I've been before and it was good! This time was better! I got the tiramisu latte and it literally tasted like tiramisu - that was a big plus! Also got a pistachio croissant and that was so fluffy, light and delicious! You can tell it was fresh! I can't remember if from the last time I was there they had expanded but it's a great concept! Need to go back to sit down and enjoy what they have to offer! The service was good, everything came quickly as they were busy. I love the decor of the place, very aesthetically pleasing!

I have been a customer of lady baker since she began by selling bread inside of a smaller cupcake shop pre covid era. I really enjoy her pastries, coffee and sandwiches. Also patiently waiting for her to bring back the coconut loaf. Her pastries are flavorful and decadent but not overly sweet where it kills your palate. My only complaint is that at times the wait can be long and the prices are a bit on the higher side. I recommend this spot to anyone that loves a good croissant and a bakery with a calm and chill ambiance

I recently visited Lady Baker at Pembroke Gardens and it was such a lovely bakery experience! The space has that cozy, artisanal bakery vibe ,warm, bright, and inviting, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or coffee break. I ordered the pistachio croissant, a regular croissant, and a coffee, and honestly everything was delightful. The pistachio croissant was buttery, flaky, and subtly sweet, with that nutty pistachio flavor that really made it stand out. The classic croissant was just as impressive perfectly golden and crisp on the outside, soft and layered on the inside. The coffee complemented the pastries perfectly warm, smooth, and just the right pick-me-up to start the day. It paired beautifully with the richness of the croissants without overpowering them. Service was friendly and attentive, and I appreciated how fresh everything tasted you can tell the bakery takes care in making their products daily. Seating can fill up quickly during peak hours so it feels bustling but in a good way. Overall, if you're looking for a great bakery spot with standout croissants and solid coffee, Lady Baker is definitely worth a stop next time you're in Pembroke Gardens!

I went Mother's Day weekend so it was obviously very busy but the staff did a great job at managing customers and the line the best they could. The cashier was very nice and friendly and made recommendations for what we should try. We went with Tiramisu Lattes, Egg Danish, Key Lime Croissant, Banana Bread and the Turkey and Jam sandwich. All of these items tasted great and fresh. The quality of the pastries is worth the price point. Overall, I'd recommend this place and would definitely come back to visit.

Lady Baker has expanded from a small café into a lovely dining area, and the space feels clean, relaxing, and inviting. The food is delicious and very fresh. We ordered the French toast, which was served with a cream, berries, and nuts--it truly felt like eating dessert. Our server, Isabella, was friendly and welcoming. It was her first day, but you never would have known. She did a great job. Another server also stopped by to check on my latte, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a wonderful experience and a great place to enjoy a meal.

The location is super cute. I want to come back and try the restaurant attached. The pastries were good. The chai however had too much milk personally, but overall it was a very cute bakery

ETHIOPIAN BLEND COFFEE

An interesting bakery influenced by wine - a collaboration with the Lady Baker and the LB Eatery and Wine bar under one owner's imagination, Paula Marsola. The pastry included huge pumpkin croissants, chocolate chip cookies, blueberry muffins and their famous sourdough loaves. The smell of fresh baked goods in this place was hypnotizing. The bakery provided an open view concept which added to the experience and eliminates any question of freshness non-transparency. The manager poured me a hot cup of strong Ethiopian drip coffee which tasted great. The bakery screamed coffee house vibe. The wine bar was not open at this hour but spewed elegance. I'm not a wine enthusiast, but the chrome espresso machine below the wine display was more my groove. The wine bar is open Thursday - Saturday nights with a Sunday brunch. Great spot to grab a coffee and pastry or possibly a late night glass of wine.

The pastries have everything you could wish for: soft, buttery dough with a crispy outside and delicious cream - you'll get that in every pastry, no matter the flavor you choose. I've tried the almond croissant, dulce de leche cruffin, double chocolate croissant, pumpkin spice, and pistachio baklava. My favorite I'd say was the chocolate one because it really stood out with its decadent high-quality dark chocolate cream. The pistachio baklava, for me, needed more filling. The place itself is pretty small, with just a few tables, and they're full even early in the morning (on weekends), so it's clearly a very popular spot. The owner is so nice and friendly - you can tell she truly loves what she does and puts her heart into every product.

Turkey Swiss sandwich

Not your ordinary turkey and Swiss sandwich -- not even close. This is turkey and Swiss elevated to gourmet status with the addition of their incredible tomato jam and fresh peppery arugula. The combination of flavors is absolute perfection -- savory, slightly sweet, fresh, and completely unforgettable. What can I say? I am officially addicted. And then there's the almond croissant... buttery, flaky, and filled with just the right amount of almond goodness. Pair that with a mocha latte made with almond milk, and you have yourself a little slice of heaven. Every bite and sip feels indulgent in the best possible way. Lady Baker has completely stolen my heart. Whether you're stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or just a coffee and pastry break, this place delivers quality, flavor, and that cozy café vibe that keeps you coming back again and again. If you haven't been yet, go. Just be warned -- you may find yourself just as hooked as I am.

Such a cute bakery and everything looked beautiful presentation wise. I did find the pricing a bit steep for what I received (my slice of quiche was $15), and unfortunately it didn't quite meet my expectations. I also ordered a dry cappuccino but received something closer to a latte. That said, they offer a wide variety of items, so I'm sure there are other options that may be great, just sharing my experience.

This bakery is only a few doors down from a cupcake shop so not sure why they would do that. The fresh sourdough smell was overwhelming but a good thing. I'm building my own coffee bar in my house and got so many good ideas from the coffee novelties on the shelves. The little cakes and cookies looked so fresh and I loved the big bakery kitchen behind the counter. They have a new wine bar inside with a good sounding lunch and dinner menu. Had a nice cup of coffee and just sat at a table and talked with the manager. The cups should have a LB logo stamp for cheap advertisement when customers take coffee togo and walk around Pembroke Gardens - just a thought.

Maritozzi
Raul J.

Very cute place but with limited seating. Staff were very friendly and service was quick. I ordered iced matcha and a maritozzi. Loved the matcha but thought the maritozzi was just alright. The cream was tasty, but personally I didn't care much for the brioche bread. Had it been puff pastry with the same cream, I would have enjoyed it much more. But that's no fault of theirs, just my personal preference. Definitely would love to return in the future.

Bread Pudding Muffin
Andrea D.

Love this little bake shop in Pembroke Gardens! They are actually expanding to create a wine bar attached right next door. It is a small store front but there are umbrella seats outside - perfect for a cafe treat outside during great Florida weather. Walking in you're greeted with the case of wonderful fluffy pastries of all sorts! We asked the cashier between the Almond Croissant and the Bread Pudding Muffin which would she prefer. She was very kind to entertain me, and she ended up convincing me to order both instead of picking just one. And both did not disappoint. The dough of the Bread Pudding was still so moist inside, and crispy on the outside, with just the right amount of Nutella filling to complement the bread without making it overly sweet. We really appreciated that it wasn't a sugar infested bread budding. Perfect level of sweetness. And omg the Almond Croissant. The key to those is not so much the croissant but definitely the almond filling. And there was a really good amount of almond filling proportional to the dough and almond topping. There's no such thing as too much almond. I also got an iced Vanilla Lavender latte with regular milk and it was delicious! Need to go back for all the other pastries.

Good product but ridiculously overpriced. $6 for a cup of drip coffee that doesn't include refills is robbery.

Somehow I became the executive sponsor of the night. Nobody warned me this place comes with a Dad pays automatic feature. But listen... the food? Worth every painful dollar. The burgers are not playing around. These things are juicy, messy, and built like they've got something to prove. That mac & cheese burger? That's not food that's a life choice. The kind that requires extra napkins, zero shame, and maybe a follow-up walk around the block. And then the shakes. Let me be very clear--these are not shakes. These are sugar masterpieces. I'm talking whipped cream mountains, chocolate waterfalls, candy explosions one sip and you're 12 years old again with no responsibilities until the bill shows up and reality punches you right back into adulthood. The whole place just hits different great energy, packed with families, music, laughs, and just enough chaos to remind you of your younger days before your kids started ordering like they own stock in the restaurant. His level of customer service immediately stood out, he genuinely takes the time to guide first-time customers and make them feel comfortable. Frank suggested what he considers the four must-try sandwiches for a first visit: the Italian, Tuna, Corned Beef & Pastrami, and the Philly Cheesesteak. I followed his recommendation and tried the tuna sandwich, which was outstanding, fresh, perfectly balanced, and generously prepared. I also took a Tuna sandwich to go for my wife after trying it and ordered the Italian to try later, which I'm already looking forward to. What impressed me most was not just the quality of the food but the overall experience. Frank's knowledge of his menu, his willingness to help customers decide, and his genuine pride in the deli create an atmosphere that keeps people coming back.
