I stopped by here earlier today with my wife for lunch. We happened to be in the area whenever we consulted Yelp for restaurants nearby and The Fresh Squeeze happened to be the top recommendation and nearby. It also seemed like a healthy place which helped to influence us in heading there. The Fresh Squeeze is located in a strip mall and upon entering you have to turn around to look at the menu on their front windows. Besides that there is a cooler for drinks, a place to order and 3 or 4 tables, a 4-top and the rest 2-tops. After looking at the menu I ultimately decided on the Fire Bird which the menu described as Roast Turkey Breast, Provolone Cheese, Smokey Chipotle Aioli, Hot Diced Cherry Peppers on Grilled Ciabatta Bread while my wife went with the pressed pesto. After I had ordered mine he confirmed that I liked things spicy due to the cherry peppers on it and I confirmed that I did. Then while the sandwiches were being made, he engaged me in a nice conversation. Once our food made it to the table, I dug in. It was good as the flavor of turkey and provolone was in the front. Then the chipotle aioli added a nice bit of moisture to the sandwich and the cherry peppers added some good flavor and a little bit of heat to let you know they were there. Finally the ciabatta bread held together well and I was able to easily eat my sandwich without it falling all over the place. My wife also enjoyed her sandwich, especially the pesto and chicken on it. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I paid $12 for a "vegan burrito" and it was basically a salad inside a wrap. It said "garbanzo beans" and it listed other things so I was hoping it would be filling. First of all, it didn't have that many garbanzo beans. It didn't even have sauce. It was straight up lettuce, onion, maybe 5 garbanzo beans with a little bit of avocado! If you call something a burrito- I expect beans, sauce, and something to make it filling. I came STARVING and I ended up needing to go to Publix next door to get something filling. The wrap was bland. Just save your money and go to Publix instead. read more

I've been here twice in the last six month, it's a good spot if you're in the area and in mood for breakfast. It seems like it's a little family and their daughter that work here and perhaps own the place. I always like to support small businesses. They're very friendly and I enjoy the food they prepare. I usually order - Surfer dude breakfast wrap - Bacon, egg, smashed avocado, tomato, and provolone cheese on a spinach wrap. This is good, I love that it's on the lighter side and basic yet healthy ingredients. I asked for a side of chipotle aioli since I read other yelper's saying they liked it. They charged me like two bucks for it, I thought that was a bit steep. Aside from that, I enjoyed this. 4.5 ($9.39) I've also tried their ground beef empanada, an island breeze smoothie and a wellness shot. All were good. Pretty solid sandwich/ juice/ smoothie spot. Got the avocado king and sweet green juice. My bf's dad got the tuna roll wrap. The sandwich was a good size, really tasty and ingredients looked fresh but the juice was more sweet than I expected. He said he enjoyed the wrap and would come back too. Nice spot and comparable to tropical smoothie but definitely better and probably better ingredients/quality food. The space had a handful of tables, not crowded and not many people there when we went (midday Sunday) and cute decor. The person at the register was friendly and helpful recommending options. This place was underwhelming to be honest. I ordered the California Club and it had about 2 -3 slices of processed deli meat. I was honestly hoping for fresh carved Turkey when I come to a "healthy" place. The bread on the sandwich was a nice multigrain but the Turkey was a total bummer; especially when it's $11 for 2 slices of deli meat between 2 slices of bread. I also ordered the Green Ginger juice and it was ok. But, then again, I'm not a huge fan when they put a lot of Cucumber in a juice because it waters the juice down. read more

Came here to grab lunch with my husband. We ordered a large smoothie, a chicken caesar wrap and a salad. Our total was close to $40 for just ok food. The smoothie was good, my wrap was mostly chicken and the caesar dressing wasn't very flavorful. my husbands salad was a joke, apparently there was lettuce shortage because there was the thinnest layer of lettuce in a $12 salad. For that price the salad should have filled the entire container. We could have gone to a sit down restaurant for less than what we spent here. Once you enter, there are so many refreshing pressed juices and smoothies to choose from. There are also sandwiches and wraps available. Just about everything can be made to order which is great in case you need to substitute any items for any reason. This is one guilt free splurge that is absolutely worth it. Concept is great...but this place misses the mark. The Fresh Squeeze is right near the airport, so it could be ideal for a quick (and healthy) bite before a flight. NOPE. BEWARE of the wait time!! Didn't know about this spot until the bpb top 100 places to eat was released. When seeing the fresh squeeze come in at number 2 I knew I had to check them out. I've been to most juice bars in the area and it seems like every other week a new one is popping up somewhere. Most fall short either having juices prebottled, extremely pricy, or just a stuck up elitest atmosphere. The fresh squeeze has none of the above issues I've found at other juice bars. True to their namesake all juices are freshly squeezed and also wont break the bank. The most expensive juice is $10 for a large. They serve breakfast and lunch all day. They have a coffee and tea menu. The cafe itself is very low key. They play a mix of music consisting of Bob Marley and mellow 80s pop music. I got an early lunch of tuna sandwich and a green peace juice. Yelp check in got me a beverage upgrade. The service was great they brought the food out to me on the couch I was sitting at and came by and picked up my empty food containers. The tuna sandwich was very good, the Multigrain bread is really delicious they have a bunch of hot sauces on the counter near the register. As most people said it could be a little hard to find. GPS got me to the Winn Dixie plaza but look for a tiny sign saying cafe near the dollar store and that's fresh squeeze. They are going to be moving soon to a publix shopping center nearby. read more
