy, oven roasted, grilled. When you order your salad you can get the dressing on the side or mixed in, the dressing can be light, medium or heavy. Everything is prepared fresh to order and to your liking. I ordered their Buffalo Chicken Salad with crispy chicken and medium dressing. All to-go containers are made from recycled products and if you eat there they give you reusable plates that they wash. The other option I liked was that they sell reusable salad bowls that you can bring with you on every visits. The location has indoor and outdoor eating areas. Delicious, healthy, natural, and filling! I got the Thai chicken crunch salad. I'm not sure how they make something this delicious and filling only 300 calories, but they did! The dressing on this definitely has a bit of a kick to it. They ask it you want light, medium, or heavy dressing and I asked for medium, but it was still a bit too much. We also tried the poppi soda in raspberry rose. I'm not a soda or seltzer person at all, but this one tasted great (definitely more raspberry than rose), was only 20 calories, and has a ton of health benefits. Apparently they sell it at Publix, in a bunch of different flavors, so they may become a regular thing for me. read more
