Pricey and Bland smoothies, nonchalant and not friendly staff( if you don't know how to greet/welcome customers, get a different job) And what the hell is with the smell in this place? Can barely breathe in there. Maybe thats why the employees are half dead. Save your money. Hollywood desperately needs a good smoothie spot, this isn't it. read more

I order here all the time on DoorDash always consistently good not sure why they only have 3 stars on yelp but this place is 10/1" in my opinion the smoothies are always fresh and I love their breakfast wraps and coming in store the staff is friendly. read more

Maybe I haven't tried the right smoothies but I have ordered the fruit smoothies and it was nothing spectacular. Their smoothies definitely remind me of something I could've saved $5 on and make it myself at home. Personally I prefer the branded Smoothie King over this place. They are a small business so they charge a small fee when using your credit card. I stop in here only because of convenience since their is no other smoothie places around. I definitely have had way better smoothies and this place is nothing to rave about. They do sell food other than smoothies but I am not sure how that taste. read more

Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap from Smoothie Plus and I must say that the wrap was AMAZING. The wrap was huge! The chicken was warm and freshly cooked. And the dressing was the right consistency and tasted good. I marked it down a star because I ordered the wrap ahead of time and got there for it not to have been made. I was told that it was being made only to be asked minutes later what I was waiting on. After telling them, again, I ordered a Caesar wrap, it was finally made. I must say despite the wait, the wrap was well worth it. I will be coming back again for more! read more

The tuna wrap and smoothie were as expected- good but nothing to write home about. However, I ordered online and waited in my car to avoid crowding in the store. After receiving the "your order is ready" text, I went inside and still had to wait over five minutes for my order to ACTUALLY be ready. Staff seemed disorganized and other customers and delivery drivers had clearly been waiting as well. read more

Smoothie plus is so stupid. I asked if I could substitute an ingredient in a smoothie bowl and they gave me the ingredient. I asked a substitute as the whole base of the smoothie bowl so I just paid nine extra dollars for a fucking parfait. read more

Definitely not coming here anymore. Every time I come in I order and they forget part of my order or what I ordered. People come in after me and get their order immediately. And when you notify them, they're giggling and whispering behind the counter like little kids. And I can't help but notice that the people who get their orders immediately are of a different race. It kinda sucks bc we come here pretty often, but they have made it very clear that my money means nothing here. read more

The smoothie was great. Joshua provided excellent customer service. The store is kept very clean and inviting.

I walked in very polite in my work uniform to order a smoothie on my lunch break. I wasn't even greeted, cashier just stood there looking at me. Then about 10 minutes later. YES 10 Minutes! A Caucasian family comes in and order and they were treated so polite and was even served all of there smoothies before me. This was a horrible experience they were are all rude towards me. Do not expect great customer service especially if your a black person. read more

Stopped in for a protein shake, ordered the Almond Mocha. Impressed with the number of options to meet any dietary needs, including low carb/high protein. read more

Worst smoothie place I've been to in my life. I almost worked here but after a few hours being behind the counter I knew it wasn't the place for me. Their strawberries come from cans that are soaked in sugary syrup as well as their pineapple and some other fruits. And their "papaya" is really just orange Gatorade powder. Drinking a milkshake would probably be just as healthy as a smoothie from this place read more

Yummy and healthy smoothies and salads quick and easy staff could be a little more attentive

I was really excited to try this place but as soon as we walked in it smelled horrible it was a potent almost toxic smell, my boyfriend wanted to leave I still ordered the mango festival the drink was absolutely to sweet and had a fishy after taste like raw oysters. I didn't understand it I don't recommend this place read more

I ordered a Mediterranean wrap and smoothie with 2 ginger shots. They didn't give us our ginger shots and the manager owner wasn't there to pull the camera despite the fact that they saw my yelp check in. Horrible customer service and a loss of a cistomer over 2 $3 shots you were already paid for! read more

Always a hit or miss with the yaya smoothie. ALWAYS! This is the second time I've come to the location and it was really smoky. A customer ordered and held the door because of it. I wish the yaya smoothie was more consistent with the taste. O well. read more

I love smoothie plus , but when the manager hires an employee and when I ask what would she recommend a low carb wrap. She says she has no clue what low carb food is. Fine not everyone is educated. I ordered a smoothie and a Mediterranean wrap gross!!! The smoothie is gross still full I took three sips it's that gross that I can't bear to finish drinking it . I got a strawberry banana smoothie. All I taste is milk and powder. I usually order that a lot and I drink the whole thing. I definitely won't come here anymore. And there's a bad smell that should be fixed. And a dead roach in the ice cream freezer. If this company is that ashamed and took the time to remove my comment do something about your employees and fix the place up and make it smell somewhat decent. Have a lovely day. read more

I love the smoothies from here. The portions are generous. I wish it had a bit of a more welcoming vibe, but for a quick take-out option...it's great. Try the strawberry peanut butter toast!!! read more

First, the Yelp page must have the wrong hours, because on a Monday at 1pm it showed as closed, but since I was in the neighborhood I pulled in aNd was happy to find the place open. I ordered the vegan smoothie, and it's effin' delicious. I don't know what all the 1 and 2 star reviews are about. The place isn't pretty, it might even be a bit in need of a remodel to look like a restaurant instead of a closed dollar store, but I would not say it's dirty. As for the help, the cashier who took my order was pleasant and the young lady who handed me my drink was kind enough to say, "I hope you enjoy...", and I did. So, shut up and drink your smoothie. read more

The food is awesome. I love tuna sandwich, and chicken wraps. Also the salads. The only thing that I recommend is that the personnel who work there need more training to attend the customers. read more

The food is amazing. They serve you pretty quickly. They try to give you your food quick as well too. The place on the inside is so aesthetically pleasing. They have music playing and it gives off such a good vibe. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Just discovered this place, I been here on three different occasion recently. I was looking for a healthier alternative to what I been eating, and so far I've enjoyed everything I've ordered The Buffalo chicken wrap (which is real good)and the pomegranate pleasure smoothie are my go to items here. read more

It's a good little smoothie place, lots of options for additives if you want that, but also plenty of standard menu options.

Love the smoothie and variety of fresh healthily choices at a great price. Tasty with a touch of great customer service.

I was one more mumble away from walking out. Of the 3 people working behind the counter nobody can say a full word to you, they just stare at you with 0 customer service skills. I used to be a server so I don't consider basic communication skills "customer service" but to each their own. Smoothie was way too sweet. Wrap wasn't terrible. But I'm not telepathic, so I won't be coming back. read more

Decent food and fair prices. Not ideal to eat in as for unknown reasons they keep the tv way too loud.

Smoothie sounds so good on a hot and humid day. We were passing thru N. Park Rd and came across Smoothie Plus. It's right next to an Einstein and Pizza parlor. Inside the shop, it smelled like they were cleaning products. Very strong smell..Now we know the store is really clean. The size of the smoothies came in 22,32 and 44 oz. We ordered the 44 oz of Passion Fruit Cocktail, which had passion fruit juice, strawberries, bananas and whey protein. It wasn't that bad at all. Very smooth and not watery or really sweet. The fruit juice wasn't over powering the strawberries and the bananas was complimenting the entire drink. I loved it. Very impressed. I just didn't know it was going to cost me $7. I think that's a lot for a smoothie. read more

Slow service and dirty inside. Smoothies are okay but the inside makes you not want to eat there

Smoothie King is usually my go to for a smoothie café but not anymore. Not only because there's not one close by to where I live but also because I genuinely believe Smoothie Plus smoothies taste way better! If anything with fresher ingredients. I live 5 mins from this place and I couldn't be more grateful. I always get a smoothie from here at least once a week. And it always be the same smoothie cause it taste way too good for me to change it and try something else. It's the Peanut power plus which consists of strawberries, bananas, vanilla protein powder, and peanut butter. And I sub the milk with almond milk. Literally slurping on magic. I also got 2 other drinks for 2 family members that were a chocolate milkshake with whip cream that had I think chocolate ice cream in it and the other was a banana island that consists of vanilla ice cream and bananas. My family members loved their owns so much to point I have to get it again every time I come back. Also all the staff members are really nice and caring. Which I love. Cause you know there be some work environments that just wants to bring the customers in and out but this staff loves to engage with the customers. Each and every one of them. They're also protective while making the drinks cause of the chaos in the world as they should be. But yeah this is my first review on here I've decided to write one now because I feel this place deserves it. I'm going to stop rambling now but go on and get your smoothie here it's worth of what you're paying for and you won't regret it. read more

Went to go pick up a smoothie for my dad he just got out the hospital. They are overpriced and what really irritated me was that they charge $.25 to use a credit card. It's just not good business I'm sorry. read more

Honestly this place used to be good. I can't get over how RUDE and unhelpful the staff are. The girl who rings up the orders is extremely unfriendly and very unhelpful. The first smoothie I tried here made my stomach hurt so bad. Usually I would give a business a second chance but the customer service was terrible. OMG This place has gone down tremendously! It isn't clean like it used to be, its dark, doesn't smell good, and it isn't as welcoming as it used to be when the last owner was here. Have this place a shot during Covid and the place was very dirty and the pos on the front was caked up with grime I walked out and told the lady about it th eject week I stopped by and the issue was not fixed like how can a client tell you that your pos system that we touch is dirty and you don't clean it so I just gave up on this establishment, fast forward now to now more then a year later , they since renovated and changed the pos and now instead of one employee they have a whole crew of about four people on the shift I proceeded to the front where they have a ton of selections. I was greeted by a bigger guy asked me what I wanted. I said I don't know there's a lot of selections. He turned around and walked away. I was getting ready to ask him what he recommends and he just walked away. I didn't ring the bell that's in the front not once not twice but three times after standing there for about five minutes. Anyways I ordered try the smoothie. Nothing to rave about was actually quite watery. Save your time the headache, and just go to smoothie King this place is let me down too many times. This will be my last visit. read more

Got the incredible giant smoothie. Taste pretty good sad part is that I got the açaí bowl and ended up with fruits in water mush soup did not even try it because it did not look appetizing at all. To add on the customer service is a joke. My boyfriend went in got two smoothies and the " açaí bowl" when they finished making one smoothie they then proceeded to eat the leftovers out of the blender. Then have the audacity to look at my boyfriend and ask what he's waiting for when he's only received 1/3 of his order read more

I ordered the yaya smoothie and it was delicious. I'm glad I came as I'm getting tired of the chain smoothie places (Jamba juice, tropical smoothie, etc.) there are a lot of bad reviews here but I'd recommend getting the yaya smoothie. Excellent service and incredible wraps and smoothies! Today I placed an order via UberEats, but the wrong order was delivered. I called Smoothie Plus and instead of blaming UberEats or giving me a refund, the manager personally prepared the correct order and hand delivered it to my office. Not only is the service incredible, but the wrap was DELICIOUS. I will certainly be making this a regular lunch spot!! Thank you Smoothie Plus! read more

This "smoothie" place is the worst. I always give it a chance when I'm in the neighborhood, but I am further disappointed every time. First of all, they try to pass off powdered milk as protein and add tablespoons of sugar to your drink. If you want a healthy hassle free option, do not waste your money here. read more
