First time visit and there was a lot to look at! Luckily the gentleman behind the counter was able to give some recommendations. I wanted a smoothie and one he recommended was the dolce. I wanted something with some substance as this was my lunch so it was perfect. It was a great mix of ingredients. My only qualm would be that the 16oz smoothie came out to $11. Won't be an everyday occurrence, but I'll definitely try some other items on the menu!
After having craved an Açaí Bowl for a few months, I finally caved in so I stopped by here since I was already shopping in Dania Pointe. Upon entry, it was pretty busy on a rainy Sunday afternoon. I ordered the Nutella bowl since I was in the mood for some chocolate. They have additional sides like almond butter, coconut flakes, etc. My cousin was going to order a smoothie but unfortunately the employee said they have barely any ingredients in stock at the moment so it wouldn't be possible to make one. We decided to just share my bowl instead and we ate inside in hopes that the rain would die down. The inside is very aesthetically pleasing so I can see why people dine in. There's a cute little bench that's good for photos if you want to capture yourself in the beachy vibe. Overall, my bowl was good in flavor and I'd return again likely on a weekday to try something else on their menu on maybe not such a busy day.
Playa Bowls has some great options! All the fruit was fresh, ambiance is great and you breathe a little lighter when inside. I loved the furniture! The staff was kind and guided us on what to order. Unusually fast service, asked if we needed anything! The açaí was great! Toppings were generous and the menu options were awesome. Definitely a place to stop at if you're craving something refreshing and light! I also loved that they had a multitude of other options aside from the açaí base!
We came here for an açaí bowl after dinner on a Saturday and couldn't have been happier with our bowl! We got the Nutella açaí bowl to split. There were only two employees putting together the bowls, but they came out extremely quick! Highly recommend coming here for a healthier dessert!
Love coming to Playa Bowl, whenever I'm in the Dania Pointe area. It is always so easy to choose from the menu. From bites to bowls, to shakes and smoothies. There's always something for everyone to enjoy. I got the Pink Flamingo bowl and a smoothie to go. Healthy and delicious. The service and friendly staff, definitely sets the fun and happy mood at Playa Bowl. Along with there fun and playful decor, this Playa Bowls location is a must.
I'm obsessed with Acai bowls and have tried them everywhere. Playa Bowls is one of my faves by far, and thus location is the best. Cute interior and exterior...lots of shady surf-themed tables outside too. Workers are always pleasant, friendly, and quick. I never had to wait long for my bowl. The toppings are also plentiful, which is not always the case at some other spots.
If you love acai bowls then Playa Bowls is the place for you. They have so many variety of bowls that are freshly made and blended with organic fruits, almond milk, oat milk, and coconut milk. There's also cold beverages, freshly made smoothies and juices, and cold brew coffee. Located in Dania Pointe, Playa Bowls has a very casual and tropical atmosphere that makes you feel like you're on the boardwalk overlooking the ocean. The female employee behind the counter was very pleasant as she took my order of a 16oz orange power smoothie which is made with orange, pineapple, vanilla protein, and coconut milk. I did ask if the coconut milk makes the smoothies sweet or bland and I was told that the coconut milk gives the smoothies a better taste and I had the option to use a different kind of milk. I decided to have the smoothie made with the coconut milk. The female employee called my name letting me know that my smoothie was ready. As I grabbed a straw and slowly took my first sip, I said a silent prayer that I didn't waste $9. Moment of truth...it was really good! It was thick (probably from the vanilla protein), fruity, and slightly sweet. Okay Playa Bowls I may have to come check you out again sometime. I did observe some of the bowls made for other customers which actually looked yummy. After overlooking the menu, there may be one bowl that I would be willing to try. I will keep y'all updated.
Great cute place for smoothies. Short walking distance from where we stayed. Clean and colorful decoration. All of our smoothies are delicious. Definitely check it out if you were in the area.
I'm here to pick up an Uber each order. They are only two employees and the building is packed with customers. They are doing the best they can but way overworked and the company should step up and make sure they have an up coverage on a day like today. This is so bad.
I walked in and was greeted and had to wait a few minutes to order. But Jarvey is amazing, he took my order and made my bowl and it was Amazing. The environment in the store is very nice and you could even have a seat outside and look down the strip of all of the other restaurants and things out there to do. I would definitely be visiting back again.
The place is finally opened. The entrance is by the bat with great parking even though they might be a little bit hectic to go in on the weekends. When you want something fresh, this is the place to find an amazing-bowls. My favorite is the pitaya bowl. Such a cute location with amazing vibes. love the decoration.
The bowls are delicious, and the atmosphere is super cute. I understand they're just opening and working the kinks out, but it's gonna be a HOT summer, so I hope they do something about expediting the ordering process becuase I want to say I waited in line for at least 15 minutes to place my order. Obviously, the demand is there, and it's good enough for me to wait 15 minutes, sooooo I'll be back. P.s. I love a place eith a rewards program, so just another way you have me hooked.

A friend told me there was an event happening but looks like it was only select locations. I walked in about an hour after they opened through the back door. It felt like they had just opened since they were prepping items. It was my first time in as I mentioned to the staff and no one really walked me through the menu. They have a lot on the board. I ordered the las olas I believe. It was okay. I was hoping for more. read more

Always love it here! Great smoothie bowls, and they can customize it however you like. I love taking my daughter here and having a nice time together. I found the açaí power bowl to be my favorite and I ask for a Nutella drizzle on top with the PB and it's delicious! The power bowls have an extra scoop of protein in it. read more

Want to say thank you to the employee who helped us Saturday night around 7pm! She was so kind to our toddler and gave her stickers. :-) We ordered our Nutella bowl and it was ready in less than a minute. It was simply delicious. We shared a bowl for dessert. The fruit was fresh. Granola was AMAZING! We sat outside at the clean tables and people watched while we enjoyed our bowl. We will definitely be back! read more

Been to this location and others around the area several times. This place is located in Dania pointe so I always come here whenever I am running shopping errands or going to watch a movie. There's plenty of parking in the back side. It can get pretty busy here on hot days and I usually see people get the acai bowl. There are tables and seating inside as well as outdoors. My go to order is their booster smoothie without flax oil. They have no problems when I ask to customize my smoothie. The smoothie is the perfect blend and consistency. Will be back again soon for my usual! read more

Loving this new location for Playa Bowls at Dania Pointe! Near other amazing retailers and venders, Playa Bowls is sure to make an impression. If you're into açaí bowls, shakes or smoothies, protein bites and more, Playa Bowls has it! The decor is true to its beachy ways with surfboards lined up, a corner mermaid, a beach chair for some awesome views, and a searing nook resembling the tip of a canoe or boat. Everyone attending and working here is very nice and patient, as there's so many choices to pick from! Definitively a fabulous and much needed addition to the area! read more

My friend got an influencers invite to try the new Playa Bowls location in Dania Beach. I was excited because I've heard great things about Playa Bowls from other influencers; so to be able to tag along to this event, I was excited. When we walked in, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a beachy ambience; the decor around the restaurant with beach themed. Their menu is huge with multiple items and options of smoothie bowls that you can order and create. They have a multitude of bases, toppings, and fruit options. I ordered the Coco berry which had a coconut base with strawberries and blueberries on top. My friend ordered the mucho mango, which had a mango base with coconut, strawberries, and honey; they also substituted the blueberries for bananas. This was my first time ever trying a smoothie bowl, and I am hooked. The smooth creaminess of the coconut base pairs so well with the tartness of the strawberries and blueberries, which were settled with the honey drizzle on top. The Mucho mango was like a burst of tropical flavor. You had the thickness of the mango base, which complemented the sweetness of the banana and coconut. Needless to say, I cannot wait to come back to Playa Bowls to try more of their smoothie bowls. read more

Great quality products but poor service experience. PROs: The Food! I ordered the Pura Vida Acai Bowl & the Sweet Summer Smoothie. The bowl has great consistency & taste. The smoothie was fine, okay flavor but the consistency was very liquid-y. Also upon receiving it was overflowing on the lid and making a mess. CONs: Service / Experience/ Proper Staffing. I wish I was exaggerating, but I waited 30minutes in line to get my order taken with only 8 people in front of me. This was due to being understaffed. The cashier kept pausing taking orders to make smoothies too. I came in during lunch time on a Friday for reference. Everyone seemed to lacked experience / managing skills, but were nice enough. After ordering, I waited about 15 minutes for the 2 items. I had to keep walking back & forth inside to pick up items, because smoothie & bowls are picked up on opposite sides of the business, very inconvenient (especially when you have to keep walking past a long line of already annoyed guests.) I really like your bowls, Please fix staffing issues/ speed of service! read more
