Equilibrio in Weston is a truly welcoming and charming spot. The ambiance is delightful, complemented by great music and a pleasant atmosphere. The food and desserts are excellent. I particularly enjoyed the matcha tea, which was wonderfully flavorful, and the empanadas, which were absolutely exquisite. I also love the thoughtfully designed space and the attentive service provided by the young, energetic team who genuinely care about making guests feel well looked after. Overall, it's a place I highly recommend for a delightful meal and a wonderful experience.

What a cute and unexpected find. I took a wrong turning on the motorway, so long story short I ended up here. This was a sweet coffee shop. I loved the vibe and decor. The service was friendly. We asked what do you recommend and the gentleman said the pistachio coffee was popular. So...... we decided on that. It was gorgeous. They put a sweet pistachio cream around the rim and nuts of course. Decadent, naughty? you bet!

Went on a Friday morning and it was pretty busy. I placed an order for a macchiato and went to sit outside. I found a high raise table I could work at. Had to attend a zoom meeting. It was pretty noisy but somehow managed to finish it. Plenty of parking. The place is very good for a coffee and if you bring your noise cancelling headphones, you can work too. But it would be difficult to attend zoom meetings due to noise levels. Otherwise it's a very lively place.

I ordered an iced Matcha Latte and a Creme Brûlée Cube. The matcha tasted oddly like seaweed and the cube was alright. The cube tasted like it had been sitting for a while and also kinda burnt. Staff were nothing special. The decor is nice and it's quite quiet inside, but the seats are very uncomfortable.

Dropped in for a quick coffee before a long drive to Ft Meyers... and it was legit. also got a cookie but that was just meh... coffee is def the star of the show here as they have multiple options and styles of coffee to choose from. they also have sandwiches and assorted baked goods and light breakfast option. Theres plenty of seating and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Portions are small and prices are high. I ordered a salmon toast which was literally one slice of toast although the picture looked like two to me and for $14 definitely not worth it. also ordered with the Caprese sandwich which was better and a roast beef sandwich. All the sandwiches are tiny in general. Four sandwiches and three coffees were almost $90. Next time Einstein's for me.

Great selection of food and coffee. I had a hot latte and it's def one of the better ones kce had lately. Mostly small bites with entree options. Latin American such as empanadas or crossaints but larger portions like paninis are available tooo The service is friendly and attentive. I felt like the staff wanted to help me. You know like how sometimes you feel like you're bothering people? This didn't feel like that The ambiance is modern with lots of sitting area. Medium level music with dim lighting. Good for catching up with friends

#1 NEW WESTON CAFE - TAKE A PEEK... Brand new coffee shop in Weston FL off Indian Trace. Wedged smack in the center of The Shoppes at North Lake plaza. I open the front glass door and enter this utopian garden of pure bliss and felt an immediate gander of intimacy. After only a few steps into the cafe, I was warmly greeted by the owner, Andres, who provided me with some interesting facts about his "one week new" coffee shop. Took a seat at one of the many wooden tables that engulf the rustic coffee house with the upbeat Electric Dance Music echoing throughout. The centerpiece boasts an inviting couch next to a wicker floating loveseat wrapped with green vines. The front coffee counter is nestled under a rooftop of green vines. An elegant glass display of enticing baked goods next to a large stainless steel cappuccino machine. Some of their treats are displayed one at a time on a large digital monitor. The huge wall menu is simple for ordering. Andres placed a well presented mega waffle and vanilla ice cream with a steaming side macchiato boasting a creme heart floating over the coffee. I cut into the high crust of the waffle with a slice of the creamy ice cream. The combo bite was a perfect delight against my palate and washed it down with my macchiato. My friend had the avacado toast and egg which he excitedly devoured quickly. The coffee wall and shelf accents contributed greatly to the art and decor of this coffee house which provided great food, coffee and wonderful customer service. The bathroom was modern with gray and black accented walls and was sparkling clean. Highly recommend others to take a peek at all the delish they have to offer.

Came on a whim needing somewhere to study and became one of my favorites spots knowing I'll always get a good cup of coffee, so many yummy bakery items, and food! And everyone who works here is very kind (:

A how & new coffee spot tucked away in Weston! I was looking for a coffee spot to work from and also grab a bite when I was in Weston and was surprised when I found this spot on my Yelp search. I haven't seen it before and was pleasantly surprised when it popped up! It's in the corner of Weston right by the highway situated in a plaza I've only been to once before. The parking is super easy in the plaza and it was actually very busy when I came to visit. There were groups of people catching up and some people working remotely from here. They have a good amount of seating- from tables with a half booth, to high tops, to a casual lounge area. We found a spot to sit because it seemed like it was filling up and then went to peruse the menu to order. They have a general menu you can look at on the walls but also an in-depth menu to look through when you scan the QR code. They also have a pastry display case which will definitely tempt you as it did us. We ended up getting pistachio everything, haha. We got a pistachio pastry cube, pistachio matcha, and pistachio cappuccino. I was a bit hungry so I also ended up getting a prosciutto sandwich. Now they don't usually do pistachio matcha but I special requested it and they were able to put it together. I will say that the pistachio drinks didn't have the strong flavor that I usually like but its because they use the pistachio cream and not the syrup. I think if they added a bit more cream, it could really enhance the flavor but I still loved the pistachio cream rim with real pistachios on it. The matcha itself was probably one of the best ones I've had in the area, really having the strong matcha flavor I personally love. If you're looking for a sweeter matcha, maybe opt for adding a syrup. The food was also good. I really liked my prosciutto sandwich and my partner liked his cube, although this has proven time and time again hard to eat, no matter where we've gotten it. I will probably opt for the regular pistachio croissant next time but the flavor itself was a hit! The space is very cozy and cute. We both were able to settle in and get some work done so it may be my new spot in Weston to work from, time and time again. As I write this review, I think they have their grand opening today, from what I saw on their Instagram. Welcome to Weston, Equilibrio Coffee!

My favorite thing to do is go to new coffee shops and be impressed. This new addition to the coffee scene in Weston is amazing. Great pastries, cozy decor, ambiance, and of course the quality coffee!! I had a lavender cappuccino and a pistachio croissant, which was scrumptious. The service was also on point and everything was brought out right away. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu items!

But literally, make sure you keep an eye out for Bamboo Grove signs while you're driving because it's easy to miss. At $8.99 it's definitely on the expensive side, but I also feel like the portion was pretty big. The quality was DEFINITELY there. It was absolutely delicious. The area is cute too. I brought my laptop to work for a while in the shade, and there were groups ranging from families with little kids to people on their lunch breaks. It was such a calming place to relax or to work, and being outside is always nice. The only thing that keeps me from going back more regularly is the price, but it's such a great place.

There is a shared area where you can sit under the shade and there is a turf area where it looks like they have some things to keep children entertained for a bit so this place is also family friendly. The space is shared with another truck but I think they serve food. At Whole Latte Monkeys I was sad to see that the truck was not open on the inside, but from what I could see, the set up and decor inside the truck was very cute. I placed my order at the window, and got a Lavender iced Matcha latte with oat milk, a vanilla latte with oat milk and a Papito Chulo with oat milk. As I was ordering, I realized some of the names of the drinks are named after some of the monkeys they have shown on display in the truck which was a very cute touch. I wasn't able to read the stories of the monkeys, but I will certainly ask next time. The cashier/barista was very kind and patient while I decided what to order. I wasn't too crazy about the matcha, because I love a stronger, more astringent matcha, but the Papito Chulo was a hit and I would come back for that drink. Overall such a cute spot, great coffee and a hidden gem in this area. I'd definitely come back with friends and family to grab a drink, walk around the garden and relax.

She politely approached the truck and was told that they do not provide cups of water and that bottled water was available for purchase. When she explained she only wanted a little water to finish her drink, she was again told no and encouraged to buy a bottle instead. She politely declined and returned to her table where my kids were. As she was explaining the interaction to me and my son, an employee who had been cleaning a nearby table abruptly interrupted the conversation and said, "If you want free water, go to Starbucks." My wife was understandably surprised and said, "Excuse me?" The woman then made it very clear that she was the owner and proceeded to say things such as: "What coffee shop gives free water?" "Why do people always want everything for free?" "If you don't like our ways, you can leave and go to Starbucks." My wife calmly explained that she had not come there to argue, especially over a cup of water that had already been denied and was no longer a big deal. She also reminded the owner that we were paying customers and had not asked for anything for free. In fact, my wife had generously tipped before being treated this way. I told my wife to keep me on the phone and I seen the owner continuing to pace around my wife ranting about people wanting things for free. Another employee, who appeared to be her daughter, was heard telling her in Spanish, "Ma, ya, basta" ("Mom, enough"), but the owner continued. She then sarcastically offered my wife sink water now and remarked, "You can drink it at your own risk," but while continuing to tell her to leave and go somewhere else for free water. The entire interaction was bizarre, awkward, and honestly shocking. My wife and kids sat there completely puzzled and offended. I told my wife to leave and she did but not before telling the owner that they would gladly leave but that, as a business owner herself, she should work on her customer service before running her business into the ground over her mouth. What was most surprising was that other customers witnessed the exchange too. I heard over the phone while my wife was walking out a customer say "that's not right". My wife said the couple also got up and left too. Overall, between the overpriced coffee, lack of Wi-Fi that my wife said they told her they don't share with customers and most importantly the incredibly rude and unprofessional treatment by the owner herself, this is not a place we will be ever visiting again or recommending as locals. All that unprofessional treatment over my wife asking for a cup of water to dilute their overly sweet and overpriced drinks, what a joke.
