Equilibrio coffee was pretty great. Upon arrival you are welcomed into a chic location that loves greenery decor and truly give the place what it call vibes. The girl who attended us help choose our coffee. Since we were a bit indecisive . we ordered the cappuccino pirulin and an order of Venezuelan mini empanadas. The cappuccino was amazing. I loved the chocolate rim on the side. Perfect balance of coffee and dessert. As for the Venezuelan empanadas they were great, but Sadly wasn't told that it was gonna be very hot. And upon biting into it i did burn the first layer of my lips. So if you do order them, be careful other than that they taste amazing, especially with the dipping sauce on the side. read more

What a cute and unexpected find. I took a wrong turning on the motorway, so long story short I ended up here. This was a sweet coffee shop. I loved the vibe and decor. The service was friendly. We asked what do you recommend and the gentleman said the pistachio coffee was popular. So...... we decided on that. It was gorgeous. Went on a Friday morning and it was pretty busy. I placed an order for a macchiato and went to sit outside. I found a high raise table I could work at. Had to attend a zoom meeting. It was pretty noisy but somehow managed to finish it. Plenty of parking. The place is very good for a coffee and if you bring your noise cancelling headphones, you can work too. But it would be difficult to attend zoom meetings due to noise levels. Otherwise it's a very lively place. read more

I ordered an iced Matcha Latte and a Creme Brûlée Cube. The matcha tasted oddly like seaweed and the cube was alright. The cube tasted like it had been sitting for a while and also kinda burnt. I ordered a salmon toast which was literally one slice of toast although the picture looked like two to me and for $14 definitely not worth it. also ordered with the Caprese sandwich which was better and a roast beef sandwich. I open the front glass door and enter this utopian garden of pure bliss and felt an immediate gander of intimacy. After only a few steps into the cafe, I was warmly greeted by the owner, Andres, who provided me with some interesting facts about his "one week new" coffee shop. Took a seat at one of the many wooden tables that engulf the rustic coffee house with the upbeat Electric Dance Music echoing throughout. The centerpiece boasts an inviting couch next to a wicker floating loveseat wrapped with green vines. The front coffee counter is nestled under a rooftop of green vines. An elegant glass display of enticing baked goods next to a large stainless steel cappuccino machine. Some of their treats are displayed one at a time on a large digital monitor. The huge wall menu is simple for ordering. Andres placed a well presented mega waffle and vanilla ice cream with a steaming side macchiato boasting a creme heart floating over the coffee. I cut into the high crust of the waffle with a slice of the creamy ice cream. The combo bite was a perfect delight against my palate and washed it down with my macchiato. My friend had the avacado toast and egg which he excitedly devoured quickly. The coffee wall and shelf accents contributed greatly to the art and decor of this coffee house which provided great food, coffee and wonderful customer service. Extremely bad customer service. I've been to this coffee shop twice. The first time, the music was incredibly loud and when I politely asked the manager if it could be lowered, he rudely said he has no control over the volume. Which is very odd! The second time, the cashier and barista were nice, but when I asked to speak with the manager to give feedback, the waiter told me I had to go to the back to talk to him myself--even though he wasn't busy. Very unprofessional behavior from a manager. I won't be coming back. read more

A how & new coffee spot tucked away in Weston! I was looking for a coffee spot to work from and also grab a bite when I was in Weston and was surprised when I found this spot on my Yelp search. I haven't seen it before and was pleasantly surprised when it popped up! It's in the corner of Weston right by the highway situated in a plaza I've only been to once before. The parking is super easy in the plaza and it was actually very busy when I came to visit. There were groups of people catching up and some people working remotely from here. They have a good amount of seating- from tables with a half booth, to high tops, to a casual lounge area. We found a spot to sit because it seemed like it was filling up and then went to peruse the menu to order. They have a general menu you can look at on the walls but also an in-depth menu to look through when you scan the QR code. They also have a pastry display case which will definitely tempt you as it did us. We ended up getting pistachio everything, haha. We got a pistachio pastry cube, pistachio matcha, and pistachio cappuccino. I was a bit hungry so I also ended up getting a prosciutto sandwich. Now they don't usually do pistachio matcha but I special requested it and they were able to put it together. I will say that the pistachio drinks didn't have the strong flavor that I usually like but its because they use the pistachio cream and not the syrup. I think if they added a bit more cream, it could really enhance the flavor but I still loved the pistachio cream rim with real pistachios on it. The matcha itself was probably one of the best ones I've had in the area, really having the strong matcha flavor I personally love. If you're looking for a sweeter matcha, maybe opt for adding a syrup. The food was also good. I really liked my prosciutto sandwich and my partner liked his cube, although this has proven time and time again hard to eat, no matter where we've gotten it. I will probably opt for the regular pistachio croissant next time but the flavor itself was a hit! The space is very cozy and cute. We both were able to settle in and get some work done so it may be my new spot in Weston to work from, time and time again. I was looking for a cafe to work/read for a couple of hours on a Saturday while I was in Weston. Equilibrio popped up on maps and I thought I would give it a try. The salmon toast is amazing! Fresh ingredients and the charcoal toast is a nice touch. It was also easy to eat and not messy. The cashier recommended it as her favorite and I'm glad I took her advice. I also got the peach Bellini and it was very refreshing. Not sweet at all. I was able to work, the music wasn't too loud and distracting. Overall a good experience. read more

Beautiful decor and delicious pastries but it's disappointing that they don't give refills on drip coffee(something that almost every place does). Something that costs you maybe $.05-$.10 should be an automatic "yes" , especially after spending $25 + tip.
