Worst experience. They told me they couldn't make the wrap I wanted because they didn't have the lettuce so they offered me a different but it had the same lettuce as the 1 I asked for, but I said yes to it! Then it took her 15 seconds to bring the wrap back and immediately I noticed it was already made, & it had tomatoes on after I specifically asked for no tomatoes. So she took it back then I look over there counter and see her picking the tomatoes out with her HAND! Disgusting! This place used to be one of my favorite smoothie spots. Ever since they hired new staff, Smoothie Plus has gone downhill. There is no sense of customer service. Just the "hello, welcome" robot at the door. The cashier with the long nails just stares into space yawning and plays with his hair every shift. The smoothie mixers either water down the smoothies and/or need to take their finger off the blend button a little earlier. The owner needs to enforce proper regulations but until then, ill be taking my money and smoothie cravings elsewhere. :( read more

Id give this place a negative star rating if I could. BEWARE! You may get sick if you eat here. They do not put the ingredients listed on the menu into their smoothies. The owners tell the employees to lie and say that they are getting what is listed on the menu. No fruit is fresh in this establishment all canned and frozen with added sugars and syrups by no means is this a healthy place, if not dangerous. That is why they built a wall and extended it higher between the customer and employees so you can not see what they put in the blender , also hiding theyre food prep station on purpose. read more

The smoothie was good. It's the cookies and cream. I've been here 2x and the service was slow considering it was first thing in the AM and one person is taking orders and doing smoothies. The store was a little dirty which makes me think the staff is slacking. Not sure if I'll be a regular because of store appearance and lack of staffing before I'm going to work. I ordered for the first time today through door dash, ordered the veggie burger and a mango smoothie with acai added. The veggie burger was the best I've ever had anywhere! So satisfying and indescribable since it doesn't really compete with a beef burger, it's just as tasty and juicy as it gets! The smoothie was great also. read more

The first time I was in there my sig other wanted a smoothie. The employee was a nice young girl....with an incredibly dirty stained shirt. I REALLY didn't want anything! Plus the place smelled like a cheap hotel where they use a really heavily perfumed cleaners...to cover up other odors. Gotta wonder what they are trying to cover up! Well here it is two or more years later and I find myself in the neighborhood and thought, perhaps they had cleaned up their act and I would choose a health smoothie. I was so wrong!! Not only does the place smell the same, it could surely use a sprucing up. Many of the smoothies seemed to have added sugar, not really healthy. So I chose from the power protein menu, strawberry banana, bad choice. It was so doggone sweet it tasted just like a burger joint strawberry shake, like they made it with ice cream topping! Yuck! I went here on break to grab a smoothie really quick. The place looks super sketch inside. You can't see any of your food being made except a cooler of ice cream they look like they scoop. So I ordered a papaya smoothie and it was straight sugar. I should've known not to order the two people before me asked for their smoothie to each be remade one twice and the lady was super happy to remake it in a strange way. I'm very disappointed with Smoothie Plus. I have been a local resident for several years and have ordered in person at the location without a problem. However, the last two deliveries have been a terrible experience. I ordered the House Salad, in which the first ingredients chicken, as per the advertised menu. Upon receiving my food, there was no chicken. Essentially, I paid $8 for lettuce. This is very unfortunate and upsetting, as I work night shifts and unable to leave work. I was expecting quality food, but in turn received poor service. Upon calling the store, the attendant was not helpful and dismissed my issue almost immediately. After speaking with the manager, I had to barter in order to receive any compensation at all. On top of that, my smoothie did not even come with a straw. This was an absolute was of $20+ spent on food. Unacceptable. The only reason I am leaving 1 star is because I would not be able to comment without one. read more

I live in the area and have been coming here for a few years as there are not many smoothie shops in the neighborhood. Everyone is always friendly and I'll continue to spend my money there but please do some interior remodeling. A health driven business should be pleasing to the eye and make you feel good when you walk in, this store currently does not. Smoothie Plus is the WORST smoothie place I have ever been. Their customer services skills are awful. The owner and his employees treat their customers terribly. Today, I ordered their house salad with avocado to go. When I get to my office to eat my salad, their chicken was still frozen, and I had two tiny pieces of avocado. I decided to give them a call to make a straightforward complaint. However, the short, overweight girl with glasses hung up on me. I decided to drive there and make a formal complaint. After arriving, I asked to speak to the manager, and after he heard my story, he proceeded to accuse me of eating the avocado and called me a liar. When I asked him for the franchise number to Smoothie Plus, he started screaming at me. I am agitated and appalled by their reaction and how they dealt with the situation. All I wanted was a simple apology and for them to take accountability for their actions. I am pleading to everyone who reads this review to not waste your money on buying their food. I'm all for small business but I hate when cute places just completely cheap out on quality and service. First there was no greeting or welcome. The only communication was the lady trying to up sell on an add in for the smoothie. I didn't order any food and I'm glad I didn't. I observed their lettuce just sitting on the counter with yellow spots all over it and it was totally flimsy no crisp or life left in it. While the guy made my smoothie which was seriously lacking fruit, finished and poured into a smaller size cup but I actually ordered the larger size. I didn't say anything he realized his own mistake. So he poured my smoothie back in the blender and added literally 5 cups of ice to it blended it back up and poured it in a larger cup. Yes I counted the 5 cups and at the time I didn't realize that was my smoothie. The reason I'm taking it so personal is because I was really looking forward to getting some natural energy from the fruit I paid for and other than being flavorless and fruitless it's nutrition-less.
