Everything was great- especially the Mint Lemonade which I forgot to photograph. The staff here were exceptionally welcoming and helped me with my order. The ambiance was casual but classy. It was elegant in its own way- you have to see for yourself... I enjoyed the flavors and the price wasn't too high. I will definitely be back again. So should you!

Wonderful place and delicious food despite the fact I'm european . Nice website so you don't need to pay ubereats/doordash fee

Found this place on Yelp to have lunch in. Parking is free but definitely limited. We came on a Sunday so it was easy to park. Inside is pretty big with plenty of seating. However, it's odd that in this summer heat they don't seem to have the AC on. They seem to be using fans. Not sure if it's due to the kitchen being up front or something else but it made it somewhat stuffy to eat inside. The service was neutral. The girl who took our order had trouble with my card but didn't communicate any issues so there was an awkward moment of just standing around. After we just paid with apple pay. Not sure what the issue was since I used my card elsewhere for desert right after but it's good to know they have options for payment. We ate in (hence mentioning the heat). Food takes a bit, it seems they make some of it on the spot and for a moment the same girl who took our order was the same one who got our food together. The lamb was chewy but this is most likely my fault since when asked for temperature I said well done. Everything else was delicious. I also got Tandoori chicken which came with pita and hummus, two different kinds of rice and a salad. At first I thought the place was pricy but for th4 amount of food you get it's worth it. We ended up with leftovers for later today and tomorrow.

This place is solid. I know a thing or two about Chicken Schwarma, and the platter I ordered was up there. Chicken well seasoned and tender, rice fragrant and fluffy and hummus was yummy. I am visiting from Orlando and wanted something local to eat. The place was clean and had a bit of a home feeling, definitely gave that family restaurant feeling. I was greeted and shown the digital and paper menus. The gentleman that helped me was kind and patient. It was a quick and easy transaction. My plate was made and I was on my way. I highly recommend you stop if you're in town!

Legit, Legit, Legit if you love Middle Eastern food/Mediterranean food this is your spot! *The chicken shawarma was elite, flavors were on point, fresh ingredients, and cooked to order. *The chicken and beef skewers were so, so, so good and they added thin slices of pickles which was a great touch. *The yellow rice was decent, but still good. 8.3 out of 10

My first visit was great. Had a meal there with my daughter. Meat was cut directly from spit, hot and moist. Rice was moist and hot. Salad was nicely dressed. Hummus and taziki on point. A 4.5 star fast food experience. So much so, I decided to come back. 2nd visit I don't know when meat was cut. It was hard and dried out. Half heated on grill. The rice was dry, hard and cold. Salad dressed with a vinegar. Had to buy a water to get meal down. This is what I left. Will give benefit of doubt on why. Disappointed to say the least.

5 star service, 4 star food, 4 star ambience. Falafel place with friendly service, slightly high food prices and good but not great ambience 5 star service. The two young guys who man the counter and make the food are very friendly plus helpful with suggestions 4 star food the shawarma platter was great as was the hummus. My only gripe is the food prices seem aggressively high. Funny aside: eating the leftovers at home our cat went completely bonkers meowing and then snatched pieces of the meat from the plate...she's never done that before 4 star ambience. Inside it's bright and cheery although slightly worn. It's on a busy stretch of Hollywood Boulevard out front. Park in back and use the secret alleyway to get through to the front door.

The person who seemed to be the owner personally checked on us multiple times, and offered nice suggestions for entrees based on our tastes. The other servers as well were really nice too. My favorites of the entire meal were the manti (Turkish dumplings) and the chicken soup. The manti were small beef dumplings served in a delicious tangy yogurt sauce with some sort of spicy oil on top. They were very filling. The chicken soup was rich, with chicken, carrots, celery and parsley. It had a nice lemon note as well. The entrees - the kabab and the guvec - were hearty and had good flavor. The guvec was really hot (temp wise) because of the clay pot. Kunefe rounded out the meal. Could have used a bit more nuts but otherwise great. Great little spot for dinner!

We've been hitting up Mediterranean restaurants like nobody's business on this leg of our spring…read morebreak, in part because of our proximity to many, and in part because my progeny and I are currently obsessed with babaganoush in its many variations. For this particular dinner, we were also focused on finding a truly vegetarian friendly restaurant where we could take our dear friends. Kabobji was a wonderful choice for vegetarians, omnivores, and carnivores alike. It's a large restaurant with plenty of booths and large tables for gathering with friends and family. Someone I suspect to be an owner was working hard alongside his wait staff and displayed a sense of genuine hospitality. Above all, the restaurant has a rock solid kitchen. The falafel ($13.99 / 5 pieces) here were ****STELLAR****!!! They're shaped like Indian medu vada (fried with a hole in the middle), probably for the same reason: to allow as much of the surface to fry to that perfect golden crisp as possible. And Kabobji's falafel were, in fact, awesomely crisp and well textured, made from soaked chickpeas in the traditional style, perfectly sized, nuanced and subtle in flavor -- some of the best we can remember having. (For reference, we love Nish Nush and Tanoreen for falafel in NYC -- and I think our neighborhood must be one of the major international epicenters for falafel.) Also excellent: the baba ghannouj ($10.99 for the small size), just a bit chunky, enriched with a lot of tahini, a moderate amount of garlic, a touch of lemon. This is how we like to make it at home. The vegetable ghallaba platter ($20.99) was simply made with thinly sliced onions and bell peppers, a small amount of zucchini, I think, and a touch of tomato. I would've loved to have had a spritz of lemon or sprinkle of sumac for a more acidic component, perhaps a little less onion. Note that this dish works better as a main course when accompanied by something protein-y like hummus, but it was pleasant to eat alongside our other orders. A convive, who went with the mixed shawarma platter ($27.99), found it to be a generous portion size and enjoyed it, especially with a side of well composed fattoush salad (+$5.99 to upgrade). Beef shish kebab ($14.99) and lamb shawarma ($15.99) wraps were both excellent and moist, a good balance of protein and vegetable. I didn't try them, but the "cheese pies" ($12.99) turned out to be pitas covered with a large amount of melty white cheese that some young children might enjoy as pizza. (Mine probably would've found them to be "too cheesy," but they're mutants.) They came three to an order. When you dine in, they bring a big basket of warm pita / pida to the table -- quite a generous touch!! I think it's house made and of course went beautifully with our food. Bottom line: GREAT FALAFEL! Great, low-key, family-friendly vibe. Good for vegetarians and non-vegs. Go.

Some of us switched it up and tried the spicy fish, sautéed shrimp, and the mixed shawarma platter. No regrets. The fish was so flavorful and the perfect size.
