Went for a nice jog at TY Park and looked up a place to get a refreshing smoothie after my run. Smoothie plus pop up and was right nearby, I stopped in around 4 PM and had no line to wait luckily. There were so many options, I decided to go for the passionfruit cocktail, smoothie, minus the vanilla extract and with vegan protein and spinach added. I expected it to be brown when it came out as the spinach mixed with the strawberries usually gives it up color, but it came out nice and red. I asked if they included the spinach and they said yes, but I didn't really taste it. It was still really good. I live nearby so I'm sure i will be back. read more

This place has been a staple in the area for a long time and is really the only smoothie place in the area. The smoothies are good and have a huge selection. Even if you order the same thing depending on who makes it the smoothies come out differently, which I wish there would be more consistency with that but that's minor. What can be a hassle is the customer service is a little all over the place. Sometimes I am in and out quickly, others I am met with not very communicative employees that might not be having a great day, sometimes they are super friendly. Most of the times they have one cash desk going and if you get stuck someone who waits until they get up to the cash register to start decide what they are going to order can be a hassle. Which normally I just go with the flow and wait my turn. Today they were working with two cash registers, which I haven't seen before. I am a pretty busy lady who sometimes uses my time in lines to work my schedule or text people back since I know I have a few moments to wait. What I don't like is when I am clearly in line and if the cash register is ready to take the next customer they don't say anything. Instead of saying next, ma'am, excuse me, can I take your order. They just flag the person behind me to come up and cut the line. Not the other customers fault but poor management. I come quiet often and have never seen this happen. I know there has been times where others have been pre occupied and was not treated the same way. This won't stop me from coming but I do think customers should be treated equally across the board. read more

I ordered the Mediterranean chicken wrap with extra avocado, which I've had before and really enjoyed. This time, the wrap came filled mostly with salad, barely any avocado (just a tiny piece), a large chunk of chicken, and no cheese -- even though feta is usually included. I brought it to their attention, and they offered to remake it. I appreciated that, but when they gave me the new one, it was exactly the same -- no real improvements. Sometimes instead of having dinner there's nothing wrong with having a smoothie or something light. This was my mood and smoothie plus was conveniently available. We went in, there were maybe two other customers one of whom seemed to be a regular as the staff started her order prior to her payment. Staff were ok but I do see that they aren't the friendliest folks but they weren't rude lol just the usual people we meet that don't necessarily want to meet you is all. But it's soaked in buffalo sauce and becomes so soggy and falls apart. There was so much sauce that in my first bite I nearly choked to death on it exploding in my mouth lmao. I think you should try cutting the wraps another way or don't cut them. Or don't ask for it to be cut and ask for the sauce on the side lol I also asked for no onions, but I got onions in it. The customer service is lackluster at best. They are not excited to see nor help you. They really should consider cleaning up the restaurant, there are straw wrappers and food bits everywhere. The chicken Cesar wrap taste like it was make in the home of a smoker. The ingredients definitely absorbed some unsavory flavors and of course the paper stuck to the wrap that easily fell apart. They have a loyalty program where you buy 10 of the 20 oz smoothie, you get a free 20 oz one or wait to purchase you can get the 30 oz free. Besides smoothies, there are açaí bowls and wraps. I tried the açaí bowl today which they blend the açaí fruit like a smoothie, then top it off with bananas, chia seeds, and strawberries for lunch (think the calories was less than 300 calories ). Then, I topped it off with a peanut butter cup. I think I have enough protein today. A great place for anytime breakfast, lunch or dinner and to lose weight!! Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap from Smoothie Plus and I must say that the wrap was AMAZING. The wrap was huge! The chicken was warm and freshly cooked. And the dressing was the right consistency and tasted good. I marked it down a star because I ordered the wrap ahead of time and got there for it not to have been made. I was told that it was being made only to be asked minutes later what I was waiting on. After telling them, again, I ordered a Caesar wrap, it was finally made.
