Throughout my years as a student, Panera has always been a favorite spot for studying, so I was excited to return to the venue of good sandwiches, salads, and soup. The menu has gotten more complicated over the years with various tiers (Cafe/Signature/Premium Signature) and the combination meals prices vary accordingly...this can get a little confusing. I ordered a combo of (Premium Signature) Roasted Turkey Artichoke Hot Panini and the (Signature) Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. Somehow half of my order got lost, so the sandwich was not put on the panini press until after several people after me had picked up their food. Once I had my meal, I found the sandwich to be a little dry (although tasty) and the salad to have a slightly odd taste (I think based on the reduced-sugar vinaigrette). We ordered French onion soup and 1/2 a panini sandwich. Both sandwiches were very good. The soup was ok but cold. When I brought it back to the counter the manager yelled to bring out a new French onion soup and cover the remaining containers. All good or at least I thought it was. Two stars because they are at least competent with making sandwiches. One star for their salad making skills. I work close to here so I go here often. Actually, I had sworn off Panera for years because I found a large insect in my salad a while back. Yup- a cricket the size of half of a dollar bill. Gross. Anyway, I got over it after about 7 years and went back for round two.... First time (last week) they screwed up my Cobb Salad. There was no cheese in it. You forget to put cheese on my salad?? I do not want that salad. Simple. Second salad (today)- Caesar. Cant really screw that up can you? This Panera Bread can and sure will! Caesar salad with white balsamic apple vinaigrette? Um Gross. First off, the restaurant is full of kids eating chipotle food. I know that that's "not panera's fault" but there could have been more involvement. No room for the actual paying customers to sit and eat. I ordered a turkey blt sandwich, which was soggy but edible. I feel like if Mcdonalds made blts, it would taste like this. read more

This is a great casual spot for lunch, and in my opinion, even breakfast or dinner when looking for something fast and convenient. They have good coffee and iced tea. The breads & pastries are fresh and delicious. Many yummy sandwich and salad varieties to choose from. I like the layout of this particular location too. read more

We really like the Panera food but we get so frustrated with the careless mistakes that happen so frequently: Just this Sunday morning, 10:30. Craving coffee, both coffee urns are empty with the signs on both saying the coffee had been changed at 7:30. Had to bring it to their attention. And it was not busy at that time. Ordered scrambled eggs and sausage on a roll. Got that but also an over easy egg plopped on top of all the rest. Ordered a scone. I didn't get it, had to go up and ask for it. And this was with a manager on duty. We started coming to this Panera because of all the careless mistakes at another location. read more

I like Panera itself, but this location is constantly dirty and a mess. they always have at least 3 staff standing around doing nothing. maybe run a sweeper? the floor is constantly dirty. 2nd time in a row actually and sadly I won't be coming back. it's a prime location as other people mentioned. you would think a restaurant constantly bragging about all natural would be cleaner. read more

Food and service are excellent, but why don't they deliver for non-catering orders? The Doylestown location does deliver, but they don't deliver to Jamison! Warrington is closer to where I live, and they most likely would deliver to my address, but they don't deliver at all!! Curses! :-( read more

Worst Panera ever! Customer service non existent here and all of the cashiers are ignorant. The manager needs to better train the employees or get a new manager who will properly operate a place of business. This place is disgusting, not clean / tables and booths are sticky constantly. Panera Bread is for the most part always a safe bet to grab a quick bite at. This location however is very sub par given the prices these foods come at. Out of all the locations I've been to this one has the smallest, most poorly constructed sandwiches of them all. Would recommend anywhere else if you're looking for a decent lunch. read more

This is my first Yelp review but I just had to comment on my experience there this evening. Food is typical Panera fare, I don't have much to say about it other than it is what is expected. However, the clientele this evening consisted of groups of teens, and while this particular aspect is not problematic, the fact is that almost none of these teens were eating food from Panera, they all had bags from the Chipotle across the street! This meant that the paying Panera customers had difficulty finding seating. Furthermore, management seemed to be fully aware of the situation and simply did not care! Due to this fact alone, I certainly will not be visiting this establishment again anytime soon. read more

Always good food, but a the customer service at this location is poor. Rude people taking orders and acting as if it was an inconvenience. Someone was always keeping the tables clean, but the soda are was a mess and very sticky. I would not return to this location. read more

Worst Panera I have ever been to. My melt came out cold the first time with cheese that was not melted. They made me another one when I complained and it was still cold. No manager present to focus on quality control and the employees were not focused on their job. read more
