You can access this tiny little place behind the barbershop, Indigo Cuts. But you're welcome to go through indigo cuts to get to it as well. This little bar is exactly that, just a tiny little bar with two tables that seat two. You can also sit at the bar, but I find that a little uncomfortable since it's also where everyone orders. The place has a great aesthetic, neon lights, very flashy very new age nutrition. I don't think I can recommend sitting and staying, it's more of a grab and go kind of place. When I came in there were two patrons at the bar customizing their orders so it took a little while for me to order. However, it was nice to see the gentleman behind the bar willing to customize orders for people to fit their flavor needs. After deciding what I wanted it was my turn to order and I was asked to log in using my name, email address and phone number in order for my order to be processed. I found this a little suspicious, especially since I knew they used Herbalife products. But I shrugged it off as just part of their point of sales system. If I had to guess who the man behind the bar was, I believe it was Jose the owner but I can't be sure. Unfortunately my Spanish is pretty rusty and his English is a step above my rusty Spanish so there was a bit of a communication barrier. But that didn't stop him from being incredibly pleasant and nice to talk to. He made my shakes with the utmost care and really seem to enjoy his work. The shakes I had ordered were the cinnamon t crunch and the choco mint. Both shakes tasted like good old fashioned milkshakes. A little bit more ice than creamy but definitely hit a sweet spot. They're not decadent but you sacrifice that for low calories and high protein. My boyfriend loved his cinnamon t crunch and said that he would go back and order another one. My only gripe about this place is that I wish there was more transparency with the menu items. For being a nutrition spot, I think it makes sense that you would provide the nutritional value for all of your products. I also was incredibly curious about the ingredients they use to make the shakes. I would like to see more details about their ingredients available on the menu or online. Overall, this place really delivered on its marketing and promises. Highly recommend giving it a try it could be right up your alley and I could see myself going back once or twice for a sweet tooth satisfier. read more

Let me just say the smoothies are amazing. 30g of protein and no chalky taste! I was told the snickers bar shake is a fan favorite but I wasn't quite in the mood for it. Instead, I tried (1) banana slip and (1) strawberry cheesecake smoothie. They were very flavorful without a ton of calories. Bonus points for containing vitamins, minerals and fiber. Also veryyy filling. The orange cream protein cookies are a must try plus they're low sugar and low calorie. They come two in a pack. I was very impressed with these! I had a Hello Sunshine energy refresher, which is a great low calorie caffeine boost with no artificial flavors or sweeteners. Overall, Fabi does a great job at educating and taking care of you as a patron. There's a trendy aesthetic and you feel comfortable while at the shop. I decided to shake up my morning breakfast with a delicious protein shake from Pines Wellness Spot! Upon recommendation from my best friend, we decided to swing by for a healthy splurge-worthy treat! Pines Wellness Spot is located in the back of the shopping center. It is confusing to find from the outside because there is no overhead signage. The venue is literally behind the Barbershop facing the main parking lot. While there is a sidewalk sign placed outside to help direct patrons to the venue, you could walk into the barbershop and head to the back to avoid confusion. Like all hole-in-the-walls, this venue was a true gem! The inside gleams with neon lights and modern decore. An awesome "Good Vibes Only" hangs on the wall directly above the drink preparation area. Patrons can dine indoors on sanitized tables or choose to sit on the barstools to chat with the friendly owner, Jose. Jose is well-educated in nutrition and exercise. His protein shakes specially designed to be dairy-free, contain no more than 250 calories, and still provide 30 grams of protein and all necessary nutrients to keep your body satisfied, energized, and healthy! While the menu features an abundance of drink options to choose from (i.e., smoothies, shakes, and energy drinks), Jose can recommend one that will satisfy your dessert or ice cream flavor cravings (e.g., Nutella protein shake for chocolate fudge lovers)! Yummy protein waffles and donuts are made to order and available as well! Fun fact, consuming three scrumptious mini donuts will only set you back 100 calories! I ended up calling the place up. Jose (Manager) very generous and sweet, told me that it is located inside the Barber Shop. However, you can park behind the building; that way you do not go through the Barber Shop. What did I do? I went through the Barber Shop lol. Besides, the Barber Shop was not opened for business, so I said "why not". It is honestly a cute & small hole in the wall inside of a Barber Shop. Only limits up to 4 people due to COVID.
