Food was amazing! I loved everything! We ordered the mixed appetizers sampler where you can pick 4 apps of your choice. The best were the falafel and the baba. For the main course I went with the grilled chicken skewers. The chicken was amazing and cooked perfectly. The restaurant itself is very beautiful. I want to come back for happy hour and sit by the bar and enjoy the beautiful tree. Everyone in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. I will be back

Played pickleball on a Saturday morning with friends and we decided to go for an impromptu lunch at Sirocco in Dania Pointe. One of my friends hopped on to Open table and made a reservation for 12noon just in case, since we were a party of 9. We were a few minutes early and the restaurant did open right at 12noon - They did take an extra couple of minutes to open up but it wasn't a big deal. We were seated soon after and we each ordered our own meals and paid separately, My review is completely based on my own experience. Aesthetically the restaurant is gorgeous! Mediterranean with feminine vintage decor...very unique and pretty:) Our server took our drink selections and I opted for just a Pepsi/Coke...can't remember which one they offer. There is free mini pitas and butter at the table which are absolutely delicious...soft, warm and melt in your mouth. I didn't order an appetizer since some of the others ordered apps and told me to share so I did try their falafels which were really good. For my entree I went with the cauliflower appetizer: Zesty Cauliflower - Dusted with our flour mix, fried, and topped with zesty tahini sauce and a side of french fries. The cauliflower was just OK - a bit soggy and didn't really seem like it was dusted and fried at all. Fries were also nothing major to write home about - they were fine in the world of fries. Since we were a party of 9, there was an 18% tip automatically added to each of our bills, which was totally fine, since I can imagine dealing with a large group can be a little bit of a pain. Overall I just felt like the restaurant is a bit overpriced. My soda, side of fries and cauliflower appetizer came out to exactly $40. I just didn't think it was a meal worth $40.

Pita bread, best I ever tasted!

This place has the best in house pita bread I ever had period. Took a risk and walked to dinner from our hotel the night prior to our cruise in Ft. Lauderdale and boy were we glad we did. The pita bread they serve here was warm and fragrant. Their aioli paired with it enhance it even more. I was on a carb diet and decide to take a cheat day so I can eat more bread! I ordered their Lebanese Bistec which are what they are known for. It came highly recommended and it didn't disappoint. Bistec are pan seared tender medallions with a really excellent umami mushroom sauce. Yes, more pita bread was used to mop up the sauces. Too bad I didn't have enough room for desert. If you are ever in town prior to a cruise, go check out Sirocco. I barely scratched the surface of their menu and this place would be perfect for both a date night or large gathering with friends.

When you grew up eating Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food it's really hard to find authentic place but Sircoco tasted like home!! We ordered some much because we were excited to find a place like this in Dania. The interior decor, music and ambience transport you to a different country! I would highly recommend you try the Muhamara, I had two orders of it. It was so good!!! I wanna come here at night again to check out the nighttime vibe. I heard it was really fun!

We had a fantastic experience. Juan, our server, was attentive, friendly, and made the whole meal even better with his great service. The food was excellent across the board. The lamb tagine was incredibly flavorful, rich, and perfectly cooked. The chicken skewers were tender and succulent with a great char from the grill. The Moroccan shrimp had just the right kick of spice and was packed with flavor. But honestly, the bread with the garlic butter was to die for -- warm, soft, and completely addictive. The aesthetics were beautiful. There were so many details. Great food, great service, and a wonderful dining experience overall. We'll definitely be back!

If you are at Dania Beach you need to try this place. They did an incredible job of making the inside feel like an outdoor plaza in the evening, and they have belly dancing on Thursdays and Saturdays. The kibbeh is delectable. As soon as your mouth break the outer crust, all the spices hit your senses. The hummus is creamy and smooth, and the Sirocco grill is so much food-definitely get the rice as your side. Our server Jose was wonderful and we hope to come back soon!

Pickles. Ask for a side. Trust me.

Stopped in on a Friday night for a few appetizers and drinks. Yeimy was very friendly and attentive. The food was generous (4 in an appetizer- saved me from and arm wrestle for the last kibbeh) and fresh. I was glad to see the food wasn't overshadowed by the decor. It was beautiful inside and didn't distract from the pretty plating. Owner was on site and stopped by each table to ask how our experience was. I like that. Pro tip: ask for a side of the pickles. I would definitely come back for a variety of dishes, fun atmosphere and extensive drink menu

AWESOME. LOVED IT. THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL! Party of 11 on 10/11. We were greeted and seated promptly. The inside of this restaurant is beautifully decorated!! Everyone liked their entrees. The cheese rolls were delicious. I forgot the name of the dish I had but it's grilled shrimp skewers it was delicious. Our server Khaled was great! Very patient and attentive with a nice smile. We met one of the family members who own the restaurant he was very pleasant. We will definitely return!

Our first time at Sirocco and we were really impressed! The décor is stunning and sets such a warm, inviting atmosphere. The overall ambiance is on the quieter side, but the belly dancing entertainment was such a fun bonus and it really added to the experience. Definitely feels like a great spot for date night. We were served by Giovanni, who was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable about the menu, and very attentive without being overbearing. He gave us great recommendations, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and generously portioned (plenty of leftovers to take home!). Highly recommend Sirocco! We'll definitely be back!

The service was amazing. Me and bestie wanted a nice ambiance before hitting the town & this did just that. It was too busy, the hostess was able to sit us immediately. Mikkel was our sever and he made our experience a great one. We started off with the Crispy Calamati which was exceptional. The perfect crunch. The branzino was cooked to perfection. & the riceeeeee was just how I like it! The shrimp was cooked just right and was nicely seasoned. The drinks were nice too! A+ I'll be back

The first thing we noticed, which was a bit unexpected, was the decor. The ambiance was really nice and inviting. This is the type of restaurant where someone could host a party. The service was really good too. We received water almost immediately after being seated, and our server came by shortly after. The manager stopped by throughout our visit to provide recommendations, and he was really nice. It made the experience feel more personal. For our appetizer, we ordered the Baba Ghannouj, which complemented the pita bread really well. It was our first time having it, and we did not know what to expect, but it was great. It was really flavorful, and we finished it wanting more. For our entrees, we had the Lamb Chops and the Seafood Tagine. The lamb chops were great. It was not a huge portion, but the meat was flavorful and cooked well. The presentation was also really nice. The Seafood Tagine looked great, and the sauce was incredibly flavorful. Everything about the dish worked well together, and we felt that all the flavors complemented one another. There was a good harmony between the ingredients. For dessert, we ordered the Kunafa, which was another first for us. We had never had it before, but the description really sold us on it. It was really good. This is the kind of dessert that is best shared since it is a little heavy. Toward the end of our visit, a belly dancer came out to perform, and it was really exciting. We've been hitting up Mediterranean restaurants like nobody's business on this leg of our spring…read morebreak, in part because of our proximity to many, and in part because my progeny and I are currently obsessed with babaganoush in its many variations. For this particular dinner, we were also focused on finding a truly vegetarian friendly restaurant where we could take our dear friends. Kabobji was a wonderful choice for vegetarians, omnivores, and carnivores alike. It's a large restaurant with plenty of booths and large tables for gathering with friends and family. Someone I suspect to be an owner was working hard alongside his wait staff and displayed a sense of genuine hospitality. Above all, the restaurant has a rock solid kitchen. The falafel ($13.99 / 5 pieces) here were ****STELLAR****!!! They're shaped like Indian medu vada (fried with a hole in the middle), probably for the same reason: to allow as much of the surface to fry to that perfect golden crisp as possible. And Kabobji's falafel were, in fact, awesomely crisp and well textured, made from soaked chickpeas in the traditional style, perfectly sized, nuanced and subtle in flavor -- some of the best we can remember having. (For reference, we love Nish Nush and Tanoreen for falafel in NYC -- and I think our neighborhood must be one of the major international epicenters for falafel.) Also excellent: the baba ghannouj ($10.99 for the small size), just a bit chunky, enriched with a lot of tahini, a moderate amount of garlic, a touch of lemon. This is how we like to make it at home. The vegetable ghallaba platter ($20.99) was simply made with thinly sliced onions and bell peppers, a small amount of zucchini, I think, and a touch of tomato. I would've loved to have had a spritz of lemon or sprinkle of sumac for a more acidic component, perhaps a little less onion. Note that this dish works better as a main course when accompanied by something protein-y like hummus, but it was pleasant to eat alongside our other orders. A convive, who went with the mixed shawarma platter ($27.99), found it to be a generous portion size and enjoyed it, especially with a side of well composed fattoush salad (+$5.99 to upgrade). Beef shish kebab ($14.99) and lamb shawarma ($15.99) wraps were both excellent and moist, a good balance of protein and vegetable. I didn't try them, but the "cheese pies" ($12.99) turned out to be pitas covered with a large amount of melty white cheese that some young children might enjoy as pizza. (Mine probably would've found them to be "too cheesy," but they're mutants.) They came three to an order. When you dine in, they bring a big basket of warm pita / pida to the table -- quite a generous touch!! I think it's house made and of course went beautifully with our food. Bottom line: GREAT FALAFEL! Great, low-key, family-friendly vibe. Good for vegetarians and non-vegs. Go.
