My family practically visit this particular location daily. Yes, daily and we love everything about the company and the people they hire. They know my family, my kids, what my car looks like and my order before I can even say it. One of the crew members put me on the Hot Pumpkin Chai- add white chocolate, drizzle, and cinnamon sprinkles, topped with whipped cream. I had a really bad experience at this location this morning…read more... I got there and was approaching the window at the same time another woman was. She wasn't a patron she was there visiting. I guess her daughter who had just started working there and working at the window. I placed my order with the girl and then she proceeded to talk to the lady and gave her a drink, and then another lady came out the same car as that lady, approached the window. I guess this was another relative, gave her a drink and then a third lady came out from the same vehicle as the other two ladies and the girl at the window gave her a drink as well. I would say about 10 minutes, had gone by that this girl was entertaining these three women and taking pictures, while I was standing there waiting for my drink and my breakfast sandwich. My sandwich was cold when I came to the window to ask what's with the delay. At that time, the three ladies excused themselves. My drink hadn't even been started, This girl had the nerve to ask me if I had gotten my drink? Mind you there were five people in there working, but she was the only one at the window the entire time. I don't know where she disappeared to, but then another girl came to bring me my drink. I asked the other girl to please get me the manager. I spoke to the and explained the situation and told her that that was unacceptable behavior and very rude to have me waiting 10 minutes when I had ordered before this woman approached that window, for her to proceed and make them each a drink.
