We went to check out the juice bar next door after we ate lunch, thinking about grabbing something to munch on while we drive. Cafe is spacious, lots of seating area and ordering counter. They offer alot of variety besides juice, smoothies, acai bowls, and food. I saw the patties behind the case and wanted to eat that on the road. Order at the counter and they'll call your name once the order is ready.
This spot has juice, acai, grain bowls, bagels, and more! They can be found in the plaza at the corner Flamingo and Pines Blvd. I've been waiting for this spot to open up and I'm excited I got to try it after pickleball one morning. There's a lot for easy parking and right at the corner of a strip in the plaza right off Flamingo Rd. The inside is spacious but they only have mainly high top tables. They have wifi so I got to work a bit here. Their menu has a lot of variety: from protein shakes, juices, acai bowls, sandwiches, etc. I was a bit overwhelmed with choices, but in the best way! They have something for everyone and the menu has enough to keep me coming back to try more. For this past visit, I got the Goliath smoothie and also the Blaze bowl. Both were pretty good. The Goliath smoothie has 36 grams of whey protein, strawberries, almond milk, nutella, and cacao. I was a bit disappointed it didn't have much of the nutella taste. The Blaze bowl has sriracha chicken, greens, brown rice, almonds, hemp seeds, sesame-ginger dressing- it was super filling and the bowl was super deep. The items are pretty pricey but most are worth the price. Overall, a great spot for breakfast or a quick (filling) snack.

This is a very cute juice bar in a rather busy plaza, but has ample parking and is easy to locate. I think we all may agree that eating healthy is one of the things that can be considered a luxury in today's economy... I feel that this applies here. At this location you're paying top dollar and a premium cost for a product (in this case a smoothie) to still receive boxed coconut water opposed to fresh coconut water in your smoothie. The smoothie itself was just okay, there weren't any flavors or tastes that stood out but it was okay. The person taking my order was very kind and recommended the whole menu. There are seating options available inside and outside with nice umbrellas outside for keeping cool. Overall, it was an okay experience.
I would definitely recommend the juices, but not the muffins. I bought a cranberry muffin and it was a bit stale. Those are not made fresh daily or lucky me I was given the leftover one from the prior day. The watermelon juice is seasonal so that is a must try before it goes away. It's not full of sugar and It's so refreshing. They do offer coffee, breakfast sandwiches and açaí bowls. The staff is very friendly and I appreciate good customer service. That's what I think makes a business thrive. I would definitely recommend this spot. 5/5

I must say I'm really impressed, by the very expansive menu. There's something for everyone to enjoy. I got an acai bowl and a shake. Loved my Nutella Acai bowl, it was very tasty. The portion sizes are la. The shake I got was made with Nutella I absolutely loved it, it was so tasty. Can't wait to be back and try the other, menu items. Thank you, to the kind staff and management.

Since I start work a little earlier than usual I was looking for a smoothie place for me to grab something quick before I start my day. This place did not disappoint! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman and a young lady behind the counter. I decided to grab an açaí bowl. The portion was very good for the price and I added a little extra honey for some sweetness ($1.25 extra). Overall they were quick, friendly and the bowl was delicious. I noticed that they also have a coffee bar but it wasn't open when I went. I will definitely be coming back to try more things off the menu.
I was heading to a friends house in the area and was looking for a smoothie place, something I can get quick and found this cute spot. I decided to give a try over somewhere I've already been and I'm so glad I did! As soon as you enter the shopping center, it's right in front so it was easy to find and parking wasn't a problem for me. The place is pretty big not to small like other smoothie places and I was really empressed by the decor, very cute! The menu has a lot of different options from avocado toast, juices, coffee, a really great variety to satisfy whatever you're craving. I opted for the PB& H smoothie, really delicious! I'm so glad I stopped by, I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area again!
The food was great. Service was friendly. They have a variety of try of options. I liked the waffle bowl and the tuna bowl. The pink matcha is delicious. Definitely going back.
My favorite drink to get here is the PB&H and I been here quite a few times. Well it's the only thing I have ordered lol. But it's so good and I usually come after a good leg day workout. Inside is very clean and modern. The staff is always welcoming and patient. I love having somewhere to get quick healthy fuel after a workout session especially if I still have other things to do before going home.
Nice spot for all your hearty and nutritious meals. The green giant was rich and packed with protein. The latte was cool but had a powder like after taste to it. Overall cool spot for Juices, smoothies and açaí bowls. 3 G's.

What an amazing experience! We walked into QWENCH Juice Bar right as they were closing. I was completely fine with walking away because I understand we came in at closing time. But the owner recognized that I had been there earlier that morning, welcomed us back in with a smile, and still took our order. That kind of hospitality says a lot about a business! I ordered the Spinach Green Smoothie, PB&H, and Superfood Waffles, and everything was absolutely delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and definitely something I would order again. A huge thank you to Abdul and Farah for taking such great care of us. You made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated, even at the end of a long day. I've always said this: good food tastes even better when it comes with great service. Today, I was definitely on the receiving end of both at this QWENCH location. I was actually a few doors down picking up some bagels and I decided to go in to get myself a smoothie. I didn't realize how many other things they served there. They have "Superfood Waffles" and what makes them a super food is they're loaded with oats, quinoa, hemp seeds, Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and banana. You can get a snack waffle with your choice of bread being either peanut butter, Nutella or honey or you can get a waffle bowl, which is waffles cut up into bite-size pieces and they top it with fruit and either acai yogurt or peanut butter chia pudding! They also offer yogurt bowls, four different kinds of avocado toast, paninis, wraps, bagels, and different types of bowls such as grain bowls and açaí bowls. You can get breakfast here as well. They have different blends for the smoothies including vintage, epic, green and protein as well as some juices. They also serve hot and iced coffees and teas and protein shakes. I ended up getting the mango blend vintage drink which was so good. It's made with mango, agave, Greek yogurt and coconut water and it tasted so refreshing. I think the prices are a bit high but not bad for an occasional treat. Staff was very nice and the place was very clean. read more

Stop by for a fresh smoothie and left happy. When you walk in you can smell all the fresh produce, which I love. I took a bit to look at the menu because there was a lot of smoothies. The guy at the counter was very helpful with my questions about what was put into them. I ordered the blue giant and my boyfriend got the classic mango blend. I love my drink. It was so good I was afraid about the protein because I don't drink, protein, drinks. But you could barely tell there was protein in it. My boyfriend wasn't a fan of his. He was expecting it to taste more like sweet mango. The greens were very simple. I explained it wasn't gonna taste like that overall I love the spot. Best part it's so close to my house. I absolutely love coming to qwench!! This is my second time and I only knew about it because of my uncle! The staff are very nice and service is very quick! I have so far ordered from their coffee and it's always been perfectly made! I tried today the mocha protein shake that has coffee in it and wow! I can actually taste the coffee and the mocha enhances it as well. I especially love the cacao nibs in it too! Will definitely come again and recommend this place to anyone in the Pembroke Pines area. read more

I'm not too sure how I found this spot but it's perfect. They have so many options to choose from. Their coffee options are creative and their smoothies are delicious and innovative. I absolutely loved being able to have a smoothie with avocado in it. They also offer acai bowls, juices, and quinoa bowls. It seems like they roast their own coffee here. The customized options are worth trying, as they're quite different from what you typically see elsewhere. Ample seating inside and outside. It seems like a well run, "pop and son" shop. (And I'm only basing this off of what I think are the owner and his son). Service is also top notch. read more

Today I went here after getting some groceries for myself. The place was clean and sanitized. No flies, no food on the tables. This place is in the front of the Publix plaza and if you don't drive you have to cross a a dangerous intersection where there are no crosswalks. This place offers healthier food options such as protein smoothies, yogurt bowls, avocado toast, açaí bowls and more kinds of juices, smoothies and coffee varieties. The first thing I noticed was how clean and presentable everything was. However, there are no signs indicating whether masks are recommended or required. I wore mine anyways inside. The other thing I noticed is none of the staff wore masks. I ordered the original avocado toast which came on ciabatta toast and consisted of avocado, dill seasoning and everything seasoning . It was amazing. It tasted fresh and the presentation was aesthetically pleasing. I will need to do further research on what smoothies I can and can not have because I'm trying to lose weight. I recommend this place if your looking for healthier options and you are fully vaccinated and boosted. If you are immune compromised I would proceed with caution and mask up. I choose to mask up even though I'm fully vaccinated and boosted. read more

This is a cute nock, hidden Jem, hole in the wall kind of place. It's a cute juice bar atmosphere that would make perfect for a date. I had a order and run -sadly- and got the original Acie Bowl with a Chi Latte. It was ready in under 10 min and I loved the atmosphere!! Definitely will be coming back to lounge around. They're chi was better than Starbucks- in 10x fold. Highly recommend for a breakfast/brunch place with options for both vegans and SAD (Standard American Diet) diets read more

I got the Beetink juice and it was so perfect!! Tasted fresh and delicious. The price for the size portion they give is the best I've ever seen for a fresh juice. I am impressed. The owner is very kind and welcoming. The place is clean and well kept. I am looking forward to going back and trying more of their menu items. 10/10 recommend read more

One of the best smoothies I've had. I wasn't that hungry for lunch on my break, so I figured I'd give this place a try and pick up a smoothie. I'm a little picky with smoothies I hate when they're runny and when there's bits and pieces in them. I like them to be thick and very very cold. I often don't ever finish smoothies and this one was so good I drank it all within 5 mins! Lol I ordered the OJ blend and it was SO delicious. It's bittersweet that I love this smoothie place so much because I do think $10-11 for a smoothie is a little steep in my eyes, but I don't know how much smoothies usually run I thought they were like $6-8. But it's so good I'm willing to treat myself here and there. The employee there was so nice helping me choose what I wanted to try for the first time. He suggested a few great options. There's one called Bluetella it has Nutella in it and I'm DOWN. I will try that one next. It has a cute outside area also with some seating if you don't want to sit inside. Looked very clean inside. It also has another part to it called "DRNK" I think it was named and it has coffee and little breakfast choices. If you don't mind spending a little for a quality smoothie, give this place a shot! read more

Great to have a new and authentically natural juice bar in the neighborhood. Although the prices are slightly higher than the usual, you get what you pay for as the fruits, veggies, and additives are more on the natural end and the juice is fresh compared to other local shops. Definitely check them out and welcome them to pines if you pas by. read more

Came in about 30 minutes before closing. Service was great, açaí bowls were good. Quite pricey but the size is quite great so it might be worth it if looked as a meal. Would come back to try a sandwich. read more
