I'll start off by saying walking in it felt a bit dark and dingy. Service is slow as it's a one man show. One guy taking orders and prepping your food while also prepping takeout orders (I'm guessing uber or something like that). The wait was long for one skinny açaí bowl and a cup of lentil soup. I'm not from this area so not sure if it's always like this or if it was an off day, on this Tuesday afternoon. It's located next to a gym in there were some usuals walking in to grab their orders. This spot has always been great to me over the years. Their menu is always fresh! I always get the black bean burger wrap and it has never disappointed me. Fresh and tasty. The sauce they use is incredible. Bursting with the right flavors and blends so well with everything else in the wrap. I also love getting the hummus with chips on the side. So great. It's always great especially when you can taste the freshness. The service is always friendly and they move pretty quickly. I've never had to wait long even during their rush hours. The ambiance is very relaxed. They have a small table and chairs area but I think it's really meant for you to grab and go! They also have smoothies if you just want something quickly. Csme here for a yelp event for the first time. This place is great for breakfast or a healthy lunch. The first time getting a blue magic bowl and I loved it. The coconut water was fresh and delicious. The black magic bowl was good too. My daughter loved her berry bowl. Now I cant come as often as I want because it is a little on the pricey side. I bought 2 bowls and 2 large drinks and I think I spend about $65.00 yikes. The staff was friendly and I love the open concept they have at the pembroke pines location. This is a great little spot with some delicious and nutritious acai bowls and smoothies. I had a gigantic order and the staff was friendly and attentive, answering all of my questions and even smiled when I came back moments later because I had forgotten a smoothie in my order. I had a nice time sitting in their comfy chairs while waiting for my order to be prepared. While I was waiting I heard multiple customers come in and order and customize those items to their liking. So it sounds like the staff is very amenable to customizing your orders. Once I got home with the food for my entourage that helped me move to the area, everyone said the food was absolutely delicious and really hit the spot after a long day and moving. You'd expect that if you're ordering just a smoothie and you're the only person waiting that you'd get your order within 3-5 minutes. Not here! The employee behind the counter has very little experience, common sense, or sense of urgency. Had me waiting while online orders were being prepared and a customer walked in after me for a pickup. He immediately knew the best place to grab a delicious and healthy meal and the best complimentary infused water. My first visit, I got the avocado chicken salad which can easily be substituted for a wrap. The presentation of the mixed chicken and guacamole blend inside an avocado atop a colorful salad reminiscent of the inside of the restaurant. It's one of my favorite salads in Broward. They also sell smoothies, açaí bowls, and immunity shots that are all pretty good. I do have to say that their açaí bowls are less in the sweet side so you may want to ask for extra honey or fruits, if you're used to something with more sugar. Everything is made fresh here. You can watch them prepping your food! I had gotten an acai bowl and it was definitely worth the price. My friend got a green smoothie with ginger in it and both remarked that the drying felt very nourishing for their body and the ginger was real. I believe they have another location in Miami and will definitely come back here when i return. This location is right next to a gym in a plaza, so I'm sure they get a lot of business from there. I came here with my cousin for a healthy quick bite. When I arrived, I told the cashier that it was my first time there and asked what he recommended. He told me the black bean chipotle wrap as one of the options and I went with it. They have a whole wheat, spinach, or tomato option for the wrap. I chose tomato. The wrap was fresh, came out within 10 minutes, and was a good size. I hadn't eaten anything that day and worked out and I felt satisfied afterwards. It came with maybe 15 chips or so. It was kind of dry and needed more flavor. Nothing to write home about. But not unappetizing. Kind of like this healthy, slightly bland thing. I honestly could make a tastier wrap. It was about $12. My cousin got the avocado quinoa salad and it looked alright. Nothing I would order. I just feel like this place needs to use more sauce and flavor for their dishes. Idk if I just came on a bad day but the food was lacking. When you're done eating, you get rid of your basket and plate, Panera style. The only thing that was gross about it is that the area to do that is not very big and if there is a bowl on a plate, and you have a plate, you need to touch someone else's dirty plate to lift the bowl and put your plate under. :X They should put like a bin to put your dishes in so you're not worried about stacking in a way that the dishes don't fall. read more

I'm definitely addicted to Raw Addiction. I discovered this place maybe about a year ago and it's become one of my regular places. They have such a great variety of acai bowls (my favorite), wraps, salads, smoothies, and juices all with fresh and healthy ingredients. I've tried almost all of the acai bowls now and honestly they're all good. They're also a good size compared to most acai bowl places. Even the packaging is sustainable! The acai bowls come in paper bowls with recyclable tops. One of the employees I talked to (maybe a manager?) was excited to tell me about their healthy ingredients, and it was cool to see their passion for their product. It is a small and popular place and orders can sometimes take a minute since everything is made to order. I would recommend ordering ahead if you're on a time crunch or your lunch break. Also as a heads-up, the chipotle mango wrap has more of a kick to it than I was expecting. read more
